Inner Circle 4

Location is pretty good. Very close to hot tubs. A little walk to run/lift area but not bad. Close enough to walk to downtown. Unit is a little older but no complaints. Unit was clean when we arrived.

Older, but cozy and well kept condo within a 5 min walk you the quicksilver lift. Great communication. The hot tubs are VERY close, well maintained, and large which was a plus. Worth the price for location amenities.

The check in and check out process was a little unusual as it it was not directly on site. Which was a minor inconvenience. The check in office is about a mile away from the property. The condo itself was a little dated but cozy and we loved the location, so quiet and peaceful. The room directly overlooks the pool and hot tub. The hot tubs were awesome! Be aware that there are bears that visit late at night, as my husband went out to our vehicle late at night and was startled by a bear standing next to his truck. The grounds of the property were nice and well kept. Overall, we really liked the place and would stay again.

Inner circle 4 was great! We had a view of the pool and hot tub. It was an easy walk to the downtown area of Breckenridge to grab a bite to eat. Ski Country is very communicative always updating me via Airbnb and text messages. We will be back!

The apartment itself is charming, with nice furnishings and a fireplace. But there were several detractors.
1. The walls are thin, so you can hear all the footsteps and activity of your neighbors above and around you.
2. The hot tubs are located around the back of the apartments, which requires you to walk in freezing temperatures for quite awhile til you can enter (and then back again when you’re wet).
Also they close at 8, which doesn’t leave much time to enjoy them after a full day. The host can’t control this, but when we were there the boilers were out so the hot tubs were lukewarm.
3. You have to pick up keys at a separate location in a ski shop downtown (I’m not sure what we would’ve done if we arrived after they’d closed). This isn’t uncommon in places like Breck, it just adds to the hassle of getting there after an already long journey.

Having to both pick up and drop off the keys at the other end of town is very inconvenient for a short stay. We would also like to see convenient recycling options at all of your properties. We know where the recycling center is in Breckenridge but most short term renters will not bother. On the plus side, the place is in a great location and the pool/hot inside are right outside. The facilities in the unit are due for an update, but we feel that the pricing accommodated that.

Very convenient condo for enjoying Breckenridge. Town is just a short walk, and easy parking right outside the unit. Loved the 4 large hot tubs…..especially nice that some have a roof if you are trying to avoid the sun. The interior is dated but fully functional. The unit balcony overlooks the pool. It can be a little noisy at night with sound carrying from the parking lot to the bedroom, but nothing that would stop me from rebooking. Great stay! ?

Nice location for a weekend getaway. We chose it for the covered outdoor hot tubs, which were nice! The condo met all of our needs for an overnight stay, and communication with hosts was great. It does get a little noisy (floors are creaky and you can hear the people above you) and check out is pretty early so we didn’t get much time to enjoy the place.

Very nice stay. Condo is clean, well-equipped. Balcony does look over the pool so it was pretty noisy in the summer. Great location about 10 minute walk to Main St, and very close to trail access to Peak 9/10 chairs and various hiking trails.

A 5 minute walk to the slopes makes it very handy and a short walk to downtown for dinner. With a party of 3 adults the condo was extremely crowded, these photos make it look roomier than it is. Bed was comfy and pullout couch surprisingly comfy. Condo is in need of a major update esthetically. Could only get the heater in the bedroom to work, even after techs came by two times. Space heaters were given but could only run one heater and nothing else or fuse would blow. So no microwave, hair dryer etc. while the space heater ran. Fireplace added warmth to the living room but heat didn't reach into the dining area or kitchen. Pool and hot tub are great and just a minute walk as the balcony overlooks that area. Second booking through Ski Country Resorts Management and would book with them again.

The condo was very outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable. The towels had stains on them. However, we were provided more towels. There was no light in the kitchen. The shower head is not made for tall individuals. Overall, we enjoyed staying at the condo. Loved being able to walk to downtown. Next time we will request a more updated condo.

We really enjoyed the convenience and location of this unit. It's a nice 10-15 minute walk to main street and literally, overlooks the pool/hot tubs. It's tucked in the middle of a big circle, so it doesn't get noise from any of the surrounding streets. Very quiet - which was nice.

This place had everything I needed for my stay in Breck. Everything was clean and tidy. The location was incredible with just a short walk to Main St. If you’re coming for peace and quiet- the balcony is overlooking the pool and there are a lot of kiddos playing and screaming most of the time it’s open. The furniture was not the most comfortable, but I didn’t come to Breck to stay locked inside so that was the least of my concerns! This was the perfect little place for my solo trip and I would definitely recommend it/stay again.

