The main Tv did not work when we arrived, and they immediately sent someone to take a look. He recommended it be replaced and a new one arrived the next morning. Great customer service! Loved the location - a quiet area but close enough to walk to restaurants on Main Street.

We had a great summer stay here with one family sharing the large bunk room and grandparents sharing the other room. We had plenty of space and loved the spread-out bathrooms and layout which made it feel like we all had space and also plenty of common room to spend time together. We easily walked downtown to restaurants and shops and enjoyed the beautiful aspens and hummingbirds while sitting out on the porch.

The space was perfect for two families to come together. We were able to cook meals and all sit in the living room together, it was a large inviting space. The beds were quite hard to sleep on, a bit too firm for our liking. We enjoyed walking the nearby trails and going to the community pool. Overall, well worth our time and money.

We stayed at Tannenbaum 22 in mid-February and had an excellent time. The location was a very easy walk into town as well as to the Quicksilver SuperChair. The room with the Queen bed and triple bunks was great for our college age daughters and their friends. The 3 full bathrooms were a huge plus when it was time to go out at night. The multiple outdoor hot tubs and pools were also great.
We plan on coming back next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Tannebaum 22. The location was close to the downtown area and an easy walk along the Blue River to Maggie Pond and Main Street. The beds were comfortable and the 3 full baths were very convenient when trying to shower and get ready for the day. The large sectional was comfy for relaxing. We did experience a few “hiccups” during our stay.. the main one being the main living fireplace which heats the main living area kept shutting off. The Ski Country staff were very helpful and accommodating and are aware of the issue so I’m sure it will be fixed in time for their next guests. ;) We all enjoyed our condo and said we would stay there again if in the area.

We venture to Breckenridge every year and this is the only place we have fallen in love with. It checks all the boxes! Comfortable seating (BIG couch for relaxing), comfortable beds, pillows, and plenty of towels. . More than adequate kitchen accessories. Quiet and walking along the steam was so peaceful. They offered extra things in the home itself that were small but big for us - nightlights, sound machines, and games for kids to name a few.
