Exactly what we needed for a two day ski trip. Comfortable accommodations, close enough to walk to the mountain.

Great location. Super walkable to downtown so you don’t have to worry about parking! Can also walk to the ski slopes in 5 minutes.
Slightly outdated decor but everything was comfortable. All basics included in the bathroom, like shampoo and conditioner, and in the kitchen- coffee included.
Need to pick up and drop off keys on Main Street. A little hard to find initially. They are responsive via text during business hours and give you access to a website portal with lots of information.
Great spot for a bigger group. This unit had a nice view on the river and was up in the trees. Beautiful river and bird noises, was quiet.
Hot tub is a 3 minute cold walk in the winter but a nice amenity. Can get super busy.
Overall because of the location and walkability I’d stay here again and recommend it. Clean and cozy. Fireplace is a nice touch in the winter.

Great location, only a 7 min walk from quicksilver. The condo is a little dated but the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Overall a great condo with a cabin feel. Also very fast internet.

We felt very comfortable in the place, good size bedrooms and livable spaces. The kitchen is pretty well equipped, good pots and pans.
The kitchen knives could use an upgrade though.
The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful while still walking distance to downtown.

Me and my family has a great stay, the unit looked more like a cabin rather than a apartment because of how spacious it was. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need and each room had its own bathroom, fridge, and coffee maker. Our last day was a snowy one and they had people removing the snow early in the morning!

Everything was perfect, specious clean, warm, comfortable, great communication.
The two things that were annoying:
1- the key pickup is 20 minutes walk from the stay, and you need to return the keys there before 10 am,
2- bring quarters and detergent for the washer and dryer, the coin operated machines were not in the unit but the next building over.

We truly enjoyed our experience. This was the first time using an Airbnb. I was a little nervous and hesitant at the beginning. The information was very helpful and it was nice because it was a flexible check-in. We did not have to meet somebody in order to be able to get into, the condo.
The condo itself was absolutely amazing. I always like to be by the river. This was three floors up on a balcony and had a beautiful view, and the sound was amazing. Luckily, there were paths down by the river where we could walk. People fishing. but not too much activity, which was nice. Just people quietly enjoying nature.
It took about 20 minutes to get to the Columbine Café, where we enjoy eating breakfast. That’s about the farthest walk that we had for any meals. Everything else was closer.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience !

What beautiful views from the patio and living area! The kitchen is big with plenty of dishes, coffee maker ect. Bedrooms are big, with each their own bath. Pillows need to be replaced. Overall we had a nice quite stay!

The location was nice and the river out the back was great to sit and listen to. The place was very clean and comfortable for the most part. The pillows provided were quite hard and flat and that made them uncomfortable. Otherwise I had no other complaints aboutmy stay.

Enough space and amenities for all, really loved the feel of being tucked away in the woods above a stream, but being so close to all of the hustle and bustle.

Only very minor issues that did not detract form the overall experience. (Minor issues: could not get the dishwasher to work. Tried to call Ski Country Management, but phone options did not include a "maintenance" or "report a problem" option. Sent a text, but no response and did not know if it was received. It was the last day, so it did not effect our stay. Other minor issue, all the knives were very dull. Was a little dangerous trying to cut with such a dull knife. Overall we enjoyed the accommodations. Very spacious and comfortable. Overall it was a fair value for the price.

This place was AMAZING!!! My family of 4 stayed here with 2 little kids and it was pure perfection. Gorgeous views, plenty of space, the Ski County crew was on top of our entire reservation. It’s located right in town and within walking distance to ski lifts. We’ll definitely be back!

The pictures provided are an accurate representation of the property. It is spacious and very comfortable. The check-in/check-out process is also seemless and very efficient. Which is much appreciated after a long days drive. However, there are a few things that need to be replaced. (The mattress on the fold out couch is extremely worn down and rutted, cooking skillets are warped and small and only 1 serving bowl provided). These items did not interfer with our stay and we were able to improvise meal preparation without too much problem. One other item I feel needs mentioned is the lack of a mattress in the loft. What is provided is more like a foam mattress topper. It works okay, but is not really a bed. On the positive side, the condo was very clean and they provided plenty of towels, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, glasses, cookie sheets and even a crockpot. Also, having 3 bathrooms was a plus! It is conviently located across the street from the pool/hot tub complex. The condo is just a short walk (less than 5 min) to both town and the ski lift. It was also nice surprise to find several sleds in the closet for our use. I would most definitely stay here again!

