This spacious studio suite sleeps 4 and is perfect for year-round adventures. In the winter, you can enjoy skiing, easy ski school access on Peak 9, snowboarding, dog sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, and more! You can ski during the morning and come back for lunch in your own condo! In the summer, you can hike, swim, bike, fish, golf, horseback ride, white water raft, and much more! Or, just kick back and enjoy the view or sample one of Breckenridge’s many restaurants, breweries or distilleries!

New renovations bring a modern, yet classic style to this condo, including a spacious King Size bed, new appliances, and a fun vintage ski vibe. Guests have plenty of room to relax on all new furniture in the living area in front of a flat screen TV, with full Google Home integration so you can cast your favorite videos and play your favorite music from your phone / smart device! The views from the living area are impossible to beat! Look outside to see the slopes on Peak 9, catch a glimpse of the Quicksilver Chairlift, and people watch from the privacy of the unit. The full, updated kitchen provides a perfect wet bar area and is equipped with all major cooking appliances and utensils, including a combo Keurig / coffee maker. The large bathroom is comprised of three separate rooms, including a dual vanity, for your convenience and privacy.

It is nearly impossible to beat the location and convenience of the Village at Breckenridge! The resort is known for its prime location and for being a true ski-in / ski-out property. Resort amenities include a remodeled in 2022 indoor/outdoor pool, multiple outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, exercise room, cable TV, and free wireless internet.

Overall the condo was great, beautifully updated with new interior amenities. The location was amazing!
Our only issues, was the inside of the closet, corners of the room, the decorations on tables were full of dust. We had to vacuum the closet out just to put our clothes in it and vacuum the floors. luckily the unit had a vacuum. There is no dresser of any kind, so there really isn't any place to un-pack other than the closet. The price was high compared to all other units. I guess we paid the price for the updated interior.

Room was just as pictured, clean and perfect for two. The amenities were amazing with great hot tubs and a Rec area. Walking distance to everything! The view from the room wasn’t anything spectacular and the bed is on the firm side. The digital key was a bit frustrating and took several times to work on many occasions.

Right on the mountain and so walkable to all the great food stops in Breck. Really great communication when trying to get instructions. Called at 8pm the night we were to arrive while we were driving by and someone picked up right away.

Great location, quick walk to lift at Peak 9 base; quick walk to main st, restaurants and retail shops. Definitely recommend; parking was difficult but manageable; we look forward to returning!

I LOVE staying here. This is the second condo we have stayed at in the village and with Ski Colorado as host. This room was spotless. Easy checkin which I could do on my own. The amenities were awesome- loved the pool after day on the slopes. Only downside was parking- we had to do offsite- but easily walkable to get around town and to the slopes. Didn’t move our car at all! We had a little trouble as the bathroom locked on us (dang kids)- but the host was able to come get us back in and communicated his availability well! We can’t wait to come back again and again!!!!

Location, location, location. This place couldn’t have been in a better location. The Main Street is right out the front door while Peak 9 is right out the back! Various ski rentals on property and near by. Loved the indoor outdoor pool and jacuzzis.

Nice, cozy studio room in the Village at Breckenridge complex, presented as advertised. The room came with a Queen bed, couch with fold-out mattress, and kitchen. Kitchen was equipped with microwave, stove, clean dishes/utensils, and dishwasher. The room was spacious enough for 2 people, but might be a bit cramped for 4 people (although doable).
Walking distance from Main Street with all the major restaurants and shops, as well as the Quicksilver ski lift. Also right next to a shuttle stop, which I found very convenient for getting to/from the grocery store. Ski rental store conveniently located in the same building. All of this made it possible to enjoy our vacation without a car.
Only slight inconvenience was the office for key pickup/dropoff was about an 8-10 min walk from the Village complex, but I didn't really mind this since the staff provided very clear directions/instructions which made for a very smooth check-in/check-out process.
I would definitely consider staying here again. 5/5 stars overall!

The unit I rented was a studio condo in the Village at Breckenridge. Check-in was as simple as picking up keys from the offsite office, a 5 minute walk from the unit. The location was great and just outside of the mountains major lifts. Everything in the village was a quick walk away. The condo was fully stocked with utensils and cooking supplies and there are ample dining and entertainment options nearby.
