Short walk to the ski lift. Short walk to Main Street. Heated, underground parking. Living room furniture could have been a little more comfortable. A fair distance to walk to the hot tub.

Locations was great, we were able to leave our car and walk down to downtown. Very nice condo, cute decor, we liked two bathrooms and the motion light in the hallway. Walls are very very thin so it was hard to sleep with the noise of the neighbors. Also the day we were there it’s was mid thirty’s and I really wanted to use the fireplace but I didn’t know how to turn it on ( couldn’t find instructions or a switch for it). When I tried to contact the owner it was past business hours so we weren’t able to use it. Because if the thin walls it would have been really nice to have some kind of noise cancellation such as a fan.

The size.. didn’t realize it was going to be that large.? Love two bathrooms. Super clean. Struggled to find the pool & hot tubs area.. called to get assistance. ?Upon arriving to use every area was filled with children, splashing and families.

The condo was clean, attractive, comfortable and great location walking distance to Quicksilver lift. Indoor parking with elevator from parking lot to condo level made it very convenient to bring in/out luggage, groceries. Walking distance to town and laundry in unit. Well equipped kitchen. Nothing to note. It was all good.

Walk to town for food and drinks in just 5 minutes. Condo was in excellent condition, very clean and updated.

Ski Country Resorts was great to work with from booking through checkout. Their communication was excellent and timely. I emailed and texted questions several times and received courteous and thoughtful responses within minutes. They made our stay very easy and comfortable; I will definitely look to use Ski Country Resorts for future stays.

There was plenty of space for a 1 BR. The place had a a nice view toward the slopes through the trees. Access to the slope was about a 10 minute walk. Lower Lehman’s was closed when I was there so it wasn’t ski in ski out, but still fairly close to the lift. Very comfortable for apres ski, with a TV, fireplace, and open kitchen. Having 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a tub was nice.

Great place and short walk to the slopes. Everything as above expectations with the exception of two things. First the check in and check out procedure is about a mile from this property. It is inconvenience to drive back and forth when most other places have access at the door. Second, the pull out couch was not working correctly. May have been user error :). We just put the mattress on the floor. Both of these issues are minor and would not prevent me to stay here again.

This condo is in a great, walkable location. Can easily walk quickly to downtown. The pictures are representative of the appearance of the condo. The condo is spacious and has a lovely view. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is uncomfortable - a new mattress is needed. A foam slab was placed on top of the mattress to try to improve the mattress but it wrinkles and mattress remains uncomfortable. Please consider upgrading to a king size mattress.

This unit was just perfect for a couple summer nights in Breckenridge. The unit has very nice finishes from the faucets, to the furnishings, to the art on the walls. It clearly was finished with an eye for details and quality. The location is walkable into the main business district and dining is easily reached without getting your car out of the garage. The pool is a short walk away and looked very pleasant although we didn't indulge this time. Check-in/Check-out is a bit cumbersome because you have to stop at a location in the main biz district to pick up the keys. They do have short term parking spaces behind the building so it wasn't terrible but would be nice to be able to use a code or key box at the unit instead. Highly recommend this unit. Nicest VRBO I've stayed in in quite a while.

We enjoyed our stay because of the available items to use. We had a full kitchen, table and garbage disposal! There was a box of Tide in the washer, so we were able to wash a load of clothes. It was very roomy and we felt right at home! It also was pretty close to downtown, so we could come and go as we please! Loved the garage for our BMW to stay in while we walked everywhere!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this property and really enjoyed our stay. We rent condos in the Breckenridge area 3-4 times a year. This by far was the most well maintained we have ever rented in the area. The property management company Ski Country Resort communicated with us regularly and went out of there way to help us with checking and check out. The only problem we has was the checking and checkout policy. Our shuttle was scheduled for 11:45a and we found out our checkout was 10a. We also has to pickup and drop out keys off at their office which was a mile away from the unit. This is terrible considering we had luggage and ski equipment. I wish they had a more flexible checkout time to allow for us not to have to sit outside in 20 degree weather for almost 1 1/2 hours. We would highly recommend this unit and even say we would recommend Ski Country Resort company.

My wife and I were able to stay at this property for 9 days and enjoyed the proximity to Quicksilver lift and to main street. Both about a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of space for both of us to work while we were not on the slopes. We never felt claustrophobic. Highly recommend for a couple or a family of 4.

Property comes as advertised, plenty large enough to accommodate our family of four. Love the recently remodeled showers, listening to the nearby running river and the mountain view from the patio. A short walk to all the dining/shopping that Main Street has to offer as well as a myriad of nearby trails. Our kids enjoyed counting the trout in Maggie Pond! Served as a great base for daily expeditions, including hiking, rafting, paddle boarding, mountain biking, etc. Plenty of towels provided, great overall experience with property management company and appreciated the in unit washer and dryer. Could use a refresh of kitchen items (pans, cooking utensils) but was able to work with what was there. The cooler mountain temps in the summer mean there really is no need for A/C - If you stay during the summer and prefer cooler temperature at night, keep the patio sliding door and bedroom window open (both are screened) - the entire unit off naturally.

Overall, the unit was great. Very clean and comfortable. The unit is close to the lift, about a 5 minute walk. The only item that needs attention is the pull-out couch. It was very uncomfortable. Most pull-out couches are bad but this one is pretty rough to sleep in. Overall, it was a great unit!!

