Great spot at a great rate. Good spot for a solo remote worker like myself and would even be enough for a couple or parent/child as the couch does pull out into a bed. Hot tub on site was convenient as well, great for recovering after a day on the slopes!

This was the perfect place to stay: affordable, walkable and everything you need. The pool table and double hot tub was a nice touch. It was nice to go into the lobby and chat with others staying there after a long day of skiing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Breckenridge!

The location is fantastic, especially if you’re in town to ski. Main Street is walking distance so you don’t need to worry about parking. The hot tub and game rooms are also fun added space.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was perfect and within walking distance from the Main Street. The property was just as it was described in the listing. The only problem was with the amenities. There was only one hot tub that had water in it and only half of the jets worked.

Loved our stay at the Park Meadows Lodge! We had a little issue with a yellow hacker nest in the ski bench right outside our door, but Ski Country was very responsive and sent someone out right away to take a look, and although he didn’t have the proper supplies to take care of it that evening, the maintenance guy took care of it the next morning! Cozy place with a good amount of space, and hot tub access is easy as well. We even played ping pong in the basement when the lightening wouldn’t let us stay in the hot tub!

Everything was nice and clean. The check in and check out process was super easy. The hot tub was really nice and the indoor fireplace in the lobby area was really nice. The walls were thin so we could hear the people next door to us quite a bit. That was the only downside to this place. Everything else was wonderful! Great place!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was comfortable, I appreciated the kitchenette. It is pretty close to the gondola station. Check in was very easy, no actual key required (that way I can’t lose it).
The only thing that might make it better is if there were an outlet close to the bed to charge phones. Otherwise, clean, comfortable, convenient; I would stay with them again.

Loved skiing back ALL the way home. Place is small but just as pictured. Had to call for some baking pans, in order to use the oven. These arrived the next afternoon, so too late for our use. Hopefully mgmt is now alerted and will stock units as needed. Lounge area was great--enjoyed the pool table and fire place!

Exactly what we needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a wedding and this was exactly what we needed! It was perfect location for where the wedding was and it was really nice.

Could be awesome....

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The space size was good and it had everything we needed, but it seemed to need an overhaul. Even if you got some newer used furniture that actual fit the space and wasn’t falling apart, it would make a huge difference. Replace the carpet. It’s disgusting. The bed shakes every time someone moves. Needs to me more sturdy. Replace the kitchen cabinet doors and countertop. A weekend worth of work would go a long way.

Great place to stay

Really overall a great place to stay! Love the walkable convenience to downtown Breck. Love the common area/lounge with the central warming fire place and the gaming tables. Hot tub a nice welcomed bonus, especially after a day on the slopes. The sofa sleeper/hide-a-bed could use an update.

Was skeptical about booking this. But for the price & location it was beyond amazing! Very outdated, but was a hidden gem right in the middle of Breckenbridge. Literally so close to the ski lifts and to the downtown area. Location was everything! Will book again in the future!

Very small and cozy place as expected. Place was clean and welcoming. Check in was convenient. Only downside is that the parking permit expires in the morning on the day of checkout. This place is great the if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head after spending the day on the mountain and in the town of Breck. Proximity to the mountain is great. While a free shuttle is available, we found it easier to walk a short distance to the snowflake lift at the end of the street. Our only complaint is that in order to take advantage of the ski in and shuttle out feature of this property, you must stay at least two nights with this feature only available the day after checkin and ending the day of checkout. They do not allow you to park before 10:00 a.m. the day you check in or after 10:00 a.m. the day you check out. If you’re trying to ski during those days you will have to park in one of the public lots.

Amazing location. In close proximity to the city centre. Perhaps the only drawback was the lack of air conditioning. it was a bit warm during the early part of the night (Labor day - ish) and the only way to bring the temp down was to open the two windows for some cross ventilation. One of the windows was directly above the pool and people in talking loudly was a bit of a nuisance with the window open. Useful amenities - well furnished .

Nice location for the price

This was a nice spot for a quick ski trip. Close to the mountain for easy access to the gondola and right in town for bars. Nothing fancy but nice all around. Bed wasn't super comfy but did the job. 4 stars.

Overall, the room was as-advertised. Small but just what we needed. The bathroom looked like it was recently re-done and was nice. The firepit in the common room was also really awesome and the jacuzzi was nice and clean and great at the end of the day. However, the walls here are paper thin. I could hear what people two doors down from us were saying verbatim. So although this is one of the cheaper places and yes it is walking distance to the gondola and Main, I don't think we will stay here again because we couldn't sleep with a group staying up and talking until 3 in the morning next to us.