(Winter/ski stay)
Great:
Spacious condo with quiet backdrop of dense forest.
Relatively short walk to Quiksilver express. We requested the free shuttle in morning then walked back home on path. Worked great!
Free private shuttle - awesome and we used several times ( morning to slope and evenings to town areas during cold day)
Short easy walk to town via the river path / pass The Maggie/ quicksilver lift , and you're right there.
Spacious rooms, good beds, with separate bathrooms ( the bedrooms are/ were actually separate single rooms, with fridge, Separate temp control which was a bit odd but actually really nice to have.)
Loft would be cool for older kids. Pretty steep ladder access so I am not sure it's suitable for really young ones.
Spacious enough for adults to sleep, not just kids for sure.
Things to know
Condo is fully functional just feels a tad outdated. Didn't impact our stay negatively to be sure.
Pillows weren't the freshest ( saw once we stripped sheets upon leaving)
Beware is 3rd floor with no elevator which was no issue for us but Walking in ski boots for "not so limber folks" could be a bit of work.
Probably only actual gripe I have would really have liked to see a ski locker either in our corridor, or much better, at bottom of building. Hassle carrying stuff up and down and storing.
Hot tub not in same building. We never ended up looking for it in the neighborhood so didn't bother us too much.
Overall we had a great stay.
Would we rent again? Probably, although we do prefer a little more actual ski in/ ski out if possible, and tub directly available.
Lower Lehman run was closed so we didn't try skiing back directly from slope, which may be possible otherwise. ( Again, walk wasn't bad at all).
Overall recommended.

The location and the view of the place is perfect, everything was clean we we arrived and both the check in and check out were very easy. Loved the fact that the apartment is walking distance to the town and the Burro Trail is right behind the apartment.
Every time we had a question the response from host was fast and accurate.
Only downside would be that beds are not quite comfortable and that amenities were not open (I asked before booking if the pool and hot tub were open and they say they were so that’s one of the reason why I booked the placed otherwise I would’ve choose somewhere else)

Excellent location! Close to town, waking distance from most things and includes a free shuttle. Beautiful view outside into the forest and the river, it makes you feel like you are secluded. We had a great girls weekend watching movies and dancing. Perfect for larger parties!

There were 8 of us traveling to Breckenridge and this place was great! The kitchen has all the utensils you need, so we were able to cook quick meals in the condo whenever we wanted to. The place was spacious and very clean. The loft has a queen bed, the bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the master bedroom has one king. We were all able to sleep comfortably with these accommodations. There were plenty of bathrooms as well so showering and sharing bathrooms wasn't a problem either.
The condo was close to the river, which was beautiful. It's also a short walk to the downtown shops area so you can just leave your car in the parking lot the entire time. They offer free shuttle rides to and from the Gondola at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Overall, the experience was great! The staff are very friendly and they responded to our calls and questions quickly.

We gathered our friends from all over the United States and went on a mountain getaway. We loved being able to walk to downtown (and back after the bars) or wander around near the river out back. One of our friends tried his hand at some fly fishing and caught two decently sized brown trout just steps away. The apartment was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Parking was the biggest pain, why have a house for ten when you can't fit ten in pretty much any car. Overall we were really pleased but if you are planning on cooking bring supplies!

We are thrilled to hear that, overall, you enjoyed the accommodations - most notably their convenient to location. How cool to hear that someone in your party caught some fish in the stream just outside the complex by throwing in a rod! We do apologize about your frustrations with parking. Perhaps, due to Tannenbaum's walkable location, you didn't notice the shortage of parking all over Breck while you were visiting... But parking is a huge commodity in Breckenridge. Parking restrictions are enforced by the Town and Homeowner's Association and are completely our of our control at Ski Country. However, we hope that you agree the overnight parking fee at the nearby Ice Skating Rink was still very reasonable (especially when comparing what some hotels charge for parking/valet!). We hope that you have plans to return to Breckenridge again soon and look forward to that opportunity to host you again!

The apartment was really nice. Slept a lot of people, which was fun as friends were able to come and go. Great central location, easy walk to the lifts and downtown.
Only downsides were the hot tub (5 min walk, it wasn't private, and alcohol wasn't allowed) and the fact that the check-in/check out location is about a mile away. My late check-in was slightly complicated since the office closed at 10pm.
The office was very responsive and friendly when I had questions.
Overall, I really liked the spot and would definitely come back again.

This is a great place in particular if you like Peak 9. Amazing place to stay. We were a group of 7 people, and there was enough space for all. The spacious kitchen was great for us, as we cooked all our meals. Very close to the main town, and ski route, which is a plus.

This was a great venue for a relaxing weekend in the mountains celebrating with friends. The location was close to Main Street and we were easily able to walk into town. The condo was perfect for a large group of people and had just the right amount of sleeping accommodations. The only compliant I had was shortage of adequate cookware and utensils. We cooked a few times and struggled with cutting stuff up and food sticking to the pan. Other than that it was perfect for what we needed!

It was a wonderful trip and the condo was super! Lots of bathrooms and space! Lots of privacy and lots of space for gathering! It was great open concept and the view in the back was amazing! The 3rd floor was tough and we were all in pretty good shape< but the 3rd floor climb everyday was brutal due to altitude and lack of oxygen.

We had a great time and the room was good and had a great view of the blue river. Wish there was a iron in the room to iron our clothes and washer and dryer so we wouldn't have to leave the condo to do laundry. Other than that it was good. Thank you for having us!

This condo is nice and open with beautiful location on the River and close to town center, with nice hiking trails right there. Loved that the birds and squirrel came right onto the balcony. Loved having balcony door open and listening/watching the fast moving river. Couldn't get a better location. Only negative is that it really needs an update. Such a great layout and location but could get a lot more rental money and potential if you removed the dirty carpet and put hardwood and remove the popcorn ceiling. Cheap way to update artwork on the walls is take photo's of nature and have them printed on canvas at Walmart for wall decor. Cheap and easy to replace and personal touch.