This is a great 1BR condo unit close to Quicksilver lift / Village base. The photos are perfectly representative of the condo, which is most often not the case when using VRBO. Condo was clean, well equipped, nicely laid out. The TVs are older and small, but I came to ski and enjoy Breck so this was not an issue for me. Kudos to the owners and property management company!

This is a nice property if you are looking for proximity to the ski lift and downtown Breck. It's not exactly ski in ski out, but you certainly don't need a shuttle if you don't mind a short walk to the Quicksilver lift and back. There are a fair number of stairs to take just be warned but it wasn't a deterrent for us. Also, it's a 5 min walk to downtown, which given traffic and parking is a big plus. It's in a fairly quiet area of Breck which was a plus for me. The property was clean and the furnishings are reasonable, but are not exactly new and modern. I thought the furnishings were appropriate for the price point. The mgt company made check in and check out easy. Late check in was a breeze. Nice bonus that there is a 20% discount on skis at the Christy Sports which is in the same space as the mgt company. There are newer and more conveniently located condos, but you'll pay quite a bit more for them. Overall, would recommend and stay in again.

This is a great location and a great value. The only ding that I would have is the parking on the day of departure. We skied the day of departure. There was NO one in the parking garage. Plenty of parking but we were told that we'd get towed if we stayed in the parking garage. That means that we had to have all of our stuff packed in our car and parked somewhere in Breckenridge where the parking situation is terrible. Plus, it was 4 degrees outside and we had electronics. I don't understand how Check in is not until 4 pm and we couldn't park our car there for the day while we skied. I even offered to pay for a day of parking. The management just didn't want to deal with this. This would be a great service.

We loved Powderhorn A203!!! Condo was beautifully decorated with excellent amenities. We loved the short walk to the slopes and town area....close to everything!!! Parking spot was right next to door to walking path to slopes so we could just keep our skis in car and put them on in morning on way to slopes. Access to four hot tubs was awesome!!! This is a very spacious 1 bedroom. The layout is such that the bedroom is really separate from the living area, and with 2 bathrooms, it almost feels like a 2 bedroom - it worked great for our family of 4. The location is at the south end of town, still walking distance to everything but you have views of the mountains and can hear the Blue River from the patio. Only complaint was that the shower in the bedroom bathroom had so much water pressure, water went everywhere.

As educators we like to try different places during our fall break. We love Breckinridge and the unit was beautiful. Nice and clean, quiet and relaxing. The management was very friendly and helpful. Reported some light bulbs out and they were up right away. The unit was gorgeous.We were able to go over to Vail and see an elementary school friend and took a bike ride down the Blue River Trail. Had a wonderful dinner at the Kenosha Steak house . We will be back.

We stayed at the Ski Country Resort Condo for close to a week in July 2016. The Check-in/Check-out were both very smooth. The staff was very helpful and friendly and shared loads of tips when we requested for suggestions with our to-do list in Breckenridge! The condo itself was well maintained and very clean and comfortable! The two minor maintenance issues we had during our stay was taken care of quickly and immediately. PA 203 I would rate at 4.75 stars rather than the 4 that the system allows. The only issue with the property is how dry the air is in the condo. We did find a small humidifier (kudos for that) but the unit did not cover both the bedroom and the pull out bed in the living room so we all suffered from the dry air. Check in was quick and easy, check out was the same. the condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. Look forward to using the 2 bedroom version in a couple months.

Breckenridge, being a mountain environment at nearly 10,000 feet, does tend to have a drier climate than most other places. At Ski Country Resorts, we do typically have additional humidifiers available and are happy to deliver upon request! Simply call our office and we're happy to help. Another useful option during future trips might be renting an oxygen concentrator - there are several companies throughout Breckenridge and the Summit County area that offer delivery of these machines and they can be very helpful in helping visitors from lower climates become acclimated and prevent Altitude Sickness. The check in process went smoothly. The office was only 5-10 minutes away from the property, depending on traffic on Main St. Parking is underground, which is wonderful in the cold, snowy weather. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The sleeper sofa was VERY uncomfortable. If you have more than a party of two, I wouldn't sentence your guests to sleep on that. The gas fireplace was controlled by a thermostat and a very noisy fan came on when it was turned on. It made it difficult to hear the TV with the fireplace on.
The property is walking distance to peak 9 lifts and Main St, which is very convenient.

I stayed at this unit with my wife and two sons during Christmas week. The unit has a great location as it is a two minutes walk to the quicksilver chair lift and three blocks from the town center. We have experiences some challenges to get hot water at the end of a long day of skiing. The quality of the sofabed and blanquets are not what you would expect on a property in this location and price point. Other than that I would totally recommend this unit for a ski trip.

This place was great and very convenient. It was very cozy and loved having the full kitchen. The water was ice cold though which was very tough taking a cold shower before going skiing. The apartment was all that we expected, and we were very satisfied with the property managers. The underground parking is a valuable asset, and the location is as close as you can get to the lifts without having to pay ski-in/ski-out. Since we were only two, we washed the dishes daily by hand. However, on our check-out day we tried to use the dishwasher and it would not start. We told the check-out staff and they promised to take care of it before the next tenant comes in. We hope they did. We would certainly come back to this unit.
