Had a great time at Beaver Run Resort with Ski Colorado in August 2025. The place looked like what the pictures showed, and it was clean and well organized for us. We didn't really use too much of the place as there was just two of us, but you could tell there were a few things that probably needed to be fixed and get some TLC on. It was not a big deal for us, as we enjoyed our stay and had a nice view outside of some trees and nature. While you are close to the ski run, you can't actually see it from the balcony, which was great for us as we would rather look at trees than a dirt road (maybe it would be different in the winter). The only complaint is the main bed, as it was uncomfortable for my wife and I, and we both had a hard time staying asleep. We used like every pillow in the condo to make it more comfortable, with some success. Overall, we're pretty low maintenance and we would definitely come back. The amenities of the building was great, and we took advantage of them.- Posted: 8/4/2025

Great location, just dated decor.
The best ski-in ski-out place for Breckenridge, thou decor, lighting and appliances like a better coffee maker and some type of venting for the cooktop would be nice. Could not use tub because hot water was very limited and water flow was very slow. But we really enjoyed our stay so much.- Posted: 1/16/2025

Beaver Run 4308 was really good for us
Building 4’s location that this unit is in with ski lockers right off the trail to Beaver lift were great! Rental shop was just down the hill so pickup and return was convenient. So easy to get up and be on the lifts in under an hour. Patio faces the mountain so it’s quiet but since it faces west the unit heats up in the afternoon when done skiing for the day. Just opened the patio doors and we were fine though. Beds were fine and condo had everything we needed. The resort has everything too including plenty of shuttle service around town. The only thing (and this seems to be Beaver Run complex wide) is the hot water lines are a bit weird. We had friends staying in other units managed by other companies and they experienced the same thing. For some reason the hot water pressure is less than half that of cold water. Showering was fine though but be careful because the hot water is super hot and it’s a fine line to turn it towards cold and get it warm. We figured it out eventually though. Did not affect our stay. It’s a true ski in ski out complex!- Posted: 3/22/2024

This place had true ski on/ski off and with dining options on site, you don’t need to leave the resort. There is also a complimentary shuttle to take downtown. You can also rent equipment on site. Very convenient and comfortable.- Posted: 3/1/2024

Loved staying here. Being so close to the lifts and equipment rentals was a major perk. Having the kitchen was also very useful for the long stay. Being inside Beaver Run also meant access to lots of food, drinks, hot tubs and if Beaver Run didn’t have it, they have free shuttles that would take you to whatever it was that you needed. I appreciated the underground parking option. The place, overall, has that 90s-cabin-like feel if that’s the vibe you’re going for it’s a good one. The main bed was firm but comfy. The pullout couch was not so comfy, even with the 2in foam pad available to put on top. It was more comfortable to sleep on the sofa cushions. The kitchen space was more than adequate to cook and prepare meals for a couple people. And they even provided humidifiers to combat that dry Colorado winter air, which was greatly appreciated!
Overall good place. Would come back just may consider different sleeping arrangements.- Posted: 2/13/2023

Great location. It is truly a ski in ski out condo and Beaver Run has a lot of amenities. While it is easy to walk into town, the shuttle is a good option if you are tired after a day of skiing. We would be happy to stay here again on a future trip.- Posted: 2/25/2021

Beautiful location!
The condo faces the mountain and we had the doors open (screen closed) all night to let the night air in. Upon arrival the front desk was a little disorganized and it took about 45 minutes to get us checked in. We were very happy with the unit - plenty of space and everything we needed. It was very clean. It's a short walk to the main street and we loved everything about our trip!!!- Posted: 7/30/2020

Enjoyed our time here during a July weekend. The condo faces away from the city towards a hiking trail. You’ll see occasional people but relatively private. Amenities were nice and as described. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and were able to do all the cooking we wanted. Xfinity was a nice addition! Thanks for your hospitality.- Posted: 7/13/2020

Cozy condo on the ski slope at Breckinridge
We love Beaver Run Resort! Great amenities on site and easy shuttle service to the fun town of Breckinridge. This condo was perfect for skiers with ski lockers in the building to snap on skis and ski right to a main lift.- Posted: 2/28/2020

Good Location, clean unit
Unit was clean and conveniently located. Ski storage for this building (#4) allowed for super easy access to and from the slopes/lift. Nothing overly extravagant or spacious but all we needed, as a family of four. 14 year old and 12 year old were able to make due on the pull-out sofa (not real comfortable), but what would you expect from pull-out sofa?- Posted: 3/19/2019

The condo was perfect for a spring break ski trip with my daughter and I.
The condo was perfect for a spring break ski trip with my daughter and I. The Beaver Run condo has been updated recently and there size was ideal for 2-3 guests. The true ski-in/out property allowed to maximize our time on the mountain. We will definitely like to stay here again. Simple and easy reservation and checkin experience.- Posted: 3/8/2019

The condo has an easy and comfortable design.
The condo has an easy and comfortable design. The kitchen is open to the living and dining area. The fireplace is an added level of comfort. The view is of nature, a snow and tree covered landscape. We enjoyed a quiet, relaxing stay in this comfortable and clean condo. We called for additional firewood and it was delivered promptly to the room. I especially love the ski storage and ski in/out convenience. The whole experience was seamless from check in to check out.- Posted: 2/16/2019
