Location is the number one reason to stay here. The space was smaller than expected but with only 3 people, not much room is needed anyway. Amenities are nice and parking is easy. I wish check-in was earlier and check-out was later, but I really can’t complain.

This is a cute place walkable to many restaurants and stores. This place is PERFECT for a weekend— me and my family stayed for only one night so with check in being 4 and possibly 6 is not ideal for just one night. But the communication 10/10. They responded so quickly to any questions or concerns.

Parking a second car is pricey .You have to park at the ice arena free parking from 6 a.m to 2 a.m from 2a.m to 6a.m is $35 to bad there is better parking during off season lots of space at the ski country resort

Let a few days pass before leaving a review but I highly recommend they turn this unit into maintenance living quarters. This unit is directly connected to the clubhouse, you will hear everything in the clubhouse (conversations, pool table, people coming in and out of the facility.) The building is older so you will also hear all the convos and footsteps of the unit above you. Don’t plan on sleeping before 10pm if you’re staying here, I say this as kindly as possible. Don’t want to say it ruined the trip, but you get what you pay for. I’m sure other units are more pleasant, we requested a unit change after day one. I’d recommend keeping the door that’s accessible to the facility locked permanently as we had someone walk in on accident. I don’t leave bad reviews because I know how pivotal they are to a businesses success but this unit needs to be removed from public stay. A refund or partial refund / credit was not issued. The only bonus to this unit is the proximity to the lifts.

the location to everything was fantastic HOT tubs were great to end the day of touring Breckenridge. The fire place was great however on our last night after the timer was up it wouldn't turn back on. The ac unit/heaters in the room took a while to heat up. I'm a florida girl so I'm not sure if we were doing it right but it was feel like -18 during our trip. The building is older so it can be noisy with people walking on the 2nd floor. The beds even the pull out was comfy.

This place was just as described. Two blocks from Main Street, 4 min drive from Isak the troll , and other great hikes close by. Great stay for the price and quite roomy for two adults. Walls are thin so we heard the other guest playing pool In the community room. Just an FYI for extra light sleepers. I would visit again.

This condo was nice for my daughter and I during a weekend in Breck. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. It is a very small place and very tight quarters so just know that. the pull out bed could use a topper as it is pretty uncomfortable. I would stay again. awesome location, cute and quaint.

The communication and ease of booking were great. I was able to get another day, simply through an easy text convo. Very convenient, and homey. The only downside was I thought the bed was uncomfortable - but I’m a bit of a princess when it comes to beds and sleep. I’d definitely re-up here!

Great for a single, short person
The location was great for our needs but the place itself was subpar. I suppose for the price it was alright but I’m 5’3” and the toilet was so small… adequate height for a toddler. The shower head was also really low and my 6’ husband felt like he was a giant in the bathroom. The water pressure came and went several times during my shower. Drawers were hanging crooked/not closing right in the kitchen, pictures hanging crooked and things weren’t in great shape overall. Feel the photos are a bit misleading and make this place seem nicer than it was. We only stayed one night but I wouldn’t stay again. Would be great for a short single person who just needs a place to sleep but not hang.

Disappointing
Location was good, price was ok, communication was very good. The bed mattress was the absolute worst we’ve ever slept on. It was very soft and every movement caused it to squeak. It was very hard to sleep on it.

Everything went well during my stay. You get clear directions on how to enter the condo the day of arrival. The condo is located immediately next to the entrance to the common area where you and other guests can relax by the fireplace, play pool, access to the two hot tubs, etc. The bus stop to the Gold Route is a very short walk away (Takes you to Peak 7 and Peak 8), and I had no issue with finding parking at the building. I was able to take the 4 O'clock ski run back the building each day. The shower water pressure was strong and there was plenty of hot water. Everything was clean, neat, and tidy upon check-in.
The only very minor downsides were that you can hear the upstairs neighbor walking around (They stopped walking at a reasonable time) and you can hear when people play pool next door (Closes at 10pm). I would definitely rent again in the future.

This was such a great, quaint lodge with all the things you need for a solid mountain trip. Close to Main Street and the Snowflake lift. The lodge was cozy and so nice to hangout and go to the hot tub! My only drawback would be that the bed was very dated spring mattress so it would be nice if they upgraded to a $200 memory foam mattress on Amazon and maybe some firm pillows because a good nights sleep is so important for recovery in between days on the mountain. Other than that they really had everything. I would definitely come back here next time I’m in Breck.

My husband and I had a great time in Colorado! The place was just as described and perfect for just the two of us. The check-in was easy and the hot tubs came in handy after a long day! The free shuttle service was very convenient and we were able to get around without any other transportation. The place is walking distance to main street. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome location near downtown Breck. Within walking distance to many restaurants, tap houses. Free shuttle pickup less than a block away. We loved the lounge, being able to enjoy the hot tub and pool table. Felt right at home! You won’t be disappointed with this cute condo.

Awesome location near downtown Breck. Within walking distance to many restaurants, tap houses. Free shuttle pickup less than a block away. We loved the lounge, being able to enjoy the hot tub and pool table. Felt right at home! You won’t be disappointed with this cute condo.

Not as clean as it could’ve been. Oven and stove were broken. Location was awesome though. Loved being able to walk downtown so quickly.

Thanks for the hospitality. Check in was smooth. Hot tubs were perfect after the long day on the mountain. And it was a short walk to local pubs and restaurants for New Years Eve celebrating. Check out was simple and everything went very smooth. Prices were up there, yet still much less than the majority of places I looked at in the area...but for the time of the year and convenience. It was to be expected. I’m not your typical rich high society type that regular these resort towns so maybe to you it’s pocket change I don’t know lol ? I’ll for sure be back as soon as I can get myself out there.

Great location and comfortable condo
Comfortable condo close to the resort with great amenities and convenient shuttle service to the resort lifts. Both hot tubs both worked good. Free parking limited to one vehicle per condo.

April 2017 Stay
These condos are small and cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway. Our place was 3 blocks away from Main St. so we didn't need a car to get around town. There is so much to do nearby and with all the vacationers, we felt like we were on vacation just coming from Denver. The main guest lounge area has a pool table and gives you that mountain home feel.
