The place is exactly as advertised. Conveniently located,and exactly as photographed. While I’m not on vacation to watch tv or cook, we were surprised by the high quality of the tv and kitchen appliances. The bathroom is nice and the shower had solid water pressure. The walls are a bit thin, so you could hear neighbors if loud, but unless you get rowdy neighbors, this shouldn’t be a problem. The bed was soft and extremely warm. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our room was very clean, provided everything you would need for a stay, excellent location, and was decorated very nicely. Only complaint is the noise. The floors creaked very loudly in the apartment above us, almost sounding like they were going to come crashing through the ceiling. Anytime anyone in the building opened/closed a door, you could hear it. This might not be a problem during the day but during our stay, these noises woke us up at 2-3am both nights. If noise doesn’t bother you, would recommend this Airbnb, otherwise, keep looking.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and getting in was a breeze. The location is right near downtown which was perfect. The only downside was hearing your neighbors easily through the walls. We could hear every move the upstairs guest would make.

The floors above this condo are very squeaky. We were woken up each night from our upstairs neighbors walking around.

Great location. Our room was a bit small and outdated, but overall clean and convenient. There are 2 clean and nice hot tubs as well as a game room in the lobby. We had some issues with communication trying to schedule a early check-in but it didn’t affect our stay negatively. Only real issue with the booking was regarding the charges. With hidden fees, and splitting the payment, it appeared much cheaper than it was in actuality. This may be an AirBnB complaint and not reflective of the host itself. Overall we enjoyed our time in Breckinridge.

Loved our stay here! Clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable to stay in before a day full of skiing. Parking was easy with the passes included and check in/out went smoothly; the remote check-in was especially nice.

This unit was the cutest, snug, little hidey hole for our stay in Breckenridge. Also convenient was the short walk to the end of Sawmill Rd and the Snowflake ski lift. Short walk to downtown with its many bars and restaurants as well. Highly recommend.
