My wife and I stayed over a spring skiing weekend in April. We absolutely loved the convenience of parking our car and never having to use it again. It was a 5 min walk up the hill to the snowflake lift and ticket counters, or a 7 min walk to the gondola in town and 5-10 mins to all the bars and restaurants on main street. It's a small spot it can do 2-3 easy a fourth person might make it tight with gear but if you are a minimalist you could pull off even 4. But if you have large suitcases 2 maybe 3 is the limit. House had lots of towels and things to cook with though we never did. Water was always hot and quick, and the pool table, fussball, ping pong table, and hot tubs were also awesome perks. We would definitely stay again when we are back in breck.

Super unit. At the end- upstairs- so nice and quiet. Lots of windows that look out. Unit is great size for 2- a couple. It is small but cozy. It is ski in from 4 ‘o’clock run. The shuttle to the gondola or base is super easy. Hot tub was great and no one else there in early afternoon. Quick walk to town and parking was easy.

Location, location, location! This condo was within walking distance to Main Street and right next to a bus station to get to the resorts. Even though it was close to all the action, the condo is very quiet and secluded. We slept with the windows open and didn’t have any issues with noise through the night. This place is my jam. This is my second time here and it’s awesome. I would sit outside with my coffee and listen to the creek and look at the mountains. Eminently walkable to everywhere, well appointed, and a great place to stash your stuff while you explore the area. Can’t wait for next year.

We enjoyed the cabin. The room was right next to a creek. The flowing water sound was a nice addition. The condo was quaint but had everything we needed. It was a good location. It’s a short walk to Main St and all the shopping and restaurants. The grounds were quiet and well maintained. They do charge for an early check in and late check out. We did not do either.

Cozy for 2 people but would be tight for 4 persons. Comfortable interior, good flatscreen tv, decent bed and pillows in BR, typical pullout bed in FR sufficient for teenage son, but sheets didn't look clean. Appliance all good, pots and pans are old, handles ready to fall off. Unit is located on 2nd floor in back corner of building, common areas are decent with 2 nice hottubs. Parking spaces were not obvious and would have been good to know in advance about the shuttle stop just a block away to the ski slopes. Nice feature is to ski back to the unit at the end of the day with the 4 O'clock ski run. Overall would recommend the unit.

You don’t necessarily need a rental car as the location has a shuttle. Ski off for lunch if you want to and cross the street for a shuttle going up to base seven and 8 or walk up 4 o’clock a little and take a lift to start or continue your day. Short walk to many restaurants in town.

We very much enjoyed our stay here at Park Meadows. It was a walk away from the the Saw Mill bus stop, which takes you to peaks 7 and 8 at Breck. It was always conveniently located to Main St, which had a ton of restaurants and shops.
I would have loved our stay even more if the kitchen was fully stocked, as indicated in the description. We had a stove, but no pan or glass dish to use for the oven (we purchased a gray cookie sheet that should be at the condo for the next stay). There was also one steak knife and one large knife. Just be prepared to purchase most of your cookie supplies when you get there.

Great location, just blocks away from Main Street. Great porch, very clean, easy access. Pretty small--we were only there for one night but I'm afraid any longer than a couple of nights might have been too crowded for any more than 2 people.

We loved the corner location- so much light and beautiful views. Also appreciated being in the back overlooking green space and the creek. We had a fantastic stay - it was the first time we stayed at this property and would stay there again! It was very clean and the property manager was very responsive. It had a really good layout for being smaller. We had a lot of fun playing pool and foosball, ping pong and using the hot tub. It is a quick walk to town.....and right by the stream which was lovely to listen to and sit by....would definitely stay there again!!

This unit has everything you need. I’ll try to explain it all. Was great for two people and I imagine too crowded for four. I liked having a code to check in and parking pass right there on the table. The living room was nice and bright and had so many hooks for keys, jackets, and bags. I loved that all the windows opened and you could hear the stream outside. Tv was a little slow at first but I was able to get it working for a movie. The pull out bed was not very comfortable but it did come with sheets and extra pillows. Was nice to watch tv laying down. Kitchen was updated and equipped to cook dinner and breakfast. I didn’t like the coffee it came with but there is a coffee maker and cream/sugar. The bathroom had soaps, lots of towels and a hair dryer, however it was a small space. Bedroom had shelved, drawers and hooks for clothes. Even came with ear plugs and eye mask. There was an extension cord to charge all our devices. It was a quiet nights rest. I did wake up with some bites on my legs and ankles.. was wondering about bugs in the bed. I didn’t get to use the hot tub or common area. Next time I’d like to stay for longer! Location is prime! Very clean except for some make up on the mirror that was not mine. Next time I may request late check out, 10a was a bit early for us.

