Park Meadows Lodge is the most affordable yet convenient lodging alternative in Breckenridge. Ski-In on the Four O'Clock Ski Run and walk 1 block to the Breckenridge 'Free Ride' Shuttle Stop for a short ride to the base of Peaks 7 and 8. An easy three block walk to Historic Main Street means you are minutes from the center of everything Breckenridge has to offer.

This GOLD RATED newly remodeled, 300 square foot, first floor one bedroom corner unit features many upgrades including new paint and tile in the living area, kitchen, bedroom, and bath. The inviting living room is furnished with new decor, new tile flooring, a flat screen TV with cable/DVD, and a new sofa sleeper. You'll find the freshly painted bedroom also with new carpet has plenty of shelf and closet space for storage along with a Queen size pillow-top mattress where you'll enjoy a peaceful night's rest.

The fully loaded kitchenette is suitably stocked with all necessary cooking and dining utensils along with new cabinets, tile, and stainless steel appliances. Settle in to your table for four and enjoy a meal cooked right from the comfort of your unit.

In the chalet style lobby of the Park Meadows complex you will find an immense, open 360 degree, gas fireplace with ample seating making it a great place for socializing, quiet reading time or relaxing. Enjoy a game of pool, ping pong or foosball in the game room below the lobby. Relax those muscles after a hard day of skiing in one of the two large outdoor on-site hot tubs.

Other amenities to the Park Meadows complex include laundry facilities, soda and snack dispensers, an industrial ice machine, community gas grill and picnic tables. Above the lobby there is a community office area with access to the free complex WiFi, a large meeting table, and other couches and chairs that provide for additional seating. Individual ski lockers are provided for each unit to store ski and snowboard equipment. The exterior was completely renovated in 2010.

This location was great. We went for a friends wedding and struggled a little to make the condo functional. There is poor lighting and lack of plug ins pretty much every where around the place. Two of us had to get ready and it was a struggle. Also there is a shared iron and ironing board for the whole complex. Other then this it was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great location too.

Great condo within walking distance of main street Breck! It is a little smaller than pictured and can be right for 4 adults, but it gets you want you need. Check-in and out was easy. Just a heads up the hot tub and other amenities close at 10, and it is enforced.

This was a great property in Breckenridge. It was easy to find and close to walk to the downtown area. Additionally, it was nice that the lodge area had a pool table and a ping pong table. That was a hit with our kids. The only downside is that it is quite small and I am not sure how that would work during the winter ski season with all the layers needed. You can definitely work around that though and enjoy the beautiful landscape of Breck. Oh and the hot tub was really nice as well and the place was clean and fun. Definitely would recommend it for others!

The location is perfectly located! This unit was super clean and perfect size for just a nights stay. The parking was a bit of a challenge to find a spot as the lot is very small.. The walls are extremely paper thin so you can hear your neighbors all around sneezing. Would recommend if you can get over hearing the people nextdoor talking/walking around.

For our first time in Breckenridge this spot was absolutely perfect for my girlfriend and I. Being this close to main street makes walking to all the bars, restaurants, and shops so easy and accessible. A little smaller than expected but still great for two people, would absolutely recommend and plan on staying here again when we come back!
