The condo its self is well placed, was very clean, and the garage parking was so helpful. There were problems though. At one point a maintenance man game into the condo at 2:00pm without knocking or announcing himself. He said sorry and said they told him the condo was on a turn and that he needed to fix the refrigerator. The issue was he came in and went to the fireplace looked at it and left. VERY suspicious. Also, the hot tub was not hot and barely working 2 of the 3 days We were there. The sauna never worked. The indoor hot tub is under construction but the out door one was hardly warm at all most of the time. We contacted the management about it and they said it must have been cleaned that day. The problem is it was every day.

Nice place, would happily stay again. Worked great for a family of 3 (one kid, 6 years old). Nice outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub is down for repairs, but you also have access to the pool across the street. Plenty of outdoor parking. Good selection of pots/pans/dishes, no oil or cooking supplies though.

The location was perfect. At the base of Peak 9, ski in, ski out, and completely walkable even on snowy days to Main Street for all the shopping and dining we needed. The shuttle service was amazing, never waited more than 5 minutes to go anywhere. The condo was comfortable and met all our needs. Would highly recommend.

Simply couldn't be more convenient! True ski in/out; lift tickets and ski rentals steps away, downtown Breck a 3 minute walk. The underground parking lot was a really nice extra perk. The view from the balcony was great. The unit could use some investments/updates. The fridge/freezer isn't in the greatest shape, with the freezer making an intermittent buzzing noise. The blinds in the bunk-bed room were broken and couldn't be opened. Nothing that really detracted from the stay, but a small investment would really make it perfect. All in all, highly recommend and would absolutely rent this place again.

We love Trails End location - so easy to and from the lift and also to walk onto Main whenever we want so we can leave the car in the garage. Specific to the unit, nice to have a couple of benches by the door for getting boots on and off and ski rack/cubby area gave us room to store gear. Bathrooms relatively large, even compared to other units at Trails End. LARGE couch to lounge on. Plenty of seats at the table. Having a fridge with front-water dispenser very nice to keep us hydrated with filtered water. As of Feb 2021, the unit has a Keurig and a Mr Coffee - nice to have both options depending on your preference.

very nice stay but the TVs are outdated and did not work properly. the living room TV had a connection issue with the HDMI cable and lost signal all the time and the master bedroom TV did not work at times. the master bedroom floor baseboard heater made knocking and clicking noises all night.

Great condo space, location is close enough to Main St. without the noise. Streams & birds are all you hear out the windows, and the balcony view cannot be beat in Breck. Clean property, everything working as expected. Would book again.

We loved the unit. The view from the large deck was lovely. The deck is very private too. The layout and size were perfect and the owner info. manual was very helpful. The check in could have been better. There were many warnings about not checking in until 4 so we wandered around Breckenridge killing time waiting for 4. The day of checkout I saw a voicemail telling me the unit was ready at 2. A surprise was that the unit does not have a washer/dryer. There is a coin operated facility one floor above and one floor below the floor the unit is on.

This condo was within walking distance to Breckendridge Main Street. The bunk beds worked great for our 3 kiddos. Check in process was easy, you just have to check in at a different location than the condo, but not far down the road. We couldn’t figure out the A/C but the windows open the whole time worked great for us. The outside railing was a little lose, probably needs to be looked at. Overall it was very clean and comfortable for us, close to everything we needed. Hot tub was enjoyable. You do get a key to walk next door to the pool if you want to.

this condo was the perfect location for us. it was super clean and very spacious. we had three of our kids with us and they stayed in the room with the bunk bed and it worked out perfectly. it walkable to the beaver run ski school and the quick silver chair lift is steps away from the back door of the building. we also walked to downtown breck to pick up lunch. it comes with a covered parking spot which was amazing since the weekend we went it snowed 18"! we will certainly be returning to this condo the next time we go back to Breckenridge!

We booked this property to celebrate a girlfriend's birthday in early November. It could not have been better! Checking in was quick and easy, and the property is moments from the check in office. Our unit was ready for us - someone had been in to turn up the heat (toasty!). The two bedrooms were made up with comfy linens and each bed (from what my friends have to tell me) was cozy and comfortable. Each of the bathrooms were modern, perfectly clean and updated. We cooked 2 meals in the well-stocked kitchen. There was even a spice rack full of spices that one would use all of the time, so if you need spices for your trip - don't bother bringing them - they have them!! I do have to comment on the early morning view at sunrise, which was spectacular. A view of the mountains was perfectly framed by snow covered pine trees, and the sunrise lit up that gorgeous, fluffy snow with more shades of pink, purple and orange than you can imagine. We plan to come back to this specific unit again for birthdays in the Spring and in the Summer - it's perfect!

Trails End is right in front of the Quicksilver Lift and we were easily able to access both theVillagearea and Beaver Run areas. With children, these lifts were great as they service many green and blue runs for the kids while other runs are easy to reach. The condo has been updated nicely and it was clean and outfitted well. The hot tubs looked nice and we saw them being maintained daily although we did not use them. There are no restaurants, etc in the bldg but Maggie’s, coffee shops, etc are really very close. And the trade off is the bldg is quiet. We stocked the fridge and stayed in most of the time. We also enjoyed the garage space to store the car even though we walked when we did go out. The only thing I wish was upgraded are the linens and mattress. They are totally fine but not super comfy or luxurious. But hey - what a great value and great condo. We would return / recommend!

The condo met all of our needs. Beautiful view, plenty of space and very comfortable beds and linens! FYI, the condo does have basic spices and coffee filters but not any other common staples. However, that was not really a problem as we checked out the kitchen before going shopping. The condo is in the perfect location, true ski out ski in and an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. Our family of 4 adults had a wonderful experience!

The photos were accurate. The comfort my family of 4 was very much appreciated. To items to others should be aware but don't detract from the condo itself. The rental management company staff need a refresher on customer service. We had requested an early check in (3pm). We received a call confirming that they could accommodate. We we arrived ready to drive to the condo I was told it wasn't ready. The second is the building. There are stairs getting into the building from all entrances. Lugging up luggage and groceries isn't convenient. I was aware of this entrance situation as I had stayed in another condo previously. Understanding those two issues in I would highly recommend this or any properties in Trails End

We have now stayed at Trails End 504 twice. Yes, we like it. Great location near the slopes and town. Very easy ski in ski out. Good hot tub and parking garage. Nice condo layout. Called maintenance to change some light bulbs and they came right away. Only complaint was that the kitchen has no essentials (salt/pepper/sugar) and the linens were decidedly downmarket. Checkout time at 10am makes for a scramble the last day.

We are sorry to hear about you having been missing your salt and pepper as this is something that is left in every condo - in fact (NEW Summer 2017!!) we now leave a basics spice package in all of our vacation rentals. Should you notice that you are missing this amenity during your next stay, do not hesitate to let our Front Desk know and we will be sure that we get one to you. Lastly, we are sorry about the 10am check out time. This is actually very common amongst vacation rentals due to the nature of the industry - rentals being much more spread out, units being much larger than your typical 300 sq ft hotel room, etc. This is the time that allows for housekeeping to have a sufficient amount of time in order to also ensure that guests can check in by 4pm.

We stayed at this place for 8 nights total. Originally 6 nights but extended because we liked it so much. VERY reasonable rates!! It has a GREAT view and is in a GREAT location. You can easily walk to downtown Main Street. It was very clean and the layout was good. They even have a pull out couch if you need the extra bed. If you like to cook your own food this place is great as well. They have a propane grill on the patio and have extra propane if you need it as well as spices and everything you need. Will definitely consider staying here again.
