You will enjoy staying in this sunny first floor, two bedrooms, three bathrooms unit which provides beautiful views of the Blue River. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking and dining utensils, as well as the rustic, mountain inspired six person dining room table. If your group requires more space, utilize the kitchen countertop bar with seating for three.
The living room area has a wood burning fireplace as well as two couches that allow you to relax while watching a Blu-ray on the 40" flat screen TV. When it comes to sleeping, this 1,300 square foot unit can sleep up to eight people. The bedrooms also feature a 32" flat screen TV, mini fridge, coffee maker, closets and dressers for storage.
All units feature high speed internet and access to the on-site coin operated laundry facility. The common area deck is equipped with two grills and picnic area to accommodate any size group. This property does not offer an elevator and stairs are required to access this condo. Guests of Tannenbaum can enjoy access to the newly renovated Columbine Recreation Center (offsite, located across Columbine Road) with an outdoor heated pool, 4 outdoor oversized hot tubs, and changing rooms. The Tannenbaum complex is located at the South end of Breckenridge and one block walking distance to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop.

Great location and cozy condo. Having a balcony to the back with the river flowing by was very nice. The beds are good and there is a lot of space. The condo is well appointed and everything needed was there, including hair dryers, toiletries dish soap, etc. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and showers and toilets don’t drain very well. However, they work so this is not a big issue. Walking distance to lifts and town, and the pool and hot tup area are on the other side of the road. The pool was very cold and not usable, at least for us. Checkin was easy. All in all a great place for a family ski vacation. We would rent Tannenbaum by the River, 101 again!
