Westridge Chalet

This was a great house for a family. It was comfortable and a great space for everyone to spread out. It was comfortably worn which was perfect for a family with young kids. The kitchen was well supplied and plenty of paper products. We made it a home quickly and look forward to coming back again! The ski in ski out was great but a little tricky for beginners. The location was quiet and really easy to get around from by car.

Really enjoyed the cabin! Wish the jets in the tub worked ): their cleaning crew could use SLIGHT improvement as there was some small discrepancies - normally wouldn’t have an issue with that but it is a fat cleaning fee you pay so you expect a very clean home. Management was SUPER fast with responding, had maintencenover within a few hours when I was requesting some help with the fire places, location was great and a super short walk away from the busses to take us to the lifts. Would definitely book again with them!

We brought our family and friends for a memorable trip before all of our kids are gone off to college. We had such a great time at the house! It was very spacious and had plenty of beds for our group. Interior was really nice and the kitchen / living area was great for cooking and watching football The kids loved the gameroom and the steam shower in Master Bath was unbelievable!! Exquisite Spacious Breck Chalet home was amazing in many ways. Held our families yearly Colorado trip and was beyond satisfying. With great nature views, close in town activities, and walking distance to the slopes. It was great for all types of age group activities. Will definitely visit again.

We had a joint family trip with 8 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were there in the summer so no snow activities for us. There's a stop at the entrance to the neighborhood for the free bus that goes into the main street area etc.
The house is lovely and well maintained. Check in and check out was easy. We were very happy with our 6 night stay.

Overall recommend! very spacious, kitchen equipped. We were “lucky” enough to meet a BEAR in the afternoon, scared us a bit since we were on our way out and kids were scattered as we were trying to get in the car, overall a cool experience and Story to tell back home. We met the lovely neighbors who live there full time and recommend to always check garage area through the front door before opening it- just incase the bears are hanging out. Drive to town is super easy!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a Christmas gift to our children. We wanted it to be an experience, & I believe we nailed it :) Although I am not very techy, I was able to find & book it with relative ease. The location was perfect. The accommodations fit our family perfectly. 4 families were able to spread out nicely. The shuttle service was very convenient & prompt. The driver Kent & another gentleman, the last night (I did not catch his name) were both very friendly & patient. Cleanliness was adequate. The kitchen was well stocked with tools to prepare meals. However the knives were quite dull. There are 2 to 3 dining room chairs that are pretty wobbly. The first night
something started beeping in the middle of the night, in the bedroom we were sleeping in (I assume a low battery sensor, on the smoke alarm). I contacted management the next morning & it was taken care of immediately, with a smile & apologies. Management was very available & checked in throughout our stay as to comfort & further needs. We were a bit dismayed that the front steps & sidewalk had not been cleaned creating snowpack & slick conditions. The deck had quit an accumulation of snow. No tools were noted to clean it off with which rendered the outdoor grill & deck unusable. Overall we had a very pleasant stay that hopefully will be cherished for a lifetime by our family.

Unfortunate that the hot tub is broken in the backyard but it was not advertised. Everything else was great. Great house in a great location. The ski country shuttle alone is worth the stay. Never waited more than 10 minutes for a ride and the drivers were great. Definitely would recommend this house.

Terrific location with easy access to the Snowflake chair (across the street). Huge rooms. Grand common space. Hot tub and steam shower are perfect for apres. The kitchen was under stocked (Two wine glasses?) for the number of people slept. Dinning room chairs were suspect. Toaster is possessed by evil fire spirits. Many windows drafty with locks that don't quite latch. Needs a little maintenance, but a terrific location for a large group.

Location was great. Property was less than a mile from center of Breckenridge. Basement has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a living area and garage access. Main floor has 2 bedrooms (master and mini master) each with its own bathroom. Main also has a half bath. Back patio is small with view of the road/other houses and has a hot tub. Upstairs loft has 2 bunk beds. Layout wasn’t super clear in the listing, so hopefully this description helps. Kitchen was very well stocked. House was great for the price and location. If you’re looking for breathtaking luxury, this isn’t it. Furniture was outdated and shabby. But all and all, the property worked great for our group.

Nice place we would stay there again. Hard to regulate the heated floors so it would get hot then we would open windows and at -8 deg it would get cold quick! But still enjoyed the house.

We had a group of 11 and really enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Ski Country Rentals provided excellent service. The shuttle was great -- people's complaints about shuttle service are unreasonable. We used it multiple times almost every day for a week, and it usually picked us up within 10-15 minutes of our call. We did have to wait 30 minutes a couple of times, but that's understandable during late December. Skiing was very convenient. It takes about 90 seconds to walk to a run and then about a minute to ski to the closest lift. My family rents vacation houses at least a couple of times a year, so we have a decent amount of experience with rental properties. This one is great.

Booking comes with Shuttle Service, and the management company did a great job fixing a few things for us upon arrival, and taking us to and from Downtown when needed. Private Hot Tub was a blast. Nothing bad to say here; will absolutely stay again next time I'm out with a group that size!

We had a good stay. Great size for 3 families with small kids. Plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms. Location to Snowflake run was great! There can be some improvements. Garage door never was fixed although reported on first day. Kitchen is only basically equipped. Trouble finding things. COFFEE MAKER WOULD NOT WORK. Very drafty windows in the lower level, kids were always cold while sleeping. Ice accumulated on driveway making it difficult to get in and out of the inside garage. Overall, we had a good trip and would recommend this property in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your stay at Westridge Chalet in Breckenridge. We sincerely apologize for the noted issue with the garage door. Our records do indicate this having been reported and a work order having been placed, so we take full responsbility and apologize that, perhaps simply due to human error, the request may have been misplaced and not followed up on. In regards to the kitchen items - we are always happy to deliver any missing or requested pots, pans, utensils, appliances, etc. at the request of our guests.. However, we understand that sometimes having to report more than one issue, or even the same issue more than once, can seem like a real hassle when you are on vacation and your main priority is relaxing and enjoying time with your family and friends. So, we do appreciate the feedback and will be sure that the mentioned items are either purchased or replaced for future guests. Thanks again, we appreciate having had the chance to host you during your stay.

We had a wonderful stay. Space was great for 3 families. Could use serving utensils and expected cards or games in game room. Loved the space. Hot tub was nice after long day of skiing.
