Great location, view of the river and everything we needed for our weekend stay in Breckenridge.

My cousins and I stayed here for a weekend following the passing of our grandmother, and we couldn't have asked for a more comforting and welcoming place. The atmosphere was incredibly homey, making us feel right at ease. Everything looked exactly like the pictures, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. On top of that, the location is perfect—super close to town, making it easy to explore. You truly get what you pay for, and we were more than pleased with our stay!

Great place for two people! Such a cute, cozy and well decorated little condo. Great location for walking to Main Street and getting to the slopes. We had a fantastic stay, but I’m glad the other 2 people planning to come with us ended up not joining because that condo would in no way hold 4 adults comfortably.

While the condo was small, it was so well designed with cubbies and hooks in each room and the foldable table. Lovely, fun decorations, too. The location is great with being so close to shuttle and then ski-in. The two hot tubs were great along with the inside fireplace.
We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is well stocked with everything necessary. What a cute little refrigerator with lots of space for ice from the building’s ice maker!
The bed was not our favorite - a deep, soft memory mattress that has “dents” and rolls to the middle. The other challenge was the TV with FIVE different remotes and no directions.
We’d recommend this condo and suggest that large letters A, B, C, D be posted. It was difficult to find D the first night.

Very cozy. The sofa was comfy.
And, the bed was so comfortable!
Bathroom was clean.
The walls are a bit thin, but otherwise it was
a great experience. I would definitely recommend staying.

If you want to be close to the mountain without paying an arm and a leg, this is a great option. The place is very small so fitting three people seems like the actual maximum number of guests. The bed in the room is pretty comfortable and they provided plenty of blankets. The couch is fine to sleep on, but the pullout bed from the couch is terrible. It was uncomfortable and would fold back in on itself with very little movement/readjusting. the two hottubs outside were a great addition to our weekend and the ski/snowboard bench right outside the room was helpful. There were also hooks to hang things everywhere for when we needed to put snow stuff up to dry. The water pressure was not great but there was plenty of hot water.

The location was great. It's on a dead-end road, and not too far from main street. It was a little bit of a hike up to the Snowflake chairlift from the condo, but not overwhelming. It was very convenient to take the 4 O'clock run nearly right to the condo. The condo was a little tight, but the three of us were fine. There were plenty of hooks and small storage spaces to hang up coats, gloves, etc to dry out after snowboarding all day. Also, there is a small locker outside each condo with a coded padlock. We could only fit two snowboards in it. Many guests left snowboards & skis on top of the locker as well. We did not use the day rooms in the center of the complex but saw many people gathering on both levels in the evenings.

I absolutely love staying here, it has the charm of a small cabin and is a very cozy space, the kitchen is fabulous and the bed and pillows are SO comfortable. This location is ideal and hard to beat in the town of Breckenridge. I will continue to have this be my favorite place to stay every time I go to Breckenridge or anywhere nearby during every season!

Comfortable, from the ambiance outside as wells as inside, to the bed, pillows and beddjng. Also, clean! The hosts anticipated so many details, such as kitchen utensils, many extension cords, bedside "valets" for charging and propping cell phones, among other thoughtful details!
Just a little TLC needed for painting this "cabin" inside, walls are a liitle worn looking.

Great location, very walkable to all of Downton Breck!
Unit was clean and as described. However, it could be de-cluttered a little bit to make the space feel less small - decorations were a bit excessive, and the unit needs some small TLC “touch ups” to repair holes in the walls.

Space was small, but just right for two guests. The location was great!! Walkable to the shops & restaurants. The condo is “ski in” from the 4 O’clock run!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we stayed her, last was approx 5 years ago, some things have not change and I would suggest replacing or upgrading, ie; The bathroom fan made excessive noise, the stuffing of the couch cushions and frame was coming out, the rug in living room was old and the fibers of the carpet got on to our clothes and belongings, the rug in the bedroom is old and you could not straighten out so we kept tripping on it.
Positive remarks, the facility and common rooms were very clean, the hot tubs were hot and clean, the surrounding area was quiet and the unit was also quiet. It was easy to ski in but to ski out you would have to walk up about 2 blks up hill

Loved the hot tub, round central fireplace, games, and social atmosphere in the lodge common areas. We enjoyed meeting other guests staying in other condos. Our rental was clean and cozy and had plenty of space for two of us to relax, hang our ski clothes, and move around comfortably. If we had 4 people it would have felt crowded since there seemed to be too much or the wrong type of furniture in the living room for the size of the space. Beautiful chairs and large chest but somewhat in the way if we want to use the collapsible dining table so we just used the chest as a dining table. Other than that it worked perfectly for the two of us and we loved this rental and would come again and recommend to friends! This location worked well for couples, friends, and families!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. This property is small and ideal for two people. The location is perfect for downtown Breck activities and skiing. We enjoyed the use of the hot tub as well. The bed was comfortable and the brook outside was cute. There are however things that need updating. There are massive holes in the couch that were covered with a throw, the bathroom is falling apart, and we found a fishing hook stuck in the living room rug that was missed when the property was cleaned and could have hurt someone. With a few updates this place could be a 5 star property.

The town, lodge, and room were just perfect and breathtaking! Only complaint was the sheets and comforter had stains. But no biggy! The complimentary shuttle was great too because we had altitude sickness so it was hard to walk place to place! Overall amazing, amazing place and visit!

Check in was a little confusing as the code to the property did not work and there was not a parking pass. All resolved with a quick few phone calls with management. Overall a great stay.

This condo is close to Main Street, right next to a creek which was lovely, and great views from the front walkway. We stayed for one night with three adults and it was just right. Definitely a small space but it was cozy (bed is super comfortable!) and loved the creative decorations they used for hanging jackets, shelving for items etc. Our favorite part were the hot tubs. We used them twice during our stay and didn’t see another person, loved the privacy. Will be back!

