This beautiful 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath Townhome offers its guests a true Ski Chalet feeling. Vaulted ceilings, wood accents throughout and ski-inspired luxuries. With an open layout concept, as well as expansive windows on the main level peering out into this home's serene mountain setting, the living room is a perfect place to gather and choose a seat around the decorative rock fireplace. Here you can discuss dinner plans? Draw straws for who prepares that night's home cooked meal or walk the short, two block walk to Main Street Breckenridge with its seemingly endless array of dining choices?

Should your group choose the former, and you choose the short straw.. don't fret! We promise you'll find cooking in this beautifully designed and well stocked kitchen less of a chore and more of an opportunity to play ?host'. This home's kitchen is truly the ?heart' of the home. It's open and inviting design offers the perfect space for others to gather around and share an apr├Ęs cocktail while you prepare a feast fit for a group of hungry skiers and riders. Once complete, all can take a seat at the rustic dining room table (with seating for 6).

With full bellies and renewed energy, the next item on the do to list should be taking a dip in this home's **PRIVATE OUTDOOR HOT TUB!** Ease those achy muscles while enjoying your mountain surroundings and fresh alpine air. Once feeling renewed, all can retreat to their private bedrooms for a restful night's sleep.

While the master bedroom is by all means cozy, with its large King sized bed, the ensuite master bath really steals the show here! Completely encompassed in marble this luxurious bathroom is fitted with double sinks, large glass shower and separate jetted soaking tub.. Our apologies to the men who may end up waiting on the lady (or ladies) using this space to spend just a *little* more time perfecting their hair or makeup just to bask in the feeling of opulence this bathroom exudes.

The other two bedrooms, located on the lower level of this townhome, afford a little more privacy and distance from the main gathering area upstairs. One is fitted with a Queen Bed and the other with a Captains Bunk (twin on top, double on the bottom) and ensuite bathroom. All three bedrooms offer flat screen TVs.

Once all have woken up refreshed and ready to explore more of Breck's expansive terrain and trails, gather your gear and locate the walking path on the North Side of Chimney Ridge Townhomes with corrugated stair access up to the Snowflake Lift and Lift Ticket Office. Just a short, 3-5 walk! At the end of the day, follow the Snowflake Run back and return home down the same stairs and walking path. Before the sun sets and the temps drop, warm up with a cup of hot cocoa (or a hot toddy) while enjoying the afternoon alpenglow from this home's South facing deck. During warmer months, throw a meal on the private grill and enjoy the outdoor patio furniture for a meal al fresco.

I would pick this place again for location! You can easily walk to town and the mountain. Everything is dated but it has everything you need. Plenty of space. Would recommend.

This condo is beautiful and comfortable. We had six adults and a four year old and one year old. We loved the stay, the hot tub, access to the park directly across the street, and the community pool with three large hot tubs. The central living space is an open concept connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining room. All our attractively and comfortably appointed. The parents with the children did well in the bedroom with the bunk beds. The parents slept on the bottom bunk which is a double bed, and the four year old on top in the twin bed. The one year old, slept on the floor, and sometimes with his parents. There is a bathroom with tub and shower directly across the hall. The master bedroom is extremely comfortable and has a vaulted ceiling, and a gorgeous bathroom with two hammered metal sinks, spacious shower, soaking tub, and toilet and bidet side by side. The walk in closet is massive and has plenty of hangers. We wished there were light-canceling curtains, but that was a small deficit for us. The other bedroom also has an adjoining private bathroom which worked out beautifully. We utilized the laundry and the garage, the dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. All were in good working condition. The whole place has a sturdy, elegant, homey feel. The dining room table with it split solid wood top and eight large leather chairs exemplifies the spirit of the condo. We wished there were a few more spices in the kitchen cupboards, but the condo is a five-minute drive from the City Market where you can get all your groceries. We also had trouble with the coffee maker, but we left a note to have that fixed. We came in the summer and enjoyed the nearby walk up to the reservoir. In the winter, the same walk leads to the nearby chairlift for skiing. In summary, this condo was a pleasure to rent.
