My husband and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway! It was nice and quiet in the home and surrounding areas.
The bathrooms are remodeled and nicely done. Kitchen was stocked with whatever we needed and overall, a lovely and clean home.
Super walkable to Main Street shops and restaurants, which was great.
Hosts were communicative along the way.

This condo was located in the perfect spot for a Peak 9 Breck vacation. We were able to walk to the base for renting our equipment and skiing each day as well as easy access to all things Breckenridge from shopping to restaurants. There was plenty of parking. The condo is a cozy first floor 2 bedroom unit. Having a king and a queen bed was excellent for 2 couples ... no adults climbing into bunk beds. The living room has enough space to pull out the couch and sleep 2 more, if needed. The bathrooms were updated, and the kitchen had everything you need for small meals. There was a Base 9 community hot tub near by that was a great way to end the day. The hosts were fantastic with communication and everything you need to know for a comfortable stay is well documented. We loved this condo and would definitely stay again next year.

Very nice, clean, nicely furnished. Two decent sized bedrooms. There are 3 tvs. Plenty of hooks for costs and gear. We really enjoyed our stay. The bus stops right at the parking lot for this condo. The first floor location with ski closet are so convenient. Kitchen and bathrooms were nice. This was our second stay in this complex. Would love to stay at this unit again.

This was a great place. Clean and updated. Plenty of kitchen gear to cook meals. A ten-minute walk to the Quicksilver lift. My only small issue was that the community hot tub did not have a cover and didn't get above 85 degrees. Regardless, I would 100% stay here again.
