- Limit one spot per unit. The daily parking fee rate is now $15/night/vehicle. Winter parking begins 12/1 and will be tiered:
$39/vehicle/night Sunday – Thursday
$42/vehicle/night on Friday and Saturday.
- We have discounts on shuttles between Denver Airport and Breckenridge. We recommend the shuttle, as you can walk to both the slopes and downtown from this location.

My husband and I spent our anniversary here and it was great! The location was great and the room was very clean! We loved having easy access to all the amenities of the resort. We especially loved the arcade! The distance to Main Street was easy to walk or drive which made the days adventures easy!

The PERFECT location. We have a 1 year old so the daycare (plus ski school) is a 4 min walk. There is a heated indoor/outdoor pool we loved swimming in, a sauna, steam room, hot tubs. Plus you are right outside the Beaver Run chair which gets you to the top of peak 9.

The beaver run resort was awesome for any snowboarders or skier with a great variety of activities, views and accommodations. The pools, hot bus and steam room were great! The ski in and ski out features were the best I have experienced with free lockers at the exit/entrance. I’ll definitely be back as soon as there is more snow on the ground!

The condo was a very nice little place to stay for my one day of skiing. The resort has a hole is an incredible place with lots of stuff to do and the room was very clean and had a comfy bed..

Taking into consideration the location and the place , it was a good deal. The place was clean. The front desk staff was not so friendly after she found out I booked through Airbnb. She charged me an incidental fee, which n which this is not communicated through the listing. The host stated that the fee will be refunded upon check out or later. After a day from the check out day , I followed up about the incidentals , ski country resorts responded that they do kot refund fees and that I should contact Airbnb. I messaged the host who had been communicating with me and told me that the incidentals will be refunded. All I got as an answer is that the message will be forwarded to the management. This is my first time that I paid incidentals using Airbnb and fees were not transparent in the listing. It was a god stay for Christmas though.

The place was clean and in a good location, especially convenient for skiing and getting around the area. Overall, the space itself met expectations.
However, we did have a couple of issues. The bathtub was not usable because there was no plug, and check-in was a bit frustrating as there were problems locating our reservation initially.
With those items addressed, this would be a solid stay.
