great place for me to stay by myself.
i really would only share the place with someone i am comfortable sleeping in the same bed with.
using the sofabed would be very cramped.
more specific information for walking to the snowflake chair and skiing back from the 4 o’clock trail would have been helpful. i wound up walking to and from the end of sawmill road when there was a better route.
also, the shuttle on ski hill road is very convenient to ride to and from peaks 7 and 8 bases.
i would definitely stay here again.

convenient, clean, easy....Ski In from 4 o'clock run was nice. We were in town for a competition and the bus stop at the end of street made it super easy to get up on mountain and avoid the breck connect gondola.

Great location, walkable to town and ski lifts. Lovely big shared space in the middle of the building. Quite small in the room with the sofa bed out but great for a night or two. Some dirty crockery but probably due to previous guests.

We loved our stay here. My husband and I were comfortable in the bedroom and my two children (5&8) slept great on the pull out sofa. The views are beautiful, located right by a creek that my kids loved playing in, and a quick walk to Main Street. For the price and location, it can't be beat!

Great location to Snowflake lift, and Lower 4 o'clock. Great location to town, also. Walking to town for breakfast and shopping in the evening was nice. Hot Tubs were nice and clean after a day on the slopes. Would come here again. Making sure that the parking lot was being used by the renters only. It never happened, but we were worried several times that if we stayed out too late, we would not have a place to park the jeep for the night when we got back.

Location was great. Having a hot tub after skiing was wonderful. Unit had some decoration flare and was equipped with needed items. For me, pics were deceiving in the size of the unit. It is quite compact, almost like an RV.

Prime location and a more affordable option in the area. The rental was as described and quaint... ideal for a maximum of two people. We definitely could have stayed there for a few more nights as main street was a short walk away. The LOUD partying from neighbors and lack of response from the Hosts was the only complaint. Otherwise, it's a decent Breck rental!

We loved the location. It was small (if you use the pull out sofa bed, you have to walk or crawl over the bed to get to the door). It was perfect fornour 1 night stay in Breck. Very close to main street and the free gondola.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While some upgrades such as kitchen and bathroom were made and the unit was clean, sleeping conditions were lacking. The sofa bed was not usable for sleeping since the mattress was so thin it was like sleeping on springs. My adult daughter had to sleep on the sofa for 2 nights and that was very uncomfortable. It is well past time for being replaced.
There were a few other issues I brought to the attention of Sky Country Resorts which they addressed promptly and I appreciated that. I have stayed in other units in this building with much better sleep quality.
Love the location. Would recommend the property but NOT this unit unless they replace the sofa bed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was clean, well kept and affordable. Easily accessible to downtown and the gondola. Only a couple issues... the connecting door to the unit next door can easily be picked open based on the direction of the latch so we pushed the couch in from of it. Definitely needs more than just a knob lock. And the bed was hard as a rock did not get any quality sleep. I like a good firm mattress but the floor would’ve been more comfortable to give you an idea.

You get what you pay for... but GREAT hot water pressure! The place is tiny, so small that you can't walk past the fold out couch when extended. The bedroom light fixture had 1/3 light bulbs out, some garbage still left on the floor and no ability to park you car during the day when skiing. Four people in this unit would be tripping over one another. The Ski Country team was super communicative via text!

The place is a perfect location and they communicate in detail. The problem with this spot is the smell. There was an awful mildew smell. My clothes, ski gear everything stank after. The smell is a real problem that should be looked into immediately!

"Spacious" was used in the ad, but it's very small. My friend and I agreed that TWO people is the limit. Great location--cross the street to take shuttle to Peak 8 or a short hike to Snowflake lift--ski all the way back to condo. Easy access to town, One hot tub working (of two), but only half the jets worked--couldn't heave the top off (one bar was torked). The condo is adequately supplied. The couch needs REPLACED! The sofa sleeper mattress was obviously quite old, and the seat cushion was ripped. We had a nice two-night stay.

This little apartment was perfect for a mother daughter ski trip. It was less than a 5 min walk to main st. where we got coffee ad spent our evenings. While the ski-in option would've been dreamy, I didn't read the whole PDF that would've informed us how to get there, so we ended up using the gondola and shuttles instead. I would definitely recommend 3 or less stay, as the pull out wasn't the most comfortable, and you can hear downstairs/next door guests quite easily through the walls. The kitchen was the perfect size and had all the items for what we needed to cook a full meal and have breakfast each morning. No regular coffee was provided though. It may be a covid policy, but there also wasn't any ice within the ice machine during our stay which would've been nice to know. I rated a 3/5 for my stay because there were some details that were overlooked with the property and it's maintenance that would've make it a perfect stay. If you're looking to spend most of your time outside of your place in an amazing location and don't mind all the amenities, this place is for you.

The unit has a great location on Ski Hill Road, walk to town, ski home on 4 o'clock trail. It is small though, when using the pull out couch there is no room to get to the door from the kitchen area. The hot tubs, gas grill, and common area with a fireplace room were great too.

First time to Breckenridge. We had a great time. We were able to walk to either lift - and snowboard back to the condo at the end of the day. The office folks were super nice, had us in and out very quick with all of our inquiries answered. We had two of us - one slept in bedroom and one slept on the fold out couch. Fold out was not the most comfortable thing, but it worked. Complimentary shuttle service was there for us when we needed them also. Great stay.

I booked this condo with four guys going skiing for a four night stay. It is rather "cozy" but it has everything you need. Originally had some issues with the condo but the owner helped figure the issues out. I would recommend this condo for three or less people. Four can fit just fine if you want to be cozy. To put it in perspective you are unable to pull out the couch bed without moving the dining table into the corner of the living/dining area. It was a nice place and the commons area located in the center of the complex is beautiful and has a lot to offer. It was nice to meet some of the other vacationers. Hot tub was very much needed after a long day of skiing. Some of the things that I was unaware of was we have a small locked container right out front of the condo big enough for two snowboards and 4 skis? maybe. There is grill out back by the hot tubs that is nice if you don't want to use the kitchenette area. I would come back.

We had an incredible time and the snow was amazing. The condo was a perfect fit for my wife and I (very clean and centrallly located).
