Atrium 101

Great place for the price! This is our second stay in the building, first time in this unit. 2 blocks from main, 10 minute walk to main village and quicksilver lift. Quick walk to grocery store as well. Hot tub at night was a great amenity. Only issues we had was the sliders being tricky to open but we saw repair men there as we were leaving to fix it. Also, the beds are a little soft. We have to take the pillow topper off at some point. Overall great location for being as close as you are to everting! This unit is close to front door and stairs, you hear the skiers every morning clinking down the stairs but we were here for it too and didn’t bother us!

Location was perfect. Easy access to everything! Layout of the condo was great. Nice stay for 2 couples. Very clean! Comfortable beds. Loved the fireplace. Well stocked kitchen. Could definitely update the decor some and get rid of the artificial flowers, Webster dictionary.

The condo we stayed in was clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped, but you need a new larger cutting board and a new knife set. People cook in these houses and these two assets are the basics in regard to safety and hygiene.
Furthermore, the patio door was shattered with tape over the shards to keep it intact. Safety and security issue and I was looking forward to a creek outside the patio but we couldn’t go outside because of that shattered door. There was a creek outside in the photos for this ad but I can’t see how a waterway could even be there under the snow in the winter. It appeared to be a street view. Photoshopped patio photo? The fireplace wouldn’t turn on. The two board games provided were juvenile and dated. The bed linens were old and pilling, and the pillows were old and flattened. Start over with linens. So worth it. The kitchen faucet also leaked badly. I didn’t sleep because there was noise from neighbors throughout the night. Time to level up at Atrium 101!

Great location. The TV set up was pretty bare minimum. No streaming service capability and just basic cable TV. So if you wanna watch a movie you probably have to rent some DVDs.

Lovely condo: great kitchen, comfortable couch and beds, spacious, well-equipped, good-size balcony with nice chairs, a table, and an outlet. The location: reasonably close to downtown, but the location within the building is a problem. It is adjacent to the entry-way. A large window at the head of the main bed is perpendicular to and abuts the entrance to the entire complex. While we kept the shade down, there was nonetheless too much light at night and loud parties returned to the building or walked past as late as 3:30 AM. Being at street level and next to a surprisingly busy sidewalk also necessitated keeping the shades closed more than we would have liked. If you are a sound sleeper, it's perfect.

Beds were comfy. No AC and it was quite warm inside the unit. Outdated but not rundown. Plenty of linens and extra pillows which is great for me!

The Atrium is a great location for close walkable access to downtown. However, the entire interior of the unit and the common spaces are terribly dated. Our unit literally looked like no one had touched it in 30+ years. The furniture, lamps, and wall photos were really pretty gross. And I have NEVER even a slightly negative review of a VRBO in the past. The unit was relatively clean, with the exception of table surfaces that had a sticky film on them, and we ended up cleaning both the surfaces as well as any glasses prior to use. I wouldn't choose the Atrium or this unit again.

A little noisy since unit is located 20 feet from road. Was pretty quiet inside since it was early June with few guests in the building. The Bathroom and shower were great with hot water and strong water flow. Small tv but it worked fine. Wi-Fi was confusing to figure out which network to use and scrambled password with 16 numerals and letters. Is this really necessary? The entry lock to room was confusing since you had to hit a checkmark key and not # key as text said. The location is good for walks and getting into town quickly. There’s a great trail to hike by the ice arena about half mile from condo. Trailhead starts by the adjacent parking lot. Sawmill museum up the road about half mile past Railroad Car Park. The hot tub was Luke warm and unusable. The place is OK but little details should be addressed.

I enjoyed my stay! Great location, super close to downtown! The unit was spacious and had everything we needed during our stay.
Only complaint was that our unit was not ready at the time stated in the reservation which was frustrating. It would have been nice to get a notification prior to arriving at the property expecting to check in.

The location was in a lightly traveled area with good access to downtown and each end of town. We could get to most places within 5 minutes driving. The condo was quiet and we had underground parking. Condo was a little dated but met our needs very well.

It allowed our family to have a ski vacation in Breckenridge. The unit was clean and spacious. The underground parking was great for a winter stay. The unit is incredibly outdated from the furniture, to the stove that only partially worked, burned out/non functioning wall heaters, to low end linens. The cost was way higher than the quality.

This is a well equipped unit, however be aware that it is right by the front door entrance to the condo unit. This meant that we were regularly woken up by folk coming back drunk late at night.
The size though is great for a family or two couples and the bedrooms are spacious. The shared bathroom is a decent size, and the en suite bathroom is quite small with a corner shower. But aside from being somewhat dated it had everything we could need. Except heating, which the office tried to resolve, but finally left us with some space heaters until they could get a professional in (I'd guess on Monday)
Overall a good spot though, and had sufficient clean spare blankets.

Care-free check-in and check-out from an established rental service with a physical office a short walk from the gondola. The property is a few blocks from the main stretch of downtown shops, restaurants, and bars of Main Street. The staff was friendly and helpful, with an emergency line for any issues should they arise. Garage parking allowed for a safe stay without worrying about the skis and gear. The condo was clean and prepared for our stay. Best value stay in Breckenridge.

Condo offered the spaces we needed and was clean. We were only there 2 nights. Others have mentioned the noise and I would agree. The window at the head of the bed in the suite is right at the front door of building and you WILL hear noises and people late at night and early morning. The underground parking was a mess due to workers disabling the garage door and not allowing us to enter multiple times. It is walkable to restaurants, but too far to walk in ski boots to lifts. Shuttle Bus picks up out front but schedules didn't work for us. Check in after hours and key drop were super easy so next time I would try to rent a different Ski Country Resort property.

Cute and cozy place near the main strip of Breck. We loved the fireplace and the hot tub. The unit is a bit outdated. If you are a light sleeper it might be hard to get a good nights rest- The pipes are loud, walls are thin and the unit is next to a main door so we could hear people coming and going all the time. I've stayed at a bunch of Airbnb's in breck and this unit is definitely a good value for the money.

Stayed here for a week and had a good time. Place is a little dated but nonetheless, had everything we needed. The view is of the street or inside the complex for this unit. Beds were comfy and fireplace was nice on chilly days. Overall would stay here again but mostly for the price.

The location was outstanding. The condo had a cozy touch and everything we needed. Nothing too fancy, but walking distance to downtown breckenridge with great coffee maker and crock pot. Check in was easy - we loved it! The only issue we had was on Saturday (a holiday weekend) it was a little noisy with many people walking by or talking outside our window because it's grown level. Either way, price and location were worth it!

The condo was clean and both rooms were ok. This condo is located next to entry to the Atrium Lodge and sooooo NOISY day and night. It’s also on the street side so every car passing is heard. Neighbors above had noisy feet all day and night also. The furniture needs to be updated. Only 1 tv in living room and it has to be from 1980’s along with the furniture. Everything worked in condo fine but noisy level. We will not rent 101 again.