Awesome spot for a couple spending a weekend in the mountains. It would be cramped if you were trying to fit more than 2 people, though. We only stayed a night, so we didn't use anything in the kitchen, but we would definitely have utilized it if we stayed longer. It was clean and check-in/out were very easy. Close walk to downtown. It was a very nice, little place with the emphasis on the word, LITTLE. The pics really make it look a bit larger than it really is. I love how they utilized the space to make room for everything! It was very clean. One thing that needs to be done: the shower liner STINKS and smells up the place like mild dew. Comfortable beds! Another suggestion: there are NO SPICES or oil in the kitchen. Must remember to bring your own if you want to cook. The location is excellent!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is on the 2nd floor, and has a balcony overlooking a running creek, that can be heard from the living room with the windows open. It is small, but very clean, with creative uses of space, and a comfortable bed. It is within walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. There is an outdoor community hot tub that my husband and I used, which was nice. I much prefer to stay in these types of places rather than a boxy hotel room with just a bed and a TV. It was a cute little place to stay; we enjoyed it!

Know that the spaces are much much smaller than the pictures would have you believe, there is also no A/C. Clean room
And it was charming even if way tinier than expected. We were sad to see the hot tub and fire were closed at 10... if you’re hoping for those late night conversations filled with wonder under the stars, this place is not for you. We booked for our anniversary and felt the price just didn’t match the value... would have been better to spend our money elsewhere for sure.

We’re sorry that you were disappointed by the 10pm lobby closing time—we would love for you to have been able to stay as late as you wished, but we set 10pm quiet times to be respectful of other guests and due to local noise ordinances. The condo worked really well for our group of three. The place is small but laid out very well. The lodge was very cozy with the fire burning at night. Only complaint was the neighbors screen door is in desperate need of WD-40. It squeaked very loudly every time it was opened. I would still go back though!

We loved the common area. This location had lots to do. We would stay here again. The walls were a little thin but we did have items provided to help with this (fan, ear plugs, ect.) A short walk to town and right off the 4 o'clock ski run.

We loved Breckenridge and enjoyed our time at the Park Meadows Lodge. The location was great - the town is within walking distance, there is a shuttle you can call that takes you to either Peak 9 or the gondola, and you can ski-in using the 4 o'clock run. The amenities are awesome (communal fireplace, hot tubs), and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit was a little smaller than we expected, but for 2 people it was comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place.

This place is a great value, especially for the price. It is a short walk to downtown Breckenridge and literally steps from the ski bus. It was perfect location for us! The place was nicely decorated and clean. It was so cozy and comfy and we already miss being there. It had a lot of amenities including locker for ski gear, complimentary shuttle, free parking, etc I would highly recommend!

The home was perfect for our family which ranged from young to senior. There were activities for all and a short walking distance to town, creek, and gondola. The front desk was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We will be back!

Although small, its perfect for 2, doable for 4. The deck is shared with other 2nd floor units but is a great view and you can hear the river running. The bed is very comfortable and the eye mask and ear plugs, although not needed, were a nice gesture.

Great location in Breckenridge. Walking distance to main Street. Only negative was the size of the location. We brought 4 people which was a stretch for the size of the appartment. I would definitely recommend it to a couple! Hot tub was awesome!

We loved the Airbnb! It was a very close walk to the best restaurants in town - such amazing food in Breck. We loved the hot tubs - helps relax muscles after skiing! We loved the Airbnb! It was a very close walk to the best restaurants in town - such amazing food in Breck. We loved the hot tubs - helps relax muscles after skiing! Great cozy spot within walking distance from town (5min). There was a commons space and hot tubs but neither were being used while I was there. The room itself had all the amenities you would need to stay comfortably for a few days. We love staying here - perfect for 2. These are not big condos, but this one is done so well! They have tons of storage and even more hooks for all your gear to dry or hang up. The river is roaring right outside your window. Cross breeze from the front to back windows was great. We sat by the fire in the lodge area, didn't make it to the hot tub but they looked nice! Also, amazing location - 2 blocks to town and a little bridge over to Blue Sky Resort.

Super cozy, great for two people. They locked the game room off at night, so we couldn't enjoy the pool table. Other than that, it was lovely!

Great location for skiers and clean. Hot tubs are not clean but if you are a college Spring Breaker I am sure you won't care haha. Saw a couple groups of Spring Breakers playing beer pong in the lobby during the nights, that was pretty chill.

It was a tight squeeze for two but served its purpose. The space was clean and cozy. Location was close to the local shuttle and walkable to Main Street. Would stay again with Ski Country Resorts.

Very good little spot walkable to town. If you ever need to hang anything there are no less than 68 hooks throughout the unit. We had a blast counting them and hanging stuff from them. Fun little night in Breck.

Great location. You can take a 2 minute free buss ride to gondola or a 10 minute walk. Also close to Main Street. Small but clean rooms with nice common areas (fire pit, jacuzzis, etc.). Would recommend and stay again.

Beautifully decorated unit! Has everything you need for a great stay. Loved the location - right off 4 o'clock run and 2 blocks from Main St. Loved it!

My husband and I really loved this cozy little condo. We wished there was a DVD player next to the TV, but the high speed Wi-Fi made up for it and we were able to stream movies from our laptop. Great place with a two great lobby areas, and two great hot-tubs outside. Super clean and so close to Main street and the gondola that takes you up to Peak 8. We will come back for sure!!

This place is really tiny! It looked bigger in the photos. Most hotel rooms are bigger and this was a condo. It was clean and well taken care of.
