This property offers an incredible location to the downtown local shops, as well as the ski resort. In under five minutes, you'll find yourself at the Quicksilver Super Chair, ready to begin your day of skiing or riding. A leisurely stroll over the footbridge across Maggie Pond will land you to at the Peak 9 Base Area, where you can kickstart your day exploring the slopes. Additionally, you can get to the local shops of downtown Breckenridge by bus or a five-minute walk, making shopping, eating and exploring effortless. Whether you are here for world-class skiing, or simply soaking in the mountain atmosphere, this retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable stay!

We wanted to provide you with an update on the upcoming elevator project. We anticipate beginning work in mid-to-late October.
Once the project begins, we anticipate it will take approximately 2 - 4 weeks to complete. Please note that the elevator will be out of service for the duration of the project.

We had a great stay! The home was perfect for our needs. The layout was perfect. They offered extra things in the home itself that were small but big for us - nightlights, sound machines, and games for kids to name a few. The host was very responsive and helpful when we couldn’t figure how to work the fireplace. The location was fantastic and close to everything! Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay. We will be back for sure!

Great stay in Breck! The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable. Communication was prompt and friendly. We parked and never moved our car as Main street was easily walkable. Would recommend and would stay again!