As for bugs, the complex is checked multiple times a year for them, and in our experience, some guests have issues with our dry climate and can upset the skin. I stayed here with a friend for four nights and find this unit to be a great place to stay! The listing and pictures are all very accurate: the unit is small; we made use of the sofa bed, and once it is pulled out, there really wasn’t much room in the living room. Despite its small size, I found the unit big enough for two people, although it would be probably a very tight squeeze for four. The queen bed and the sofa bed were both quite comfortable.
The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cutlery, and pots and pans. While you won’t be cooking Cordon Bleu meals in this kitchen, it is more than adequate for simple meals.
The location is great: 5 minute walk to Main Street, and a 10 minute walk to Breck Village, where you will find the base for Peak 9. You can also take the Black Express Route free shuttle to Peaks 7 and 8, but I have found the free shuttle to be unreliable. Arrival and departure times definitely did not adhere to the posted schedule.
Another great thing is the communication with Ski Country staff. They respond promptly to messages and actually pick up phone calls. They also resolved my requests and queries very promptly. I think they provide great customer service.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is small, but that was expected. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was great to make a quick breakfast in the morning. The shower had good water pressure. The bed is pretty uncomfortable, but again, we knew we weren’t staying at the Ritz. The dishwasher didn’t work, so we had to wash all our dishes by hand. Which wasn’t a big deal, more just annoying. The shuttle is convenient, especially since the Breck shuttle buses were running on an off schedule during the week. The parking is easy in/out. This unit is great because it’s on the end so the noise is minimal. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was perfect! The room had anything we needed during our stay, everything was perfectly clean, location was great we walked into town, one day we walked to the gondola but another we used the bus, the stop was close. The ski in access was fun to use! We took advantage of the outdoor hot tubs. Would definitely stay again

Location was amazing and check in was super easy, they even let us check in a couple hours early on Thanksgiving which was super helpful. However, the water was shut off for 6+ hours on our first evening for all of the units, which they did communicate with us but they did not communicate when it was coming back on. In addition to that, in our unit, our shower drain was extremely slow and the water would rise quickly during a short shower. Also, the tv would stop every working every half hour or so and we would have to reset it. Overall, our stay was okay and the big positive is definitely location as it was a quick walk into town.

This place was so perfect and cozy for our quick weekend stay in Breckenridge. We loved how they utilized the space in this unit and the side chair with the cow was oh so comfortable! The location is great and a quick walking distance to Main Street. There’s a great view on the side of the unit, and ping pong was a great addition to our stay! Definitely would choose to stay here again, if we were ever up in Breckenridge!

Great location! A lot smaller than it appears in pics, but perfectly doable (and who goes to Breck to hang inside, am I right?!). There is a $75 fee if you don’t return the parking pass, but it isn’t a reusable parking pass anyway (has specific days and times on it) so seems a little “money hungry” to charge for something that isn’t even reusable. However, it really isn’t a big deal to put it back so not taking away any stars, just be careful. Also- the shower didn’t really drain because there was a lot of hair on it. Kinda gross but again it totally gets the job done and the location is so worth it. Self checkin and instructions were great.

We loved our stay at Park Meadows 8C! It was a beautiful little corner condo with a great view and everything we needed. The walking proximity to Main Street was especially convenient. Check-in was super easy (contactless) and Ski Country was very responsive and helpful when I called about our missing parking pass. The condo was clean and the bed was super comfy. We also loved the ambiance of the common areas and we enjoyed playing ping-pong and soaking in the hot tub. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Breckenridge. It was a wonderful getaway!

This was a great rental and served my group well. Everything was clean and orderly and the property is in a great location. A few comforters had weird stains on them but other than that it was very accommodating. Smaller than expected but when in Breck it’s not like you’re spending much time at your hotel anyways. We wish there was 24/7 access to the hot tubs.

My fiancée and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Awesome location with nice amenities for when we had downtime. We arrived early from Denver and played pool by the fireplace in the common area. Early check in was a little difficult, we spoke to a few people that said our room should be ready by the time we arrived. We were ubering from Denver, so we planned accordingly and it ended up waiting close to an hour and half after arrival. Not a big deal, just keep in mind if doing the same thing, because you have to stay with your belongings. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Park Meadows and we plan on coming back!

