This beautiful 1,800 square foot Highlander Townhome is situated on Primrose Path and has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The interior design of this chalet style townhome is absolutely ski inspired with vaulted ceilings and wood accents. Enjoy the open concept design, allowing for larger parties to spend quality time together. Savor a family movie night on the new flat screen TV with comfortable seating on the new living room furniture and the warmth of the decorative rock gas fireplace.

The kitchen features all granite countertops, state of the art appliances, and seating for three at the table side breakfast bar. For a more intimate dinner with groups, take retreat at the rustic decor dining table with seating for six. With the kitchen and seating set-up, cooking and dining is a breeze in one cozy location.

The large master bedroom features a King bed, TV/DVD and an oversize marble bath with large jetted tub, separate shower and double vanity sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen bed encased in elegant mountain bedding along with a new flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a Captains Bunk with a Full bed on the bottom and a Twin bed on the top along with a new flat screen TV. In case you need additional bedding there is a Queen sofa sleeper that completes the house to sleep nine people.

Guests to these tri-level townhomes can also enjoy access to the New Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.

The interior is obviously something that should attract attention, but one cannot forget the South-facing deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill. This condo is beautiful and comfortable. We had six adults and a four year old and one year old. We loved the stay, the hot tub, access to the park directly across the street, and the community pool with three large hot tubs. The central living space is an open concept connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining room. All our attractively and comfortably appointed. The parents with the children did well in the bedroom with the bunk beds. The parents slept on the bottom bunk which is a double bed, and the four year old on top in the twin bed. The one year old, slept on the floor, and sometimes with his parents. There is a bathroom with tub and shower directly across the hall. The master bedroom is extremely comfortable and has a vaulted ceiling, and a gorgeous bathroom with two hammered metal sinks, spacious shower, soaking tub, and toilet and bidet side by side. The walk in closet is massive and has plenty of hangers. We wished there were light-canceling curtains, but that was a small deficit for us. The other bedroom also has an adjoining private bathroom which worked out beautifully. We utilized the laundry and the garage, the dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. All were in good working condition. The whole place has a sturdy, elegant, homey feel. The dining room table with it split solid wood top and eight large leather chairs exemplifies the spirit of the condo. We wished there were a few more spices in the kitchen cupboards, but the condo is a five-minute drive from the City Market where you can get all your groceries. We also had trouble with the coffee maker, but we left a note to have that fixed. We came in the summer and enjoyed the nearby walk up to the reservoir. In the winter, the same walk leads to the nearby chairlift for skiing. In summary, this condo was a pleasure to rent.
