This is the most convenient ski in ski out I’ve ever stayed at- get off right into the parking lot from 4 o clock and snowflake lift is just across the street. 1 large outdoor and two indoor hot tubs to soak your tired muscles too!! Highly recommend

Very convenient and in a nice quiet spot - easy to walk to town and the parking was extremely convenient. Very comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 kids with room to spare. Nothing luxurious but comfortable and perfectly adequate, well stocked. Everything well kept, just a couple windows that don't open and close very well. We would stay again!

Fabulous condo and excellent location

This condo is well-appointed with a light-filled, comfortable living and dining area. Everything is in excellent shape and the kitchen has good equipment and basic supplies. Each bedroom has good closet space and dressers (thank you)! The hot-tubs are only steps away in the center of the complex. The ski-in/ski-out is real. We just had to walk across the building's small parking lot to get to and form the slopes. Ideal!

Excellent Place

The condo is great, well equipped and very spacious. Great about this. Internet speed was awful, really need to upgrade that They need to change the main bedroom mattress. No other issues About the location, just perfect In the morning you just grab your skis, one floor down, cross the street and you are at snowflake liftchair. On the way back ski down four O’clock run and finish at your parking just in front your condo. Grab your skis, 1 floor up and you’re done, so it’s really a ski in. Final comment, walls are very thing, so if you have a noise neighbor you will hear that a lot After all, I recommend it

The code didn't work when we got there, but the host was responsive and corrected the situation immediately. We had a great one night stay. Place was clean and comfortable. Just had one issue with a window crank that was broken, we couldn't close the window all the way. I notified the host and I'm sure they took care of it.

We had a bit of a problem with the heat being on in the unit and it was summer (87° outside) and we didn’t receive a response when we messaged the company through Airbnb so we had to call in order to get the issue taken care of. However they did resolve the problem in a timely manner.
Great location! I’m sure it would be a prime spot for winter vacationing being that the chair lift is right across the street. Wonderful!

Great access for in/out skiing

Overall, it was a suitable unit. Location is perfect for ski in/ out. Kitchen is very functional. Only thing that would make it better is more comfortable beds in both rooms. Bunk beds are very squeaky. Hot tubs are close by and we used them daily. Great week at Breckenridge!

Perfect for a family

I chose this place because of the sleeping arrangements. This place was perfect with the bunk beds. Plus, it was a prime location close to town. Would definitely stay here again!

Gret Place and location!

Because this place was a new listing, getting all the check-in information got lost in the process. But, the managers of the place were very good at ensuring we were taken care of. The one complaint I have is the parking. This place can sleep 8 people and only has one parking permit. The managers got us two permits so I have to say thank you for that. Places like this should expect multiple cars coming in and parking for a second car a mile away is not a good thing. Overall, the place is very nice and in a great location. I will come back again and would recommend it to others.
