Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay and there was plenty of room. The location is great - so easy to walk to town or hiking trails. Hot tub was a fun plus! The living room is not as shown - there is only 1 couch and 2 chairs rather than two couches. This did not impact our stay but may for some. Overall clean but the carpet is pretty worn and stained.

Overall the property served our needs. The photos on line are not accurate with the property, however. The living room furniture is not the same and therefore does not comfortably seat all the guests. This townhome really needs new carpet and some fresh decor. Location was great and the place was clean so that was awesome. Check in was super simple as well.

We had a great time skiing during spring break and this property had everything we needed. It is located a short walk to the lift and we could ski down and walk to the condo at the end of the day. We would stay here again.

Large home, it was quiet and all the beds were comfy. Location was excellent, ski back on the 4 o’clock run and it was a short walk to the snowflake lift and Main Street/gondola.
However there was 1 not 2 sleeper sofas. So the house sleeps 8, not 10.
The private hot tub was slightly warm, but definitely not hot so was not really usable.

Hi George - thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We are a little disheartened, however, to learn that there were some issues with your stay that were not brought to our attention. We do see that you had reported to us a completely seperate issue to what you have listed here (the pilot light on your fireplace needing relit) and that we were able to have this resolved within an hour and half of it being reported. If we had known that you were unable to locate the second sofa sleeper we would have been more than happy to help you out with that! Regarding the hot tub, sometimes on day of arrival (since the hot tubs are cleaned and often refilled before each guest) it may be common for it to take a couple of hours for the temperature to warm to hotter temps. However, you having not experienced the hot tub ever reaching temps beyond 'warm' is concerning and we would have had the Hot Tub Servicing Company return to investigate this for you had we known. Again, we do apologize for these inconvienences and welcome you to PLEASE reach out to us in instances like this should we ever have the opportunity to host you again! We offer a very convienent texting service (as well as a monitored after hours number) to ensure that our guests do always have the opportunity to report issues we have the opportunity to address them during their stay, contrary to learning of them prior to departure. We hope that, overall, you did enjoy your time in Breckenridge and all of this SNOW we've been receiving this season!

Though the house sleeps 10 people, there were only 6 bath towels stocked in the bathrooms, the private hot tub jets did not work, and it was frustrating to have to make a separate trip to the downtown rental office for the pool key instead of it just being at the house for us to use. The house was very clean, just dated and a bit worn down. Location was great.

Highly recommend! Well appointed kitchen, ski in/ski out, heated garage for gear, plenty of room to spread out. The property management company was exceptionally responsive and polite. The only item of note, is the two sleeper sofas are quite dated and not comfortable for sleeping. Will definitely stay again!

This condo was in a great location that allowed our family to easily walk to Main Street in town. It also was very close to the gondolas. Kitchen was well stocked so that our family of 5 could make meals. Having a garage was great; we were able to store all of our mountain bikes & gear. It was also nice to have a private hot tub to relax in at the end of the day!

This was a great location. We were able to walk to the snow flake life every morning and with kids as well as walk downtown almost every night. The layout of the place was great. Loved that we had a garage and private hot tub! This place could use some upgrades to bedding and bathroom and well as living room couch. We also had an issue with the blinds in one of the bedrooms and is unable to be fixed during our stay. Overall it’s a great location but needs some upgrades.

Winterpoint 33 was the perfect spot for our ski trip. A 3 minute walk to the lift, a private hot tub after a day on the mountains and a .3 mile walk to the shops and restaurants down town. Plenty of room for everyone to stay as well as for all our gear.

The place is nice, and in a good location. All items at the airbnb need some TLC. Plates are all chipped, pots and pans are hard to cook with, and the front door has a massive draft coming in.

Good location. Snowflake lift is 1 block up the hill and there are equipment rentals there and they will let you store your equipment there overnight so you don’t have to drag it back. If you’re from a warmer-wetter climate like us, there are several humidifiers in storage there which certainly helped us sleep.

Winterpoint 33 is an absolutely beautiful location, and Ski Country made the check in/out process very streamlined and informative so we knew exactly what the expectations of us as guests were. The house itself is very spacious and well decorated, and you can't beat the indoor hot tub! All the amenities you need for a stay are there, and the location is about a ten minute walk from the main strip in Breckenridge, which is perfect for shopping and dining! Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend renting from Ski Country enough! We originally booked a different place, and once we learned that some seasonal pool and hot tub closures were in effect during our trip dates, Sky Country worked with us to find accommodations that worked for our large group size and our preferences. I spoke with several people, and they were all incredibly nice and went out of their way to make our stay great! Winterpoint 33 was a fantastic townhome for our group. We loved having a private hot tub; there were plenty of seats around the community table; the kitchen was well-stocked; and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved being able to walk downtown.

Great space, very cute cottage with AWESOME amenities: a fireplace, private hot tub, full kitchen, games and movies, free shuttle. Walkable and very close to everything, including peak 9 skiing and town. SkiCountry is a bit hard to communicate with and ended up having some frustration when checking in, but once that was all sorted out, we had a great visit.

Location is great for skiers, easy walk to the snowflake lift to start the day. On your way home you can take the 4 o clock trail past the snowflake list and be half a block from the place. Nice place, we were able to put a Silverado and sedan in the garage without a problem

The condo was in a very convenient location...walkable to town and the snowflake lift. The condo had many amenities and space four our family of six. We did feel that the beds/pillow/bedding needs an upgrade. They seem to be old and not as comfortable. Otherwise, I would recommend the condo and the ski country resort service!

Very spacious and comfortable townhouse! Bedrooms had plenty of room. Beds super comfy! Walking distance to town and Snowflake Lift although lift not open when we were there. Free shuttle service to Gondola though?

We enjoyed the roominess of this townhome, we had plenty of space for 6 adults to enjoy time together but also to have privacy. The hot tub at the unit was nice as well as the pool/hot tub facilities on the property. The location was close enough to town that walked most places, but the shuttle was also a nice perk to use while we learned our way around. Thank you for sharing your townhome with us!

We love this condo. Two car garage, hot tub, and plenty of sleeping room. Only two blocks down the hill to main street. Love to ride mountain bike up the hill from the condo . Easy drive to many hiking spots for summer visitors like us. Very clean and well maintained. Only issue we had was trying to figure out ho to work the TV, minor issue and our stupidity. Would recommend for any summer visitors to Breck. Guessing it would be great in winter too, just have never been in winter.

the condo was clean - comfortable - everything was as advertised. The heat worked great. The "ski-country" shuttle is awesome. Easiest way to get from the slopes to the condo is on "4'O CLOCK TO TOWN" and take it all the way down until you see the "SNOWFLAKE" lift on the right side. In the mornings, it's not a fun walk going up the hill to the SNOWFLAKE lift. You always have the option of calling for a shuttle, though.
