This beautifully remodeled multi-level townhome is located in town on Ridge Street, just a half block off of Main Street. The Village and base of Peak 9 area are just on the other side of Main Street making it only about a 7-minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift and ski school. This unit itself is the true luxury experience you want on vacation. This two bedroom and two bathroom townhome features a large balcony with a private outdoor hot tub, barbeque grill and gorgeous, sweeping, mountain views.

The elegant rock-face, wood accent, gas fireplace warms the living area where you can enjoy your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV. Enjoy lounging on the lush, suede, L-shape couch or two red leather accent side chairs. Also housed in the living room is a comfortable, plush twin daybed, with twin pull out bed underneath for extra sleeping capacity along with an oversized Queen sofa sleeper. There is also a nice desk and chair for use if needed.

The open Great Room design features a gourmet kitchen with modern décor tiling, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops with four leather bar stools. The clean dining table has seating for four in royal leather chairs where you can enjoy your home cooked meal made in the comfort of your own unit. The main lower level bathroom is well decorated with a full tiled stand up shower with a calming environment where you are sure to relax after a long day on the slopes.

The upstairs features the master bedroom with a King bed and modern rustic furnishings. The master bedroom also has the amenity of a TV/DVD and a large dresser. The adorable guest bedroom is well appointed with a Queen bed encased in cozy bedding. Love the location but need more space, we also manage units C & D at this popular downtown property.

Other amenities include an in unit washer and dryer, parking on-site uncovered for two cars and Wi-Fi internet. Just below the Mainridge complex is the well-known Blue Moose Restaurant (one of the best Breakfast spots in Breckenridge) and just to the South is the world famous Breckenridge Brewery. Shopping, groceries, and nightlife are all just steps away.

Overall, the space was nice. It is bigger than expected and the location is pretty good. I was disappointed about several things. I had mentioned several times that I would need 2 parking passes. It took until the day before I left to receive a second one, meaning the entire trip I was worried my car was going to get towed. The TV had trouble connecting and the wifi barely worked, even when we followed the instructions. The shuttle was not operating because of COVID, which is fine, but let us know that and stop advertising it everywhere. There were not enough blankets and key items were missing from the kitchen. I’ve never stayed at a place that didn’t have a spatula. The hot tub was nice, but essentially sharing a balcony with your neighbor isn’t the best. We went to use it one night and our neighbor was blasting music with all the lights on. You can hear their exact conversations, so keep in mind if you want something more relaxing. This air bnb is your prime example of poor middle management and from now on I’ll be avoiding companies that own several air bnbs due to the lack of care.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your recent stay at Mainridge B, hot tub, and that location. I'm unsure who you spoke with since our shuttle was in operation for those dates, and we wish you would have called us about the wifi/TV/spatula - we had no issues with any of those and found the spatula in the kitchen and second parking permit hanging on the door. This is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed at in Breckenridge. The location is perfect. You are right in town and can walk to the slopes. The beds are comfy and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. In the master bedroom you wake up to the sun coming up over the slopes, it’s an incredible view! You get that same view while sitting in the private hot tub. Can’t wait to go back.

We really enjoyed this condo. The location is great as it is walking distance to everything. It is very spacious and seemed well stocked. Our visit was short but we could have easily been comfortable for much longer. Customer service was great also with great communication.

This property has a great location and was perfect for our family trip. It was clean, easy to find, and the beds were really comfortable (we only used the beds in the bedroom though). We enjoyed the hot tub, the proximity to shopping, restaurants, and parks (including the dog park) and the overall accommodations. We would def stay here again!
