The Village at Breck 1401

We had a great stay, perfect for a fall weekend in Breck. Amenities were nice when it was raining outside and super close to everything! Everything in the unit was great, would definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean, and on a great location with the ability to walk to the Main St. shopping, restaurants, and the Gondola to the Peak 8 Basecamp.

We love village at Breckenridge! this is our second year staying here and this condo was in much better condition and more space than our last condo. I think my only request for the price would be to have a King bed in the primary suite. We know it was a queen when we booked it and still have a fabulous stay. But for the price, the King would be a tight fit, but much better for the price!

We loved this updated condo with plenty of room for our family. Our only request would be that a King bed be put in instead of 2 queens and 2 twins. It also doesn't mention a pull out couch, but there is one that our 9 year old was able to use. We knew the primary bedroom had a queen when booking and we made it work, but for the price, we really think a King would be best. It would be a tight fit, but it would work. Thank you for hosting!

In the same building as the Village ski school. Right by Maggie’s and the Quicksilver chair lift. Couldn’t pick a better spot for Peak 9.

Overall this was a wonderful condo to rent. Updated, comfortable, spacious and great location. I loved being able to see my child at ski school right out the window and the views in general were spectacular. The only issues were very minor- using the Village app for the room key can be a bit slow/inconvenient, but I’m sure the owners of the unit can’t do anything about that. There weren’t any oven mitts in the kitchen and we could have used more kitchen towels. Like I said- very minor problems! We would definitely stay here again and plan to rent this unit in the future.

Very good location to ski school and town. Lift lines were longer than we expected to get up the mountain but had nothing to do with our condo...It was perfect for my family. Our only comment was that the bathrooms should have been better equipped with better soaps and personal hygiene items. (more upscale)

Our third time at Breck and this condo had the best location for kids hands down! We were able to take the elevator down to the kids ski school without exiting the building. We were also able to watch the kids ski right from our dining table and living room. Would stay here again in the future. Also, Cade was very helpful when we had an issue with our dishwasher.

The condo was in the perfect location for skiing and walking to town. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was clean and the big windows overlooking the ski trails was beautiful. Was nice to be able to get plenty of firewood for the wood burning fire place. Only 2 minor complaints - the master should be a king bed. There was no ice maker or ice available - I went down to the front desk and they questioned whether we booked through them - we did not, so they couldn’t provide ice. Additionally there was no ice available in their little small market. Advise picking up ice on your way in if you want to make drinks for the evening.

Very clean property. It was a great property with a toddler (everything on 1 floor, no stairs within unit, and light blocking curtains in all rooms for nap time). Great location, walking distance to Main Street. Wonderful views and balconies on all rooms. Would stay again and recommend to friends/family.

We've stayed here before and the view of the mountains never changes but the magnificience of the view does. Every season influences the scene from the flowers of Summer, to the golds of Fall, to the winterwonderland of the cold season. However the sky changes by the hour. The best part of the day is dawn, watching the sun illuminate the tips of the mountains and then creep down to the valley. At dusk the clouds put on a dynamic show until the darkness arrives. And the best part is that you get to enjoy this from the comfort of a well appointed, clean. spacious, comfortable condo.

Stayed during the week just before the summer season. If all your activities are in Breckenridge, you won't need a car as most things are within walking distance of your villa. Great views and ample space. We had extended family over for dinner one night, and even with 18 people, there was plenty of room.

The view! The convenience! Great layout. Will stay here again. Only downfall of property is not having laundry in the unit. Could use new shower curtains and a deep clean of the oven, but otherwise excellent! Loved staying here for our vacation!

This is our second time to stay at the Village but our first time in this unit and it did not disappoint. The views were amazing and you could not pick a better location. My girls kept asking if we could go back to the candy store and come to find out it was at the bottom of our building. From the lift, ski rental, lessons, walking distant to anything in town and parking in the heated garage close to the elevator it was seamless and stress-free. When we arrived our parking card did not work but a quick call and they had it working in minutes. There was 4 adults and 2 children and we all had our own space. I used the washer and dryer down just outside our room and it was easy/clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Bathrooms are spacious with plenty of towels.

