The unique, ski decor inspired, 1,740 square foot, tri-level townhome has an open design and features a living room focused around the gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD and ample seating on the plush, comfortable couches with the warmth of sunlight pouring through the large windows.

Just off the living room is the full service, suitably stocked kitchen and dining table. The rustic wood dining table has seating for six with exceptional dinnerware and glassware. The granite countertop, wood cabinetry kitchen has state of the art, stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own townhome.

The cozy master bedroom is furnished in natural wood, a comfortable King bed with a new bedding (November 2018), a flat screen TV and dresser for clothing storage. The attached, private master bathroom offers double sinks, a make-up vanity spot and jacuzzi tub. Perhaps the grandest feature of this master bedroom is the patio outside the sliding glass doors providing breathtaking views of the mountains. Enjoy your morning coffee in warm sunlight; just you and the great outdoors.

The second bedroom has two Twin beds with cozy quilted bedding, and a box TV. The third bedroom is equipped with a King bed, flat screen TV, and quick access to the deck with the units private hot tub and gas grill. The upstairs loft has a sofa that provides a Queen sofa sleeper and a small desk for any business needs. With this additional sleeping space, the unit can comfortably sleep up to eight people.

Other unit amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, heated driveway for one car and a private one car garage that all compliment this exceptional property. Also, guests of the Chimney Ridge Townhomes can enjoy seasonal access to the new Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing tanning area for those sunny summer days.
