Great location, right on the bus route. Restaurants just a few blocks away, easy to walk to. The place is small, just as described, and was exactly what I needed for a ski getaway.

This place is definitely meant for people who just need a place to crash (skiers, snowboarders) it’s not a cute Airbnb and the photos look nicer than it looked in real life I would say. If you’re going to be out and about all day and night and just looking for a bed, then this is the place for you. I do think it was overpriced for what I got but it did the job.

The place is advertised as "lots of light," but is extremely small and dark inside. Dark cabinets. Dark gold paint. Tiny television. However, it's really convenient. Close to downtown. Easy walk. We were ok with it, but it's only about half the size of a hotel room in its entirety. Just be aware of that fact prior to booking. All in all, it was a decent experience, but somewhat cramped.

Good stay. Little frustrated at first with not being able to park in the empty parking lots when arriving early but after bringing up what we wanted we got a quick response and resolution. Make sure to contact them early if you are planning to arrive earlier than expected. Overall great stay.

Condo was in a great location! Very clean and had all the necessary items needed. Only drawback is you pay a cleaning fee but never get clean towels and you have to take your own garbage out at the end of your stay. Cleaning fee is quite large when requiring guests to do these things.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The price of this rental definatly reflects the accommodations. This unit is in a great location to hit the slops and provides and provides for basic sleeping and bathing. For us this was not a unit we would want to hang out in and decompress as even though the bathroom had been updated, the bedroom, kitchen and seating area furnishings were very worn and un-inviting. Other than sleeping and bathing we did not spend much time here. On our first night of arrival we opened the refrigerator to put our food and beverages in and there was a horrible foul stench that took over the entire unit. It was as if someone stored raw fish in the refrigerator for some time. We departed the unit and contacted staff for help. They did drop off some spray air freshener but we did not take our chances on opening the refrigerator again

This place was a skiers dream looking for simplicity. It doesn’t blow you away with amenities within the unit but it provided safe harbor at the end of a day of skiing. It is also within walkable distance, less than 5 minutes of Main Street with all the local spots to eat and drink. Hot tub was a nice touch, as much as it was luxury it was also a necessity after hitting the mountain all day. Was never crowded and got in whenever we wanted. Last thing I’ll mention is the awesome ability to ski down Lower 4 O’clock run at Breck that gets you within 100 yards of the unit, no need to park in the lot at the resort when you can hop on snowflake lift to start the day and then ski down 4 o’clock run to end it!

It is a good basic room/setup for your ski adventure. Good location and you have enough basic supplies to cook your own meal or take a short walk to a restaurant. My only gripe is the 16” tv - seriously it cant be much more than $100 these days to buy a 30”+ tv. Given how much time you spend in your room on a ski trip it would be nice to have a bigger tv. Other than that m, we liked the place.

Although a bit dated, the unit was clean and pleasant. The beds, bedding, and pillows were very comfortable, even the pull-out couch. Since there isn't a lot of space in the unit, the fireplace in the lodge was a nice gathering place on a chilly summer night. Five stars for the hot tubs! Easy to get to, clean, and at the perfect temperature. It was a great stop for weary travelers.

We just returned after two nights of staying here. My general opinion is you get what you paid for. It is a 2 star property so don’t expect too much. Each unit is probably owned by different owners and managed by some company. So the condition depends on when it was last renovated. I feel the unit we stayed in was very small and could use some renovation. It is kinda clean but smelt a little. So make sure you open some window after get there.

The location is absolutely amazing. The living arrangement are what you would expect for the price point, which I thought was very reasonable considering the amazing location. You are in Breckenridge after all! Our only real complaint was with the mattress. It could use an upgrade, but overall a great stay and good value.

Reviewer Comments: This unit had all the amenities, especially for longer stays...full kitchen, nice sitting area, lots of bedroom drawers, etc. The decor was a little dated and the mattress was a little soft, but overall we had a nice stay. We loved the fact that we could walk to town (only two short blocks). If skiing, it was located close to the gondola and shuttles! Parking was assigned, on-site and free!

This place was in a great location with ski out access from the 4-O’clock run to the end of the road that the property is on (a short 2 minute walk after a day of skiing) and was a short 5-10 minute walk to the Breck-Connect Gondola Although you can take the free shuttle there, it sometimes takes a while to come and is faster and more convenient to just walk. The place itself was cozy and had a fair amount of necessities although it did start to feel kind of small towards the end of the trip. The place is a nice short walk to the beautiful downtown of Breckenridge and was overall a good place to stay, especially with the game room and lobby area which closes at 10pm.

The common ice machine was broken, so we had to make ice the old fashioned way with trays of water in our freezer (bummer). One of the hot tubs had jets that were not operational. Only one corner of the hot tub had all the jets working (bummer).

Great common area to hang out, fun to have pool table, ping pong, fusball. Only thing that would be good is to get better vending machines that take change and get serviced more often. We liked it a lot overall.

Park Medows 8A, great views from the corner top unit, can see mountains. Good ameniities, dishwasher, leather sofa, and nice bear print rugs. TV nice and small so we spent less time watching TV and more quality time together. smooth check in with ski country. Hot tubs clean and friendly common area met some other people staiying at the lodge. Thanks for a great stay Ski country. Will be back to stay in PM 8A.

The owner Randy was more than accommodating for anything we needed. We loved the amenities of the place (on site hot tubs, pool table, ping pong, foosball, etc). It is a ski-in off the Four O'Clock run with the bus stop less than a block down the street, which was perfect. It also included free shuttle service that I was unaware of until checking in, so we didn't have to drive around town in the evenings. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star review is the room size. While it was fine for 2 of us, I can't imagine ever putting more than 3 people in there. Given the bulk of our travel accessories for a winter trip, it would have been an uncomfortable squeeze to cram anyone else in there. Overall, the room was nice, and if you're only putting 2 people in the condo, it's perfect for the price. If you're trying to cram 3 or more in there, it might get uncomfortable in a hurry.

We loved our stay at Park Meadows Lodge. The Ski Country staff was very helpful and the free shuttle is truly the best. Most ski resort lodging provides some sort of shuttle, but you have to wait 20 mins or more for a shuttle to keep looping around. We never waited more than 3 minutes for a shuttle when we called it. Also, the two jacuzzis, indoor fire pit, pool & ping pong table were just what we needed. Our proximity to downtown was perfect too. We walked from our unit to the bars. Next time we are in Breck, we are going to stay here again!