Was a great company to work with and easy to get a hold of them and they even had the room ready a little earlier then what the check in time was. The area is beautiful and quiet. If you have people next to you though you can hear them slightly. And was very nice to have the hot tubs open!

Good location within quick walking distance to downtown, but quiet and near a lovely stream.
Bathroom sink did not drain at all, even when left overnight, so we had to keep reaching in to pull up the plug.
Tight space but cozy if you're only really going to sleep and have a place to crash at the end of the day.

Much smaller than I anticipated but overall the room was modern, clean, and updated. The refrigerator didn’t work and the television was very difficult to use. The location to town was perfect. There is no maid service. We had a corner room overlooking a creek. It was really lovely.

We had a great time staying here!! Everything was great. Location was good. Quick bus trip up to the mountain and skied in when done for a short walk to the condo. The hot tubs were great after a long day of skiing. The lobby provided great entertainment when not wanting to leave the property. Only suggestion would be an upgrade to the mattress on the bed. All in all we had a great time and would stay again!

This was our first Airbnb experience and it was wonderful! Communication is key to me and the communication from Ski Country was great; very responsive. Our flight arrived at 9am and I messaged Ski Country the day before asking if we could see if we could check in earlier if the room was available. They quickly responded that an early checkin was not guaranteed (totally understand), but that they would let the team know we would be in town around 1pm. I received a call at 12:50pm that we could check in at anytime. The checkin staff was very welcoming and friendly and gave us all the information we needed for our stay and gave us information about things to do in town. The room was just as pictured and very clean. We enjoyed the lobby’s fire pit after being out in the snow and the game room downstairs. This was our first time visiting Breckenridge and the location of Park Meadows was PERFECT! Everything in town was within walking distance. It can be very expensive to stay in Breckenridge and the price of Park Meadows was a great value. The next time we go to Breckenridge we will definitely stay at Park Meadows again!!

Perfectly clean space and amazing location to downtown! Even with 18+ inches of snow we easily walked to Main Street to eat and shop. Our place was adorable, clean, and laid out efficiently. We loved being on the top level in the corner with all of the windows and light. The bathroom was so cute and clean. The shower head, tile, and glass doors were very nice. Materials were used to maximize the space and give it a light and bright feel. The location was awesome - walkable to cute downtown Breckenridge. We really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay another night!

The free shuttle was awesome. Hot tubs were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. They even got a discount with Christy Sports ski rental somehow. The complex is right near the bottom of 4 o'clock run and walkable to downtown.

This was our first time to Breckenridge and we really enjoyed our stay. Very convenient with their private shuttle, ski lockers outside the condo, and an easy 2 block walk to the main street which we did most nights for dinner. Although it's technically ski in/out, we were beginners and didn't feel comfortable doing that. I also couldn't get the tv to work properly, but that wasn't important to us. It was warm inside, with a beautiful view. Snug, but perfect for two people who want to be together but have the option of being in different rooms some of the time.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. This unit is on the second floor corner in the back, overlooking the creek, so probably a little quieter than other units. It was very clean and looks like it has been recently refurbished. It is definitely small (smaller than it appears in the picture) and we were pushing it with us and our two young children sleeping on the sofa bed but it worked. Would be a great home base for a couple who plan to be out and about most of the time. There's a ski locker with lock right outside the unit so you don't have to bring all your gear in. The location was great - two blocks to Main Street. The management company operates a free shuttle in addition to the town's free bus service so you don't really need to drive once you are there. Kitchen area was fine for making breakfast and a quick spaghetti dinner but I wouldn't try making a larger meal than that. Our kids loved the main lobby and game room. It's a bit of a throwback to the 70s but I actually enjoyed that - it brought back memories of my youth! The staff couldn't be nicer - very friendly and helpful. They don't have staff on-site but when we called because we couldn't figure out how to work the television, they had someone over there within a few minutes. My only complaint would be that the walls are thin. Due to the location, this wasn't too big of a deal except for one night when there was a group of 20-somethings who wanted to carry on the party after the bars closed. Luckily they left the next day and it was quiet after that. Even though I said we were pushing it with two kids, I think we would probably stay here again due to the great price and location.

By far the best skiing resort my boyfriend and I have ever been to. The people/staff are very friendly and helpful. The town is beautiful and it's so easy to get around without worrying about parking. Park Meadows is also a great place to stay where we had everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable. If it wasn't for the high altitude sickness, we would've stayed longer. We will definitely come back next winter.

Great affordable place to stay by the mountain. The main lodge was a great place to hang out in front of the massive fireplace and meet the other guests.
