Timbernest A1

This little condo was perfect for our family of 4. Short walking distance to lift and ski village. Free shuttle to downtown. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great 2 bed no frills condo close to the mountain. Clean and well maintained albeit an older place. Having to stop in town for keys at checkin/out not ideal but pretty simple and straightforward. Great for the price!

What a great place to stay! The condo was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the round table where all 4 of us could enjoy meals together. Every kitchen item one might need was provided. The bedrooms were roomy with plenty of bathroom space. And TWO outdoor balconies! Loved it and highly recommend!

It has enough room for a family to play and relax. 2 bathrooms are handy after skiing and using the pool. Outdoor Pool and hot tubs were amazing. Never had such a warm outdoor pool. We saw the shuttle service note when we were leaving...could have made it easier with the kids...on the flyer in the beginning to read would be great.

The place was good, the same as we saw in the pictures. The location is great once you know the roads to get to the lift. Very clean, which I love it. They don'thave laundry inside the unit it is outside, which is not a big deal. The check-in was the worst. You have to drive to a completely different location to get the keys to get to the unit. Also, just one parking available for a unit with a capacity of 6 does not make sense for me at all

If you want to be close to the lift this is a good spot. A little far to walk in winter to main street with all the snow but would be easy in summer. Seriously overpriced for what it is and not in very good shape overall.

The condo perfectly fit me and 4 other friends and was such a close distance to the slopes that we didn’t have to use our rental car the whole time. This condo at any other resort would be way more expensive, for the price and location this place was an absolute steal.

The property as a whole had everything we needed. Overall the furniture was adequate. Beds were very comfortable with ample pillows and blankets. The free shuttle service was also a nice surprise as well. Nitpicky complaints: front door has a tiny gap at the top which likely allows some cool air in, though not a huge issue. Also, a few of the closet doors could really afford to be repaired or replaced. Neither issue would be enough to not return though. The perks FAR outweigh the minor things we ran across. Would recommend!

Great location, walking distance to the ski school and village area. Also walking distance to downtown was great! The unit was very clean and accommodated us well. I was a little surprised the price of the unit considering the amount of updating it needs. The oven door was tough to open, the dishwasher drawer I thought was going to fall off the track, the closet doors inside the front door was stuck open etc. The furniture in the living area and bar is tired. A few updates would go a long way! I could have also done without so many emails/texts from the Management company but was otherwise just fine.

Perfect location for a ski getaway. We traveled with 3 kids and we loved the location. Short walk to the chair lift, also short walk to downtown and restaurants and everything beaver creek has to offer.
Host was very responsive. I lost our cabin key and they sent someone with a replacement key within minutes.
Everything was as described and we had all the necessities for a successful stay.
The pool and hot tubs were just across the parking lot.
There is not laundry in the unit but there is a free washer and dryer on the same floor just a few steps away.

Pretty basic accommodations, a bit dated, but just a short 10 min walk to QuickSilver chair. You need to pick up and drop off your keys downtown. Not a huge inconvenience, but it's 2022! Lots of self-check-in options out there. Will stay there again if they work out a few details.

This place is amazing, in a prime location, easily accessible to anything in Breckenridge. We truly enjoyed our stay. The communication couldn’t be better. Everything was so accurate. We asked how to change the temp in the house and in 2 minutes the crew was there to help us. They even left us an extra heater and blankets. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect. Only about 3-5 minutes walk to the lifts (some uphill required). The hot tubs are very nice and about a 1 minute walk from the condo. The first floor location is a huge plus. But - the living room is VERY outdated and a bit uncomfortable to watch TV. The chairs/couch need to be updated. The carpet comes apart also; making lint socks common. Once of the dining room tables chairs has a broken leg and the top of it wasn't secure. Beds are decent; just not great. The pull out couch is almost un sleepable. Overall, location wins with this one. It's unfortunate that the other things detract from it. That being said, it was a fair price and I'm sure if it had all the bells and whistles, it would be more expensive.

Everything was great except 2 things. 1. Heat and Hot Water was not working for the first few hours until a person came and fixed something. 2. Day we were leaving was very snowy and cold. no snow was plowed or Salt laid down. without seeing the ice under the snow, people fell more than once and could off seriously hurt themselves... if you plow snow, we see the ice. if you salt the ice, it will either melt or at least give better grip for shoes. otherwise all is well.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was clean, roomy and a great location. It was just a short walk to the ski school drop off and the quicksilver chair. We were able to easily walk into town as well. We loved the hot tubs and heated pool. Check in and check out were seamless. The condo instructions were easy to follow. This place is great! The location is perfect very close to everything. Checking in and out was smooth. It feels like a little lodge. Very comfortable. We had 3 adults and 2 children it was perfect. Felt very cozy and loved all the different mountain decor. The only change is updating some of the household items like the bedding and kitchen wares. But other than that it was a good place to stay on Breckinridge.

