Ski Hill Condominiums offer the perfect location only one block to Historic Main Street, one block from the Skyway Skiway Run and less than two blocks from the Breck Connect Gondola. This 960 square foot unit is an upscale getaway with remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, it is sure to be your two bedroom, two bath home away from home.

Don't worry if you have forgotten your vacation book, because the homeowners have an entry bookshelf filled with options. The immense windows that line the living room allow the warm sunlight to flood the living room. There is ample seating on the two large couches, multiple side chairs or the Twin day bed to enjoy a movie on the flat screen TV. If its chilly outside, take comfort in the warmth of the gas fireplace.

The gourmet, rich wood cabinet, granite countertop kitchen is suitably stocked with all the stainless steel, state of the art appliances and more; stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Enjoy a home cooked meal made in the comfort of your own unit at the wood dining table for six.

The first bedroom has a Queen bed with large bedside windows and wood furniture. The second bedroom is mountain ranch inspired decor with a Full bed encased in comfortable bedding with a large flat screen TV. Should you need additional sleeping space, there is a Queen sofa sleeper in the unit allowing accommodations for seven people.

Other amenities within the unit are high speed wireless internet and cable TV. The complex exterior and all common areas were recently remodeled and upgraded. Ski Hill complex amenities include an outdoor heated pool (SUMMER USE ONLY, MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY), coin operated laundry facilities, a picnic area, two shared outdoor hot tubs and covered parking for one vehicle. If you would need transportation, the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stops at the building.

Nice place for a group of 4. 7 would be a squeeze, but doable. Good amount of living space, and only a couple blocks from main st!