Solid property. Good location and lots of space. Very equipped kitchen which we appreciated to make breakfast before skiing. For the high cost of the 1 night stay, I did expect better quality linens. Also, the listing does not specify that the hot tubs close at 8, but check-in did. We wished we had known before booking, but still a very good option while I’m Breckenridge! Thank you.

Things we really liked: 5 minute walk to Peak 9 base, short walk to town center, well stocked with kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, pots, bowls, etc), adjacent to area pool/hot tubs, loads of blankets and pillows. On the 2 nights when it was well below zero, the heating struggled to keep up, but the bedding kept us cozy. The floors are a bit creaky, so if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs, but it wasn't a bug issue for us. I would stay here again, especially because of the great location.

Rented this property for 8 days in January. All amenities within unit worked perfect including wifi and there was no smell as reported on other postings. Showerhead is definitely low but manageable. Met all of our needs and the hot tub was great.

It's a close walk to town, and there is a path through the neighborhood that will drop you right into town quickly and its more enjoyable than walking on the highway. The place is clean and over looks the pool and hot tubs. The pool and hot tubs are great and relaxing at the end of the day.

We enjoyed our stay at Ski Country. Pros: great location with about 5 min walk to quicksilver chair and Main Street; loved the hot tubs; good comms with the mgmt; fireplace heats well; perfect for people who are here to ski and don’t care much about the quality of the living situation. Cons: the place had an “old” smell so we aired it out several times a day; we heard upstairs neighbors very clearly - this was unpleasant at night as it woke us up. The upstairs people weren’t being purposefully loud, the floors are old and creaked anytime someone stepped on them.

Fireplace was wonderful after a cold day skiing. Kitchen was fully stocked, which was perfect for whipping up meals. Plenty of pillows for multiple guests. The baseboard heaters did take a minute to get heated after turning up the thermostats, but worked well from then on; would recommend turning them on right away. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was fine. Little musty smell when we first checked in. Bathroom could use some updating, shower leaks all over the floor. There were no frying pans in the kitchen, I told management company upon checkout.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a quick get-a-way weekend. It was in a great location walking distance to most everything in town, very clean and very nice! It would be a bit small for more than 2-3 people, but if you are just sleeping there, it could work. The only drawbacks were that the TV is very old and picture is not great and that the pool closes early; 10-6 in the summer and 10-8 in the winter. We were bummed we could not use the hot tub!

The condo was cute, clean and nicely decorated. The condo is in a great location and definitely a nice walk to main street (about 10 minutes). We were provided with clean towels and bed sheets. Overall a good rent. I do wish the fireplace worked and cable for watching television as there was a Comcast remote lying next to the tv but not a deal breaker.

This condo was small and had a very musty smell to it. As if it had been closed up for a long time. Even leaving the windows open for the entire stay did not rid the place of this smell which permeated the couch and chair fabrics. The floor was extremely creaky and would wake others trying to sleep. Yes, it does have a very outdated TV (Tube Type). The internet worked well for us. The kitchen had a lot of pots and pans but no vent hood. If you cook something, you will be stuck with the smoke ! Convenient to community pool, in fact its outside the window.

This condo was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. Everything worked well. We loved the gas fireplace and the condo location. I would not recommend for 4 adults. A family with 2 small children would be great. The only bedroom is tiny and there is not where for the people sleeping on sofa to put their "stuff". There is a hall closet but no shelving or drawers. I had to live out of suitcase on closet floor. The TV is the one pictured. (Old). There were only 4 towels but I was told when we check out that we could have asked for more. The laundry facility worked well and was very clean. It says it has wifi but you can't hardly get it to work. It was so slow we could not use it. My daughter ran up a huge bill using data on iPad and phone because the wifi would not work. I had a hard time even checking e-mails and impossible to download anything. This is the first condo I have ever rented that had nothing in the kitchen. Not one spice. You have to purchase every ingredient you needed to cook. Also there was not any Rubbermaid or "Tupperware" type dishes for left overs. Nothing that seals. You have to buy everything, plastc wrap, aluminum foil... As I said before the place is clean, everything works and great location. But don't count on using the wifi and not recommended for 4 adults. Bring everything you need for cooking. Only one old box TV on living room and no TV in bedroom. Get extra towels because the shower head is really low and water pressure is great which blows water out the end of tub area. The condo was really good but be aware of the things I mentioned. If it were just my husband and I would rent it again but with two daughters in college it was just too small.
