Everything was perfect. I lost my gold chain that had a lot of sentimental value and they sent it to me to another state by mail. I am very grateful and delighted with this place.

The room was indeed small but had most everything we needed. All the appliances worked well.I did hear that the fold out bed was a bit worse for wear and the linens should have been retired a while back. Maybe the best feature is the locator. Overall the staff seemed nice and the property worked for us. Thanks!!

Breckenridge is an AMAZING place so this cabin is saved by location. Its a 5 minute walk from main st. The actual room is small, and we were kept up all night by noises from upstairs and neighbors. Additionally, more control over the temperature would’ve been great.

Great little spot to ski and/or explore breckenridge! We booked day of and it was a seamless experience. We didn’t take advantage of the amenities (hot tub, common area, etc) but we wish we had! Easy 5 min walk to Main st and didn’t have to move our car all weekend. Easy, clean, centrally located

The location. It is dirty - no dishwasher so previous guests did not clean dishes thoroughly, in need of MAJOR update, tiny, the fridge is the size of a hotel mini bar, and walls and ceilings are paper thin so you can hear everything.

Overpriced. Paid for the location, not for the comfort of the space.
If you’re booking in this building, try to stay on the second floor to avoid hearing footsteps/creaking above.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience was okay. Location was good and helped to make up for the fact that the unit is noisy, you hear every minute sound from unit overhead and both sides. The bed was very hard and carpet is past time to be replaced.

Very warm place to stay in the cold winter. I set up temperatures 55, till warm enough for three of us. The price is very friendly even I booked pretty late. The room is old but very clean. Sofa also have sheets provided.

The location is fantastic and very clean airbnb. It was equipped with the basics but make sure you bring your own entertainment. I would suggest to stick with 2 people, 3 would be pushing it.

very close to the Main Street (5min walk). When requesting something, they came right away. 1. The master bedroom bed sounds with every movement you do, basically sleepless night. 2.The pullout couch was too big, so we had to fold the chairs and move the table to be able to walk around. 3. also, not a good wardrobe or space for your clothes. I will say this place is for a max of 3 people, not 4.

Park Meadows Lodge 2B was clean and easy to check in and out. Some parts of the apartment were newly updated as advertised, but some lighting fixtures, bathroom fan, dressers etc. looked like they had seen better days. The unit advertises to have portable fans, but we couldn't find any (and we didn't inquire about them as it was too late.) We appreciated the short walk to downtown. Ski Country was very communicative and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The one thing that was not advertised in the listing was the need for all airbnb guests to sign a rental agreement/disclosure -- this should be outlined specifically in the listing for all guests to know before booking.

So many wonderful things about our stay!
1) Location
2) Host communication
3) Early check in when possible
4) Keypad entry - so easy
5) Clean and wonderful hot tub experience
6) Lobby and game area
The only issue I had was the extremely thin ceiling/floor situation. Definitely bring earplugs, and maybe try to request a top floor unit because we woke up each of the three times the people above us walked to the bathroom throughout the night. Their footsteps sounded explosive to us trying to sleep underneath them.

The location is great, and the private shuttle to hit the nearest chairlift in the morning is very convenient. ParkMeadows Lodge is a block away from Main Street, shopping and dining. At the end of the day, we skied down literally to the front of our building. However, the space is very small, and I would not recommend more than two travelers. Possibly a couple and a child could stay in this one bedroom studio. Walls are very thin, and quiet evenings can be fairly compromised. The mattresses are not comfortable in both sleeping areas. The kitchen was minimally equipped. They bathroom is tiny. You do have to decide what matters more before booking this apartment. Convenience or comfort.

Park meadows was great! If you’re looking for bang for your buck cozy place to stay for your Breckenridge ski trip, this is it. The location is great for access to the gondola and ski in on the four o clock run when you’re done. Less than 5 min walk to Main Street as well! Very clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The only thing I would say negative, is that the walls are very thin. You can clearly hear everything your neighbors say and do, and they can you you.

The room was outdated (although we enjoyed the pinecone lamp), but clean and warm and with an excellent location; extremely walkable to Main Street. We appreciated the availability of the full kitchenette and dishware! There was easy access to the hot tub; we only needed to walk through the (very large and comfortable!) lounge next door and there it was, just behind the room.

The cabin is cute and quaint. The lodge area was welcoming and had snacks, plus the hot tub was working. However, there was absolutely no cold water. The shower was so hot it literally burned and blistered my skin, even on the ‘coldest’ setting. If you have kids, I would definitely be weary. Also, if hearing your neighbors every move bothers you, I wouldn’t stay here. You can hear absolutely everything from the people beside and above you. Otherwise, it served its purpose for a one night stay. Lots of kitchen gear to cook if that’s your thing.

The property is in a wonderful location however the owners truly need to do some much needed updating. Specifically the beds are in very poor shape and the sofas are extremely worn. Location here was great—easy walk up the road towards the snowflake lift, and easy walk to downtown Breck. The room was cozy and had a kitchen that we used daily. The ski locker was very convenient. We were also very happy that the hot tubs were still being used!

This is a great resort overall. The free shuttle was AMAZING, Jason, the shuttle driver, always went out of his way to help us with our skiis, pick and drop us off anywhere within Breck, it was a great service. The hot tub was incredible after a day of skiing, and the lobby was never crowded, most of the time we were the only people inside. Sitting by the fire and relaxing was very welcome. It was very close to main street and a quick 7-10 minute walk got us anywhere we wanted, however because of the cold we typically took the shuttle everywhere. The room was the only disappointing part, the oven and some of the stove surfaces were very weak and it took me 45 minutes to boil water for pasta. Several power outlets did not work so it was difficult to charge my phone. Overall the bathroom and living area was clean and had a nice view, we were happy with our stay but just wish we had modern/working appliances to make food.

I would definitely recommend staying at Ski Country's Park Meadows. This location was literally 2 blocks away from Main Street, provided free shuttle services from 8 AM - 11 PM, and had an awesome common area with a Pool Table, fire place, ping pong table and foosball in the basement, laundry facilities, and two hot tubs outdoors. The unit itself was perfect for 2-4 people, and had a great little kitchenette that really came in handy. Can confirm what other reviews say - the walls are thin and the bed was squeaky... But other than that, great stay!

Great location! The back of the property is on the lower 4 o'clock run. ~5 min walk to the Snowflake lift. The hot tub and common area were great extras.

Small one room apartment. Walking distance to peak 9 lifts and bars. Very thin walls. If you are coming to Breckenridge to experience Breckenridge this location should be suitable.

Stayed for three nights with two friends so we could get some skiing in this year. The location is terrific with easy access to Main Street as well as the gondola or Village. We never used to the bus and just walked everywhere. We had three people in the unit but it is ideally set up for two. Either way, it's budget accommodations with excellent location and the hot tub area in the lobby with the fireplace are bonus extras. I'd recommend this unit mostly for a couple or younger kids but it also works for those of us in our early 40s
