Pros and Cons.
Beautiful location! Right on a creek and walking distance from downtown Breck. It was clean and comfortable too.
Not quiet. We could hear the couple in the room above us the entire night. Even without them, the older building itself made noises so my wife who's a light sleeper barely got any sleep. And then there were small things like a broken blender.
Still a great price nonetheless.

Condo was smaller than expected but definitely was enough for a quick overnight trip!
The space was very clean. The location was great! We loved hearing the river outside our window. The hot tubs were really nice too.
The bed was not very comfortable, but again, staying for one night was fine. Bring your own pillows if you’re able!
Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend and come again!

We only had time for one night, but enjoyed being near the creek and hearing it at night. The unit was comfortable and had what we needed. I wouldn’t want more than 2 people in the unit just because of the size. Nice free parking and very convenient to town!

Great place to stay, walkable to everything in town. Very peaceful being next to the creek. It was small as stated, but perfect for 2 people, especially if you plan on being out & about most of the time. Our only complaint is finding hair on the sheets that was not ours. It seemed to be hair that just got stuck during laundry but still slightly off putting. Overall, we loved our stay & will definitely be back!

The location was great! Could ski to bottom of vacation rental and walk through small creek to get directly to the place. While my wife and 5 year old were comfortable staying for vacation, it wasn’t somewhere we felt excited about coming home to. Was a great place to sleep but only one queen bed and an outdated pull out couch that was not comfortable as I slept there to give my wife and daughter the bed in order to get the rest they needed for full days of skiing. Post it note in the kitchen states “touch faucet” but did not work well and even came on randomly after being touch-turned off. A day before we left the faucet stopped working altogether but we assumed the touch battery ran out…then realized we couldn’t even manually turn it on. We did not complain as we had one night left and had bottled water. Overall…The place was good for some rest and location to center of town/ski lifts, easy bus rides to the lifts but unfortunately we did not find the place memorable nor would we return. But still, thank you for allowing us to stay as this does not ruin the memories we made as a family. The nights at our vacation rental did not match the fun/comfort of our days spent on the slopes. 5 stars for communication but we did not have any so not really applicable but didn’t want to hurt that rating for them.

The apartment was very nice and clean. In a perfect position for skiing out or for walking into town. The personnel was very kind and effective. We needed extra pillows and a hairdryer, in like 30minutes they were there with a new one. The second time we asked them a favor, to have some extra trash sacks, and again they came in few minutes I think the property has to be sold as a two person apartment. They have informed us that it would be better for two and narrow for four but it was worse than expected in term of size. May be it can work during summer but absolutely not in Winter where you have boots and equipments. When the sofa is open there is no place to sit because the table has to be put into a corner.

We had a great stay! Walked everywhere, used the free shuttle to bring us home when we took the gondola down from peak 7. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Hot tub was always available when we wanted to use it and the fire in the lobby is great!

The location was great being that it was in close proximity to downtown. A free shuttle bus is available the days I was there. You’ll have to call and make a reservation for it. The lobby was cozy and inviting with an great fireplace. The only negative is the upper unit’s floor isn’t sound proof and I could hear the occupants movements from the lower unit. Overall, it was a good stay on a budget.

Loved our stay here! It was a perfect weekend getaway for my birthday to Breckenridge!! Walkable distance from downtown and accessible bus stops for all transportation to ski areas. The Airbnb is exactly as described, it was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the tub was jetted which was a bonus!! We didn’t even need to use the hot tubs outside the lodge. Could even fit up to 4 people because there was a pull out sofa as well. The lodge that connects the wings is a great place to hang out w/ hot tubs right outside of and other games indoors as well. A great hangout space if multiple people were to stay here and wanted a central hub to hang out!

Great location. Right on 4 o'clock road trail. Walk across the trail to Pine Ridge condo to get bus one stop to Snowflake lift. 5 minute walk to town. Quiet. Decent kitchenette. Only problem was toilet that usually needed to be flushed twice. Had to call for service once and guy was there within an hour. Be sure to have 4-wheel drive car. I got stuck on incline in parking lot in toyota camry with 5 inches of snow.

The apartment is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to the Snowflake lift and 5 minutes to Main Street. It was really clean when we arrived and the host responded very quickly to questions. Only slight criticism is that the apartment (and shared spaces) was a little dated and scruffy.

I stayed in this cozy apartment for one night and it was great! It is walking distance from all of the fun activities on Main Street, and a free shuttle service to anywhere you want to go in Breck until 10pm. The apartment was very clean and there was even a little gift left on the pillows - a sleep mask and ear plugs! The staff was very friendly when we checked in, and the hosts were responsive and helpful as well.

place worked great for our quick snowboarding trip. The pull out bed mattress was like sleeping on the metal frame and there were quite a few cars parked without a pass so we had to park farther away and had a permit for it but overall it worked out great

We had a great family ski trip based here. This place is a three block walk to the snowflake lift (walking up 4 o'clock run for a bit).

This place is the best bang for your buck in Breckenridge! We’ve stayed here twice now and every time it’s great! The hot tubs are awesome and outside (for the true mtn experience) and walking distance from Main Street and peak 8 gondola!

The location of was great! We could easily take the bus to the bottom of peak 8, and ended the ski day with just a short walk from the end of the 4 o’clock run. Also, the hot tubs were amazing! Would definitely recommend.

This is our 2nd visit to Park Meadows. The unit 4c was an upgrade from our last visit. We liked the corner end unit bc the unit had more light and felt more private without people walking back and forth in front of our windows. The unit had everything we needed and is comfortably sized for 2 people. The sofa bed does needs a new mattress. It was too soft and lumpy. The booking, check in and check out process was so easy. The amenities especially the private shuttle was a plus! We will stay again. Thanks!

We had a great time staying at Park Meadows! It was convenient for boarding at Breck and walking into town. The lobby and hot tubs were great places to relax at the end of the day. Very friendly couple that manages the property!

The room and building were as described. The place is cozy and slightly dusty, but location is good and they make up for it with the well planned accommodations. There is a free shuttle service provided by them, the equipment rental shop was good and we got 20% off, and the team nice. We were provided with earplugs which would have come in handy when the guy upstairs started stomping around at 5AM but all is good. Overall very decent place, nice people, good placement (only steps from the village) and cool vibe. I recommend it.
One word of advice-- check in is in the village not on-site, so make sure to go to their headquarters first (which doubles as equipment rental).

Quick and easy to get checked into. Bit hard to find from my phones GPS was off of ski hill road prior to saw mill. A little dusty but nothing bad, the girl Faye who called was such a sweetheart and really awesome to work with! Will definitely book again with Ski Country. Very streamlined process for getting in and checking out.

The space was located very near the action in Breckenridge. There was ample free parking and the room was essentially as listed. It felt a bit dated and cramped. The fold down table did not stay up reliably. It had a sign which said that there was no disposal installed, which was not true. We did not challenge the plumbing by using it.
Overall, it was a fine place to sleep and use a base of operations.

The place felt a little smaller than indicated in the images, but it worked out great for our stay considering how close it was to Main St and the lifts.

The Park Meadows is well locate (ski-in) and the ski bus stop is next door. The premises are old. Rooms were ok (except the noice coming upstairs and from the fridge). The lobby is nice and we ended playing pool every night.