Very comfortable and cozy. Plenty of seating. Everything was completely clean. There is a walking trail into town, which is very nice. Driving and parking can be a gong show in town so it's nice to just park the car for a day or two. The complex is extremely quiet. Never heard or even saw any of the other residents. There is a gas grill off the main bedroom patio but we never explored to see if it was working. They didn't say it in the listing but when we were leaving we noticed that there is coin operated laundry available in the complex. Definitely a good place if you're looking to be a little away from the manic energy in town.

The cabin itself is as advertised. It’s not huge, and doesn’t have 5-star finishings, but it’s priced accordingly. We found it to be very comfortable and the location is prime. It’s a very easy walk to the Quicksilver lift...about 2 mins. And it is a 50’ walk to the hot tubs and heated pool. Tip-if you go to hot tub with family and kids, go right after skiing. Saturday night all 4 hot tubs were packed with 15 people/tub. We enjoyed our stay and for the money, we will stay here again

The condo was great. Good location, clean, right by the pool. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub hours were 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. only (with padlocks on the gate to enforce no less :)) — which for us meant we really did not have hot tub access — but besides that minor irritation— the condo was perfect!

Solid location, it’s a short walk to the mountain base, but they have a shuttle too. Parking was limited to pass holders only(only 1 was given for the unit). This was inconvenient because we had to find parking across town for our second vehicle. Otherwise it was a turnkey experience. Plenty of space and warm af.

Had a great time at the VRBO, we were able to walk right into town or to a lift to ski in only minutes. They had parking, hot tub, pool, fireplace, and a kitchen stocked with pots and pans so we were able to cook a nice meal. Only recommendation is that you should bring your own games when you come if you have a group staying there.

Apartment was well stocked. It is compact but easily fits 4-6 people. Two bathrooms is nice. It is a short walk from Peak 9 Quicksilver chair, ski rentals, and lift ticket windows. The condo could use a little facelift (new carpet, for example) but is clean and functional.

Excellent location and has everything you need. Perfect for 2 couples with 2 br w/ dedicated bathroom for each br. Very easy check in. The front desk gave us multiple tips for included services and discounts (groceries, rentals, shuttle service). Short walk (8 min) to Quicksilver lift and place was outfitted with everything you need including a Keurig! 60 second walk to the hot tub and unit included a ski storage locker. Since no one was checking in the next day, they accommodated us with an extended late checkout so we could go snowmobiling in the morning and come back to change before heading to the airport. That was EXTREMELY appreciated!! Made for an awesome adult weekend getaway. Thanks again!

Great location just south of the base of peak 9. Easy access to all of break and the free shuttle makes getting around simple. The 2nd bedroom has a jetted tub which is nice after a long day on the slopes. Only down side is the furniture is very uncomfortable. The couch (that seats 3) is fine but the chairs are awkward & uncomfortable and makes lounging more difficult. Beds are also not the most comfortable.

This Condo is well situated close to Quicksilver chair (across foot bridge) and Main Street. The condo didn't have any personal artifacts and appears as though it has been operated exclusively as a rental. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils but below average grade condiments. The sheets and pillows were OK but should be changed out. This unit does not come with a covered parking space. A good place to rest your head but nothing above and beyond here.

Timbernest A1 was overall a great place. Positives: Check-in and check out was easy. Great location, very close to the slopes, easy walk with small kids. They had everything we needed for the kitchen (which not always the case), great free shuttle service, heat worked well, showers are good. We had a few light bulbs out and they had someone out immediately to replace them which was impressive. Negatives: The towels could be better (they were kind of rough but tolerable) and we had to request extras (only 6 towels provided for 6 persons staying 5 nights). The carpet, linens, and bedding were worn and could stand updating. The kitchen cutting knives need sharpening. The main issue that needs handling is the internet. The wifi kept dropping out on multiple devices. They brought out a mobile hotspot but the mobile data is too slow that area and was not very useable. This definitely needs to be fixed. In any case you pay for the location and we would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Check in and check out were very easy. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dish detergent provided. Kitchen was stocked well. Cozy rooms and so close to the condo's hot tubs. Easy to get to main street by trail. I would stay here again. Comfortably slept 6 (3 couples). One full bathroom in the master, and one full bathroom for the second bedroom and those sleeping in the living room.

Loved our stay at Timbernest. Perfect decor for the mountain setting. The condo had a good amount of space and was well stocked - perfectly for a family trip. Location is super convenient to the town AND skiing. The Ski Country staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A great trip!

The place was clean and comfortable. Very nice updated bathrooms. Also very quiet since it was the last weekend that Breckenridge was open. The property management company personnel were professional and efficient. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Timbernest, everything was as described and looked exactly as the pictures. I was a little hesitant to book at first since they had no preview reviews but we couldn't have chosen any better! The space is perfectly decorated with attention to every detail. The location is unbeatable too just a few steps from peak 9 lift but also near from Main Street. The booking process was fast and easy and getting there was too, they provided the exact information to get the keys once we got to Breck. We certainly had one NYE that will be hard to top! Thanks Ski Country Resorts!

Very comfortable condo and reasoably priced. Walking to the ski lifts is a huge bonus.
