My family and I enjoyed the condo. We had our breakfast and 3 dinners cooked in their kitchen. We loved walking downtown and trying some restaurants that served delicious food. We were blessed with beautiful weather and loved skiing almost everyday. We’ll definitely come back.

The place was exactly described in the listing! The attached garage is certainly a very nice plus for the snowy winter months and the location was perfect as well. It was about a 3–4-minute walk to the Snowflake lift with very easy access, there is a bus stop at the end of the driveway if you don't feel like walking into town or it was about an 8-minute walk right to Mainstreet. It was a wonderful place, and they were extremely helpful and responsive, highly recommend this location to anyone look as we will absolutely be going back again!

Super convenient location for skiing and spacious for 8 people. The unit is not equipped with a lot of supplies (cooking oil, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent). The shared pool was nice but they don’t provide pool towels, and there were no extra towels at the air bnb. The dryer vent isn’t connected to the outside so you have to dip it in a bowl of water while running the dryer. Overall it served us well and was super easy for skiing, but didn’t have everything we needed.

It hasn't really ever been updated, so the overall feel is of an older place. Floor plan was good, the garage was super useful to get the car out of the weather, easy walk to/from Snowflake lift.

shuttle service was great and loved the location. townhouse itself needs some updating. rugs in the bathroom. needs more towels and coffee mugs. we had 5 people and 3 mugs. picture frame display in the kitchen was a bit dizzy. kitchen and bathroom need update. toilet need fixing, one in master just keeps running and wasting water

We enjoyed our stay at Winterpoint 37. The location was as described and perfect for skiers and non-skiers. Quick walk to lift and town. The property management communication was excellent. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable and everything in the unit was in working order. But, it's a dated unit and in need of a refresh. We couldn't quite get over the carpeted bathrooms and how drawers/doors in kitchen were blocked by other doors/drawers until you opened them. Having a garage was great and it's a good unit for the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in this unit after having stayed in a similar one at Beaver run. This location is good, short walk to lifts. However the unit itself is very old and run down. Carpet in the bathrooms, scrappy cabinets, dirty duvets, etc the place has not been updated since it was built, probably in over 40 years. The bed we slept in was sagging, management was very responsive and put a new mattress in within 2 days. The unit needs an upgrade!!!

The place is outdated and the appliances are out of date. The stain on the carpet in the main living was yucky. Yet, the location was terrific and we loved the convenience.

Great Location. The lift is .2 miles, slightly uphill, but very convenient. It is not a ski on/ski off, but about a 4 minute walk from the lift and the trail to ski home. Communication was great, the location in Breck is awesome - walkable to Main Street, Gondola, and the Snowflake lift is only a short walk away - great for skiing or just exploring. Have stayed at quite a few Airbnb’s now and this one was one of the best experiences and stays so far! Communication was great, the location in Breck is awesome - walkable to Main Street, Gondola, and the Snowflake lift is only a short walk away - great for skiing or just exploring. Condo has a fabulous layout and plenty of space. Highly recommend!

The property managers were great. There were multiple things wrong with our condo but they were addressed promptly. However, I got tired of bothering them so 3 things went unfixed. We never did find the hot tub. It’s a ten minute walk??? It took us 3 days of skiing to figure out what ‘ski in’ meant in the listing. You have to follow the ‘4 o’clock to town’ run, go past the Cut off to the snowflake lift and turn right onto a narrow path between condos when you see the little bridge on your left. The condo was better suited to 2 adults and kids than the 5 adults we had. The kitchen was adequate, the garage was convienant as was the washer and dryer. The humidifiers were growing mold but were replaced promptly when we called. The free shuttle was awesome. It’s close to a bus stop (black route) that we used a lot. The lighting in general is inadequate. No need for a car. Breck has great public transportation. It’s an easy walk to Main Street. Straight down 4 o’clock road. Head for the large blue sculpture in the park and the next road is Main Street. Ski rental is very close too. The master bedroom bed is like sleeping in a bowl. There are plenty of pillows and blankets to choose from. Towel exchange was once during the week which was fine. There is a wood burning fireplace that we didn’t use. Location was good but we have stayed in much nicer places, but we’ve never had such good property managers. Thanks for taking care of us!

Finding the Upper Village Pool Complex can be a little confusing from Winterpoint, but there is a neighboring complex, Sundowner, that you turn at going down the Four O'Clock Rd, and you follow that road till it runs into the pool complex. We apologise for any inconvenience with directions and for the three unaddressed issues you encountered and the difficulting navigating the pool and the Four O'Clock Run. Please call us next time, and I will be more than happy to make sure you know every shortcut to get to the lifts/pool from your unit. We stayed here for one night and skied the entire next day. We were able to check-in a little early which really helped. The accommodations were good and as described and worked for 7 of us with the pull out couch. The unit is showing some age and wear and tear, but fit the bill for us. The garage was handy and the location was perfect just a short distance from Main Street. We were also able to put on our ski equipment in the garage and walk in our boots the short distance to the Snowflake lift which was ideal. We'd likely stay here again.

Breckenridge is awesome. Alright condo quality for the price. Make sure to return all the keys in person though, or else they will lose your pool key and overcharge you for it!

This unit has a great layout with multiple social spaces downstairs and the bedrooms are away from the action upstairs. Both bedrooms have their own full bath which is great. The location is a 5-10 minute walk to the snowflake lift and still really walkable to Main Street. It even has its own dedicated heated garage space with enough room to get out of your car.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, pots, pans, etc. It is a short walk to the pool and hot tubs. The garage was nice to park in and store skiing and boarding equipment. Recommend bringing firewood if you want to have a fire. The only thing we didn't like was having carpet in the bathrooms.

Thank you for helping to make our trip to the mountains a memorable one! Our stay at the condo was wonderful- plenty of space to spread out, beds for everyone, short walk to town and to the slopes!!
