The Park Place complex offers Deluxe two-bedroom condominiums and you will love the central location with Ski-In/Shuttle-Out access, and just a short one block stroll to Historic Main Street.

The living room has an immense decorative rock wall with a gas fireplace in the living room. Enjoy a family favorite movie on the flat screen TV/DVD by the warmth of the fire on the large plush couch and the two side chairs. A grand feature to this condo is the private deck with outdoor seating and a barbeque grill to relish in the warm days and enjoy the summer months.

The suitably stocked kitchen has all the necessary appliances; a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven featuring a new countertop (November 2018). Enjoy your home cooked meal made in the comfort of your own condominium at the rustic wood dining table for six or belly up to the breakfast bar with seating for four for a quick grab-n-go meal before hitting the slopes.

The first bedroom has a Queen bed plus a Twin bed, both encased in Navajo inspired bedding, fresh paint (November 2018) and a large dresser. The first bathroom is unique as it houses the full-size washer and dryer as well as the full tiled steam shower, and also has a new countertop (November 2018). The second bedroom has a large wood dresser, flat screen TV, a Queen bed plus a Twin bed.

Other amenities include free Wi-fi, two on-site outdoor hot tubs, and a large common area deck for summer sun tanning. The complex also offers a common outdoor gas fire pit to socialize with locals and guests alike while enjoying a cup of hot cocoa. Guests to Park Place also get seasonal access to the New Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.

I would not recommend staying at this Apartment. When I booked it, it was a different unit, when I arrived it was totally not what I paid for. Sky country switched my Unit. Unfortunately I was too busy to look at my emails and did not have proof. I intent to contact Airbnb to let them know. This place is not worth $950 which is what I paid for 1 NIGHT. This place is falling apart. The side table had glass and it was broken. Dangerous since we had a child. It smelled old. Door in Master bedroom did not shut. Hot water took a while to warm up. Not even a welcome coffee was there, I mean come on, $950 a night? I am pretty sure you can find better else where. The only good thing I will say is that they allowed us to check in early. that's it. Extremely disappointed.

Dear Guest, we find it distasteful to accuse us of changing your unit without your permission, and investigated thoroughly. We reviewed all documentation from your reservation, and found that you stayed in the unit you booked at the rate you agreed to during one of the busiest times of the year. You are welcome to contact Airbnb, but they'll corroborate our findings. We'll take a look at the nightstand, and appreciate the feedback.

Great location- only 2 blocks to ski lift; quick walk to town. Unit is a bit dated; gas fireplace nonfunctional. No towels and poor locker room facilities at the pool/hot tub complex. Check in and check out was very quick and simple.

We had a great stay, the place was very comfy and in a great location for skiing at Breck as well as the restaurants and night life. Great amenities to make your stay in the mountains very enjoyable

Nice homey condo close to the mountain and town. Kitchen was supplied with good tools for a variety of cooking. Extra blankets from the closets are helpful for a variety of bed covering options.

The apartment is located perfectly, has all the amenities and is very comfortable. Has 2 cons, is becoming worn out, in doors, carpets, etc., and the fact that you have to climb 3 stories by stairs coming back from skiing.....All the rest is perfect to ensure you a great vacation.

We loved our stay! It was close to downtown and the gondola with comfortable and clean furnishings. I would definitely recommend this listing! Just a heads up for those with pet allergies…the listing says no pets allowed, but my partner with pet allergies had a hard time breathing the first night. We then saw a picture of a couple of cute puppers displayed. Once we aired out the space it was a bit better, but I wouldn’t recommend this as a completely pet free residence.
