The Village at Breck 1035

We loved our stay—-the condo was super clean, had amazing views, and was close to everything! Condo was much bigger than expected and the master bathrooms were gorgeous. We were a girls trip of 8 and already can’t wait to rebook this unit for a winter ski trip and a summer trip!

We had a great family weekend getaway at this condo! We were traveling with a one year old and grandparents and there was enough space for all of us without feeling like we were on top of each other. It was great to have a well stocked kitchen! The best part of this condo is the location. You are right in town and can walk to everything!

Just spent 5 days in Breckenridge skiing with the family. Perfect weather and snow. The condo is well designed and is a 2 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift. We utilized all of the amenities including the weight room, hot tubs and sauna. I enthusiastically recommend this condo.

We stayed at Southern Comfort for a long weekend. It has a great location. Close to main street, ski lift and the pool. Place is clean and bigger than expected. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace as well. We would stay here again!

What an amazing Airbnb. This place couldn't have been better. Perfectly fit our two families with five kids easily. Room for even more. We loved the easy access to everything and walkability to the center of town with ease. A great pool and rec center with everything you could hope for including a steam room, sauna, heated pool, four hot tubs, gym, everything. The amenities were perfect. The kitchen had everything you would need. The location is top notch. So easy to ski in and ski out. It had a garage, ski storage, and everything you would need for a perfect ski vacation. So comfortable. We will be back for sure. The host was very responsive and helpful, and neither of our families could have been happier. Thanks, Ski Colorado.

Wonderful condo to stay in during our time in Breckenridge. Extremely close to skiing, shopping, food, etc. The condo was clean and updated! Very nice space and a huge plus that all rooms had their own bathrooms. We loved the on-sight amenities and used the pool and hot tubs daily. Our family had a fantastic weekend and will definitely be booking again.

What you see on the pictures is what you get. Love the place, its surroundings, and in the middle of everything in Breckenridge. Worth every penny. Newest technology in access system or digital keys with apps but the host very responsive to guide you to it. Even on Sunday check in. Big space and good Colorado cabin decoration theme. We really want to come back to this unit. Thank you so much.

This condo was perfect for a family of 3 and a family of 5 with kids ranging from 17 to 0. The space was clean and well furnished. The amenities of the pool and game room were a big hit with the kids. The location couldn’t have been better for exploring the town, bike riding and hiking. The only snag we ran into was getting into the condo on the first day and figuring out the parking garage. We did finally get in and the rest of the trip was smooth.

This is our 2nd year in a row staying here. The condo is beautiful! The rooms are large and each has its own bathroom. We loved being just an elevator ride to the pool and hot tub. We walked to downtown almost every night for ice cream. We will be back for sure!

This property was beyond clean, which is a huge deal to us personally. It was so spacious and beautiful and met our family's needs perfectly. The location is prime, being able to walk to main street was so easy and nice, true bonus not having to deal with main street parking. We have come to Breckenridge for years and never stayed so close in town, so this was a true treat and not to be over looked, loved this convenience. The amenities provided were exceptional. (pool, hot tub, game area, workout room) I can not say enough great things about the condo and property except we will be coming back for sure, LOVED EVERYTHING!!! Everything about the rental process was easy and effortless, which is nice when wanting a getaway. We never had any issues, everything was as described, and our expectations were met beyond what we even wanted. I love the no hassle pick up and drop off of keys and parking details, so informative. Great company to work with.

It was beautiful place and in a very convenient part of Breck...in downtown and next to a lift. It is spacious and very clean. Having 4 hot tubs at the facility was very helpful after a long day of skiing. 6 of us rented a place in Breckenridge for 6 days and we had a leak in 2 bedrooms causing us to move out of the house...that house was booked through a different company. We were able to book a new place the day of and the person helping us could not have been more accommodating.

The condo was perfectly clean and the rooms were very nice to accommodate our group of 10 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the decor throughout the living room and all the rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and its proximity to the shops/restaurants in Breck! Will highly recommend. The only limiting factor was parking, which was 0.5 miles away. It was doable in the lovely summer weather but I would book in advance and reserve parking with the property during winter season for sure! We booked this place as a last minute get-away with friends to spend the weekend in Breck. The instant booking on AirBnb was great and when we arrived late Friday night, the property had an emergency line for us to call the staff to access the key. She was very helpful and patient to help us navigate to our unit and very friendly when we dropped by the office as well! Great customer service and great attitude!

This is an absolutely beautiful condo and we are impressed with the location, How the kitchen is outfitted with everything you could possibly need and the luxurious feeling of the entire place. We have worked with this team for the last three years in planning our getaway. They are quick to respond and size our needs to match with the perfect property. We always go back to them!

Southern Comfort condo was perfect for our vacation. Two families with a total of (10) people and plenty of space. Location to Quicksilver ski lift and to downtown was perfect!! Easy walk to both!! We loved the condo! Just steps to the Quicksilver lift and right in town. We were able to walk everywhere with ease! We slept 10 comfortably, and have zero complaints!

1035 in the Chateaux building at the village of Breckenridge was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and had most of what anyone would want in a 3 bedroom 3 bath place. We overlooked the kids teaching area and were 150 yards from the quicksilver lift. Everything is in walking distance. While parking is available, you do have to pay for it and the spaces are fairly "tight" for a large SUV. All in all, great place to be and take in what Breckenridge offers.

Property was nice, roomy, and clean. Bedrooms were nice sized and Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what you needed to cook and eat for several people. All in all a great place to stay. Rented thru VRBO. Working with Ski Colorado was very good. They were responsive to all my needs

We had a wonderful time in Ski Colorado's condo! 10 Of my girlfriends and I had a reunion trip here and we loved how spacious and comfortable it was. There were plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils for our large group, clean beds and bathrooms and it was in the BEST location to town! We enjoyed walking out the front door to the hiking trails and enjoying the multiple hot tubs in the complex. We had an awesome time and will be back!

This condo is stunning inside. The location was wonderful. Our children loved the bunk beds and the pool and hot tubs were a hit as well! The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish, pan and utensil you could need. Parking was easy and accessibility to main street and the lifts were ideal. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time in Breckenridge. The condo was perfect for my family of 6, having plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped. The couch and loveseat were amazingly comfortable and perfect for afternoon naps. I could not believe how quiet it was! I particularly enjoyed the small natural creek that runs outside the master bedroom window. The only issue we had was the washing machine leaked. Although when we alerted the management company, they had it fixed immediately. Great service! If we come back to Breck, we will certainly stay in this condo again.

The condo was beautifully updated, clean, and very comfortable. Dishes, small appliances, and a washer and dryer are provided. Each bedroom has a bathroom on-suit. There is a bathtub in the room with bunk beds. The other two bathrooms have showers, one being an extra nice and spacious shower. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
