Welcome to Tannenbaum II 24, your perfect mountain location! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located in the heart of Breckenridge. While staying here, you have the convenience of walking to the Quicksilver Lift and a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The summer also holds a plethora of activities as well such as hiking, biking, golfing, rafting, and fishing.

Inside the property, you'll find modern mountain decor, an abundance of natural sunlight, and a spacious layout creating the perfect environment for everyone to gather. An updated kitchen is equipped with everything you need, then you can unwind next to the cozy fireplace. Even more, you'll love listening to the Blue River flowing right behind the complex. The Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs are just steps away so you can relax and soak after a long day on the slopes.

The location is unbeatable! You will be a short walk away from the base of Peak 9 and the Quicksilver Lift, providing easy access to the slopes. Downtown Breckenridge is a short walk where you'll find a variety of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. The place was charming, well stocked and very conveniently located to town. We loved looking out the dining room window and listening to the creek below through the sylvan scenery. We also enjoyed use of the pool. We would definitely stay again if we ever have a chance to return - we loved Breckenridge!

Great location and very clean. Our small group (4 adults, 1 child) stayed here and were very comfortable. Place was well stocked. Hosts were great communicators. Location was perfect—5 minutes to main strip. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The place was in tip top shape when we arrived! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need to make and serve meals. We enjoyed the walking trails nearby, and the short walk to town for a cup of coffee. Additionally, our kids loved the access to the pool! I couldn’t ask for a better location or place to stay while in Breckenridge.
