Village at Breck Studio 4301

Great place right next to the slopes and easy to walk to restaurants!
The shower curtain was broke and the toilet was noisy but they were quick to ask how the stay was then come fix it while we were out skiing!
Wouldn’t recommend more than 2 people staying, the bed was very squeaky and if you thought about moving you would wake the other person…

This place is about as ski in ski out as you can get. It’s about a 30 second walk to the lift. The studio looks just like the pictures. It’s a bit dated, but the amenities on the property are awesome. My only complaint is the bed. For the love of everything replace the squeaky bed frame. Other than that, I’d absolutely stay again.

This rental is absolutely amazing as it offers an easy walk to any where you might want to go in Breckenridge. Will definitely stay again in the future when I visit family.

This is such a great spot for a week in Breck for a couple. Location couldn’t be better, would definitely recommend for a weeks stay! Thanks for having us! We will definitely be back.

Best location in Breckenridge. Ski in/out at your foot and great snowboarding lessons. I also walked to Breckenridge Nordic Center and it was an easy beautiful scenic walk. You don't need a car, just take the van from Denver airport (Peak 1 was the best with an awesome driver, Aaron) they take you to pick up your key at Ski Colorado and then you get dropped off at your final destination. Everyone I spoke with at Ski Colorado were very helpful and friendly. Matthew called the day after I arrived to make sure everything was okay. Excellent restaurants across the street such as Mi Casa Mexican, and a little walk to Empire burger and Luigi (best pizza). I rented all the gear we needed from Blue River Sports (across the street). Also a short walk to the Breckenridge Market and liquor. Great vacation!!

Great value. Clean rooms. Close to lift and shops/restaurants. The main downside was that sound travels and we had several neighbors that were being quite loud in the hallways at all hours.

Great location! Great Customer Service!
We had two very minor issues with non-resort appliances. The owner called me to check-in on us (great customer service). I told them about the issues and they brought replacements within a couple hours. We were on the slopes when they called so I forgot to get a name. But talk about outstanding customer service. There were a lot of forms b/c its a third party rental, but ignore the pain. The unit is the best location in Breck. IMO. Great stay, will be back!
