Great location with both a short distance to the slopes as well as the village. It was affordable spot for our group with all the necessary amenities. Only thing to keep in mind is it’s on the third floor of the complex with stairs, incase bringing up gear and luggage is a challenge for you.

Very cozy. Spent a lot of time by the fireplace. Beds and linings were amazing and we all slept very well. Very close to the peaks and definitely take the gondola. Dinner downtown was lovely. Looking forward to our next trip.

The condo is just as advertised. The location is great, very accessible to downtown and walkable to shops and restaurants. When we had a mechanical issue, we were able to extend our stay by a day and Ski Country, the property management was very helpful. Two minor annoyances, the three flights of stairs up to the unit, combined with the elevation, really make you think about your excursions and try to combine things to limit the number of trips up and down and the parking by the B building was small and the spots very tight. the unit itself was super clean and our family enjoyed having the space. The balcony was nice too. Quiet and clean.

The condo was great! The location was perfect! Free shuttle is a game changer!
It should be noted that if you are not on the first floor there is NO ELEVATOR! It does state that in the description however, we misjudged how difficult it would be to bring a week's worth of luggage and skies with ski boots up to the 3rd floor in the high altitude..girls trip- no guys. If it wasn't for Logan (one of the drivers of the shuttle bus, which is provided free of charge by Ski Country) we would have passed out before we even got to the 3rd floor!
If you are coming in Breck via a shuttle - it is important to know to go to the office down the street to get the keys and check in... not at the condo itself. Ski Country provides the shuttle to the condo - otherwise you'd have to walk uphill in the show with all your luggage. The office was nice enough to hold our luggage until check in!
Also, We had a hot water issue the first day, which was pretty rough, and it was resolved promptly

This place is great and so close to town! I would recommend it to a friend any day. The only thing that wasn’t the most ideal was having to return the key to the office by 10am, it would be nice to have a lock box at the condo but I understand why and it wasn’t bad since the office is very close to the condo.

Great location. Walkable to Main Street and restaurants and shops. The heating is a little confusing - but once you figure it out, it’s ok. Checkout at 10 is early. It would be great if it was moved back even an hour. Instruction say check out at 10, but also have all keys to the management office at 10.
I recommend it.

Amazing. I would stay here again!

the space and location are great! Can't get any better. I knew that going into this. One of the queen beds the mattress is way too stiff. It ended up giving my daughter a bad back then she couldn't hike as much as she wanted to. The washer/dryer are great! The deck and grill are amazing. The space is ample. Never felt like the 5 of us were tripping over each other. The staff are super nice and responsive. I would go back for sure. The carpet needs to be replaced. It is old and shows years of use.

Great condo, great location. Management company was very communicative. Our only reservation was the $30 charge to check-in early. We got into town at 2pm, had my parents visiting with me, really would be ideal for us to get into the condo - so I went ahead and paid it to get in. $30 for 2 hours of additional time in the condo. I'm sure this policy was detailed to me prior to making my reservation, although I missed it. So, my issue is not that it wasn't communicated clearly...my issue is with the practice itself. Just felt like I was getting nickle and dimed, like flying Frontier vs a major airline.

Good location. It would be perfect if you are just coming to ski and never really be in the unit. Older unit and needs major updates. Had a washer and dryer so that is great. Updated nicer kitchen. Carpet needs to be replaced. I have stayed at multiple places around the area and this has been the worst for the price.

Great location- only 2 blocks to ski lift; quick walk to town. Unit is a bit dated; gas fireplace nonfunctional. No towels and poor locker room facilities at the pool/hot tub complex. Check in and check out was very quick and simple.

Great location walkable to everything in town. I'd recommend having a house book showing where to ski in, letting people know there are 1000 different Christy locations, one being 50 ft from the unit. It's easier to get down using the A building stairs instead of walking back to the B stairs. I would definitely book again but a lower unit.

The condo was in a great location and the rooms were very clean and nice. The shuttle service helps a ton as well. The only thing i wish was different was the check in time. Ours was four o’clock, but i think it would be more convenient if it was around noon instead.

We enjoyed the apartment, and it was exactly what we needed for a short mountain stay. Conveniently located - off Four O Clock and a block from Main St. Spacious. Best feature was the large dining room and newer kitchen. Very traditional decor. The check in process is similar to one of a hotel (in person), but it was not an issue for us. Great communication with hosts / property managers.

We loved our stay! It was close to downtown and the gondola with comfortable and clean furnishings. I would definitely recommend this listing!
Just a heads up for those with pet allergies…the listing says no pets allowed, but my partner with pet allergies had a hard time breathing the first night. We then saw a picture of a couple of cute puppers displayed. Once we aired out the space it was a bit better, but I wouldn’t recommend this as a completely pet free residence.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bed and bedroom layout was perfect for my husband, four adult children, and me. The sofabed alternative in the living room was appreciated. Good-sized kitchen stocked appropriately for our length of stay. A map of the facility and the town would have been helpful. Unit is a bit dated considering the high rental rate.

Very clean! Both TV’s were very outdated and didn’t work when we tried to watch something - tried calling host and nothing, called the resort and it was too late for anyone to help. Besides that had a good time! Thanks fully the outdoors Wasn’t too rainy so we didn’t stay in much.

This place was very cozy and in a convenient location, about a 5 minute walk onto the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was definitely a plus. We would definitely stay at this place again!
