The open concept kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops and all of the cookware/bakeware and flatware/utensils one needs to prepare any type of meal, big or small! The large, stainless steel refrigerator offers an abundance of space to stow all the ingredients needed to prepare a feast fit for hungry skiers and riders. And any 'mixologist' will appreciate the kitchen's neighboring Dry Bar area - a perfect place to mix up a bath of après ski cocktails or after dinner aperitifs.
Just off the dining area (with total seating for 10, including breakfast bar), you'll find a ground level balcony that opens up to Breckenridge's Four OClock Ski Run - with total Ski In Ski Out Access. To kick off your day, simply click or strap in and follow the ski run down, less than 100 yards, to the Snowflake Chairlift and Ticket Office. In Summer, once the ice and snow melts, enjoy the relaxing sound of the nearby mountain stream or explore one of the many hiking/biking trails that connect to this ski run turned rugged mountain trail. Or, embark on the short, 5 minute walk to Historic Downtown Breckenridge and the Riverwalk Center (listed as one of the top things to do/see by TripAdvisor when visiting Breck).
Continue to the upstairs level of this bi-level townhome and find its two bedrooms and bathrooms. The spacious master suite offers a large, King sized bed, flatscreen TV and abundant dresser drawer storage for clothes and gear. The master bedroom's private ensuite bathroom, with generous countertop space, offers a jetted tub/shower combination and wraparound mirrors along its granite countertop vanity space. Next, the second bedroom offers two Twin sized beds and another flat screen TV along with a small, private closet for all storage needs. Across the hall, a second full bathroom with single sink and granite countertop, houses a shower/tub combination and second toilet. For any laundry needs during your stay, this home provides a private stackable washer/dryer comb.
For additional winter and mountain gear storage, a large storage rack is available at the unit's main entry. And all ski and snowboard equipment can be stowed safely within the attached, private one car garage. For convivence one additional outdoor parking space is available directly in front of the private garage. Additional, offsite, amenities include access to the community pool and hot tubs at Upper Village Pool Center (open during prime Winter & Summer months - closed briefly for maintenance each Spring/Fall season). Here guests can enjoy a soak in one of the the oversized, outdoor hot tubs or take a dip in the heated pool.

Highly recommend! Location is PERFECT. Right across the street from snowflake lift, quick walk into town, and ski in from Four O’Clock run! A little dated inside the condo, but worth it for the location. Easy check in and check out with door code.
Location: a few minutes walking distance to Snowflake lift! You can even ski in/out which is great. Beds: the pull out bed is flimsy and uncomfortable but it gets the job done. The couches themselves are probably more comfortable than the pull out bed. The two twin beds and the king bed are fine. They also provide extra sheets and pillows as well. Kitchen: kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and tons of cups. There’s really no spices or cooking oil there so we left some there for the next guest unless they toss those. The dishwasher works and they provide soap as well. Extra trash bags are provided as well. Everything works fine and was clean. Bathrooms: they were clean and had good water pressure and gets SUPER hot. All in all, I would book this again because it’s so close to the lifts.

Nice location close to the Snowflake chair and the bottom of the 4 O'Clock run. Property management company is friendly and responsive. Condo itself is serviceable and in decent shape. You are definitely paying for the location here, so don't expect 5 star accommodations.

Great location! Just steps from snowflake lift. It’s so close you can see it out of the back door. The condo has two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and the downstairs is a nice open living room and kitchen. Highly recommend.

This property is in a great location. We loved being by the river. The bedding was incredibly outdated and uncomfortable but management helped and brought us new bedding. I would recommend this property to friends.
This is a great condo located right across the street from the snowflake lift. We were there in the summer and were able to access hiking trails right out the front door. This would also be a great location in the winter time!

Early October is a lovely season and we enjoyed our stay very much. The stream is close by and the music of the water was relaxing. The unit is comfortable and the location is an easy walk to restaurants. Management was responsive when needed. The unit is upstairs, and there are stairs within the unit also.

Fantastic location right by Snowflake trailhead and close to downtown Breckenridge. Private parking garage with remote access was nice. Easy check-in instructions and quick communication. We requested for more laundry detergent and it was hand delivered to us almost immediately. The renovated kitchen and living room space are modern, comfortable, and spacious. The only complaint would be the upstairs bedroom and bathrooms, which need updating. For example, the bathroom shower doors are difficult to slide and the carpets are old and stained. If the upstairs space was renovated like downstairs, this would easily be a 5-star place to stay. Overall, I would still highly recommend!

We were pleasantly surprised since this property was $120 less than other properties (mainly b/c of hefty cleaning fees) BUT it was quite nice, spacious, we loved that it was next to the stream. The checkin process was terrific! Great kitchen, (would have loved if coffee/tea were provided though). Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Antler Ridge. The location is the perfect walking distance to Main Street and steps from hiking and biking trails. This property is right on the creek with gorgeous views of Peak 9. Hope to stay here again soon.
