Great location for skiers/snowboarders. Large lockable trunks outside units for skis/boards. Less than a quarter mile to gondola bus station or to Snowflake Lift and easy walk back getting off 4 O’Clock Lower right after the drop. About a half mile walk to downtown as well.

This cute little place was nicer than i expected! The lodge is cute and we had fun planing ping pong in the game room. It was quiet and peaceful and sit right along a stream. The location was great, within a 5 minute walk of Main Street. I do wish the water temperature in the shower was a little higher but overall a great place to stay !

Although the property is a bit aged, given the prices of other AirBnb's and lodging in Breckenridge, overall this is a terrific value. Location near downtown is hard to beat. Hot tub is nice, other guests were pleasant and quiet. I've stayed here in the winter and summer, and would stay again.

Nice lodge for the price. Free shuttle from the lodge anywhere with in Breck town limits was great and not advertised. Advertised as ski in and there is not much of a trail to navigate from the 4 o’clock trail although to be closer would cost almost double or more.

Ski out - walk to the corner of Sawmill Rd/Ski Hill Rd and take the free bus to the Gondola. Bus comes every half hour (:03/:33). Ski in - down the 4 o’clock run to the back side of the place. Condo is small but accommodated two people comfortably but what more do you need. Wish they had other hooks to hang snow pants and snow jacket after skiing. Access the hot tubs through the lobby and the fire place was great spot to hangout after dinner. You can walk everywhere!

It was exactly what we expected in the pictures and descriptions. We didn’t sleep well in the bed - are not big fans of these new foam beds. And the pillows are older foam pillows as well. An update of the bed, linens, and pillows would go along way…

Only stayed for one night but it was great! Check in and out was very easy. The lobby was cozy and had vending machines. Everything was clean and the kitchen had enough cups/plates to feed a family of 6+. Eye mask on bed was a sweet touch, would definitely come back for a longer stay!

We were blown away by this studio condo for our last minute trip to Breckenridge! Walkable to all the downtown destinations, beautiful accommodations and the shared spaces like the hot tub and game room put the property over the top. Great value for the money!

This place exceeded our expectations. A fully stocked kitchen, hot shower with nice water pressure, and an inviting shared space in the lodge really set it apart. The room was small but well designed with lots of spaces to store luggage and was very functional for two adults to use for a few days. We even had our kids over for dinner and there was enough room to fully cook, prepare, and dine together.
The bed was comfortable and the views were stunning. We enjoyed the on-site parking that made it very easy to access our room. The cable TV was sufficient but didn't offer streaming services like other rental properties. It was a short walk to Main Street and the gondola that leads to ski peaks. We'll definitely consider booking here again when we return to Breckenridge.

Suggestions add more outdoor seating in the summer and replace the basement Furnature it’s run down. Also making us play for laundry is a bit cheap. Glad it was there but could have been included. The family who cares for the place is wonderful! They were terrific and so helpful! I would purchase a condo if they ever became available.

. Not an issue with the unit itself, just the state of the garbage facility. Overall a pleasant stay. It would be tight for 4 people, but was good for 2 adults. Know this going in and you will have a nice stay.

Amazing stay right in the heart of Breckinridge. Walking distance to the gondola as well as town. Amazing stay other than the bed, it was a bit too firm but it made it up with the double hot tubs!

This rental was perfect for my girlfriend and I. It was cozy, yet had everything we needed to be comfortable and the price was great. You can hike across 4 O'Clock run to get to Snowflake if you don't want to walk all the way around Ski Hill Road so it's basically ski in/out. 4 people could definitely fit in this unit, but it would be a little cozy for hanging out. However, the common area of the building is very spacious and inviting, making it a fine place for a group.

Thank you so much. I would bring along a camp chair or two for sitting outside in the summer. There are picnic tables but no where comfy to sit. We absolutely will come back next summer!

Overall this place was just what the ad said: Close to the 4:00 run. 1/2 a block to the free bus in the morning. Updated, clean, comfortable and nice. The management company was easy to deal with and promptly returned texts and emails. It is small, but nicely set up. A long bench (just over the heaters) makes a great place to lay out gear. An outside ski locker saves room inside. A short walk from the 4:00 run (with excellent instructions in the unit) and an even shorter walk to the free Black Line bus to the gondola. Highly recommend for a 2 person ski getaway. You can walk to all the town and be on the slopes easily

Everything was nice with the room. Hot tub area was not well maintained. Icy walkway and deck around hot tubs.

Beautiful! Super clean and adorable Southwest/modern style! The bathroom is DREAMY. We woke up to the water in the creek and a slight breeze- it was perfect. You get a full kitchen, bathroom, and dining room. It’s in the PERFECT location! You’re just a 5 minute walk from Main Street! Definitely recommend!

Beautiful! Super clean and adorable Southwest/modern style! The bathroom is DREAMY. We woke up to the water in the creek and a slight breeze- it was perfect. The space was comfortable and the common spaces were great. There is a fire pit, a pool table, and a hot tub. There are also personal storage spaces for skis outside of every room. Right in the middle of town!

The location was great, only a few blocks from Main Street. Check-in was simple and I was provided with lots of info. While the location was prime, the people in the building were not considerate of other guests. Our party was up all night because there was a group of people in the unit next to us partying from 11 PM - 5 AM. I would encourage guests to bring earplugs in case this happens again and to ask for the emergency number, as this was not on the documents we were given.