Great property. Summer stay. Ideal location just off main street at the base of the mountain. Very convenient parking underneath for one car and easy to leave second car in a nearby lot - all instructions provided. Very nice unit. Well stocked. Would stay again.

Excellend location and apartment. Very close to town and walkable to most areas with a lot of restaurants and activities in the area. Parking was very convenient as it was under the bulding. Unit was very clean and spacious for our family of 4 although could easily fit 6 people. Commuication was great and quick both via the app and phone. One item we had not realized is that the washer / dryer was on the floor and not in the unit. It was still very convenient as it was just about 50 feet from the front door. An added bonus was that the parking garage had EV chargers available so we could charge our Tesla in the building which was very convenient. We will definitely look to return during the Ski season as well.

The property is fantastic. Clean, spacious, modern, open kitchen, dining and living space. 3 bedrooms so the family can spread out with two full baths. Fully stocked kitchen met all of our needs. Two balconies with excellent views from the 4th floor at The Village. Walking distance from everything in town. If we weren't renting, we would enjoy living in this space. It's absolutely the perfect place in the perfect location in town. This is our second stay with Ski Colorado and both have been fantastic. Easy check in/check out, great accommodations, and quick and convenient service when needed. The Ski Colorado staff are a phone call away when needed and were prompt to address any of our needs before and during our reservation.

This property is absolutely fantastic. Very clean, spacious, and met all of our needs. The location in town is perfect and within walking distance from everything needed. Check in was easy with convenient pick up from the Ski Colorado office. Multiple key cards were provided as well as our parking pass. We were in our accommodation within minutes of arriving in town with zero issues. The key cards are magnetic and we ended up having several fail after exposure to phones or something, but Ski Colorado had replacements made and ready for us to exchange at their office within minutes of contacting them. Great service and great property. I would highly recommend.

We stayed in June and found the condo to be great for our family of 5 along with one grandparent. The location was great for walking around Breck as well as being close enough to walk to the gondola. We loved it and we'll look for the same condo or similar when we come back.

This condo is in a perfect location! We were able to watch children in ski school from the condo. Ski rentals, ski school, and lift are all just outside the building. We walked to dinner and shopping on Main Street every night. Nice, clean condo in the perfect location!

great property, location. Really appreciated help from Cade (mgr.) on checking in early on a busy (for them) Sunday with a 3 yr. old. Property is in amazing location, well kept, with beautiful views of the Silverchair run and fun view of young kids ski school. Has a helpful "mud room" are to store skis/gear and sit while putting on ski boots. Will be back!

This place was perfect, clean and right in the middle of everything. Unbelievable view of the mountain from the comfort of the couch or bed. The convenience of being right next to the lift was great as we could come and go as we please to the condo to grab lunch or take a break. I'd stay here again for sure and the process of checking in and out was smooth.

My husband and I were looking for a getaway and our stay at this condo in Breckinridge turned out to be the perfect place. We had great views, the condo was spacious and was equipped for cooking which is important to us. We were pleased to be in walking distance of the down town. We loved all the safety measures that were taken. Loved that masks were required. Felt very safe! We would visit this place again.

Location to base and view of peak 9 is ideal, especially if you have people/kids in your group in ski school. Cubbies and hanging pegs for equipment and gear are great. Kitchen has ample stuff to cook whatever you like. I would stay in this unit again without question.

This was a great place to stay. Very modern and clean. The views are great and it is just steps away to a ski run along And the town of breckenridge. The only thing I want to point out is that the pool and hot tubs are about a 5 minute walk away from the building the apartment is in. Not a big deal but something that was mildly inconvenient when it is cold out.

This room has a very nice view. There is a lot of glass to see on multiple sides of the room.The location is the best on the mountain. Close to Main St and 200' from the ski lift. The room was well equipped including multiple humidifiers. Would not have minded some softer sheets but this was an excellent room that I will rent again.
