Could not have had a better house, this was our first time to Breckinridge and we had the best time! The location was great, you could walk anywhere, restaurants across the street, and trolly stop right beside our front yard! We will be back!

Perfect location on Main Street, very close to Restaurants and the Gondola to Peak 8. Also close to Carver’s Ski Rental, very convenient. House was fine, I definitely wouldn’t bring 10 people to stay here. Beds are small and only 2 bedrooms really suitable for adults. The bed in the room I slept in has a frame that sits at an 80 degree angle and feels about to tumble over and the pillow/blanket situation was suboptimal. Otherwise, the place was pretty good.

Washer and Dryer were indispensable, location being a 3 minute walk from the Gondola and a 2 minute walk to the Rental Property Office, and only 6-7 blocks from the end of main street which was an easy walk for shopping and whatever else you wanted to do in town. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Breckenridge. It was our first time skiing here and we will definitely be back and looking to stay in this property again!

We really enjoyed our family vacation right in the middle of downtown Breckenridge. The basement was a perfect quiet space for our 1-year old, and they had extra cushions our 4-year old used to make a pallet on the floor of our bedroom. Sleeping with the windows open is wonderful, but keep in mind you are in the middle of Breck, so expect outside noise. The location is great for those with kiddos--gondola is a short walk away, playground is nearby, and you are never far from food. While we normally stay on the edge of town when we visit, we decided to try this out and we were not disappointed. It was especially convenient since the main street shuttle was not running this time of year.

Ok. Not sure how to say this but in a nutshell beat vacay experience renting out a home in 8 years!!! Aside ftom cleaniless and accuracy, the customer service was spot on: timely fixing a toilet clog WE CAUSED, helping with area questions, and support during stay. What I loved were the fans in the home and on the ceilings and overall air flow through windows. My family gets super hot and this was perfect. The little loft was a great play/sleeping area for 7YO. The TVs in every room, entry way for hiking boots, the washer area (super quiet) and location! Hop away from main street, and 3 minute walk to Gondola, great escape to main highways as we went rafting. I think some people complained about not having too many amenities for cooking in the morning. There is enough kitchen equipment to cook you just need to bring your own food supplies. For the past 8 years when going to homes, their supplies in the house like coffee or ketchup or other items goes stale sometimes. This was not hard at all to deal with. There were so many pillows, blankets, games, books, and other resources like soap and shampoo. Overall 10 stars out of 5!!!

Brittany sits back from Main Street behind a garden of flowers and grass - perfect for croquet and parade watching. (We were here over the fourth of July.) And my husband asked me to add ("most importantly it is across the street from Daylight Donuts!")

The location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere! The only issue we had was the dishwasher was broken. There was standing water in it. The internal parts had been removed and it was closed. We discovered it when we were planning on running it.
We called Ski Country and it was repaired in two days. I’m thankful it was repaired but communication on a timeline would’ve been appreciated. Other than that, everything was great and we would stay here again.

The location is truly perfection!
I would recommend bringing your own pillows as they didnt have pillow protectors. The pillowcases were definitely clean but the pillows themselves were not.
The fireplace puts out really good heat and was the perfect touch after a long snowy day. I was also very impressed with how stocked the kitchen was!
lots of space for our party of seven.
We found a blowup mattress that fitted the kids perfect in the oversize bedroom!
Definitely an amazing weekend.

Great property for our 3 generation family. 2 blocks from the gondola. Plenty of beds and even had use of air mattresses. Front entryway was handy as a drop zone for equipment. Use of 2 small sleds was appreciated! Several thermostats also very helpful! Hauling gear from parking spot to house was quick and easy. Water pressure was good and hot water for 6 adults to all shower daily. Cons which are small are not enough silverware and dishesfor the day, vacuum didn’t work, tight seating in front room. The house was very charming and fit our family well! Pictures are spot on!

Parking is limited to one car, which is not good for larger parties. Parking options are available and 3 - 5 miles from home.

Overall the house was clean. No frills or thrills. Furniture and pot/pans are worn and could use an uplift. Wooden floors in kitchen are water damaged.

Management company should add trash policy and code to the check-in guidelines.

Charming older home. The foyer was great for getting equipment on / off. Nice gas fireplace.

Some minor suggestions for improvement:
- each bedroom should have a chair for taking on / off shoes, etc.
- some drawers had knobs falling off
- Better wording on the description to state "lower level" means basement. We had a mobility disabled member of our part. I called, and asked about this place because it had a bedroom on the "lower level". As described, I thought it was on the 1st floor. When I talked to the rental agent, they kept saying it was on the "lower level", and I said "on the ground floor" or "on the first floor", and never got corrected. We made it work, but the wording used can easily be misunderstood. (Ad says it has "three levels". I thought "1st floor", "2nd floor", and "loft". Apparently, they meant "basement", "1st floor', and "2nd floor". Should have said "three levels plus a loft".

We have stayed in a number of places in Breckenridge, but this one, by far, has been our favorite. It's all about the location. Waking up to the fresh fallen snow, with the view from our room was more than we could've asked for. The kids loved it too. This property is well maintained, and has everything you could possibly need. I will say it was very warm in the house, even after turning the heat all the way down. I also have to agree with another comment regarding pillows, or at least my husband agrees. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!!!

Really enjoyed this place. There were a few issues such as slow draining sink, ceiling fan that didn’t work, and a missing coffee maker, but the management took care of all our concerns quickly and efficiently. The location was perfect for us because we could walk everywhere in town. Side note: you cannot park on the street in front of this house, but there is parking behind the house. All-in-all we were very happy with the house and would definitely stay here again.

Can't say enough how great the location is for this house and the Brittany Place HOA. We hardly used our car all week. House is very clean even though furniture is dated. The bedding and pillows definitely need updating. Bring your own pillow, if you can. We have young kids and they could not use the loft; the ladder up to it is steep and there is a sharp banister close to it they could it hit if they fell.

It is set back from Main Street, and on the edge of town, so not busy or noisy— while still giving us the convenience of being in town and close to everything. Loved the ease of the house and the location on Main Street. Super quick access to all restaurants, gondola, and easy walk to several play areas. The huge yard is so nice with little kids! The house itself could use some updates in the bedding department, and the kitchen is not well-stocked with pantry items (though it does have all the equipment you need to cook).

The house was very nice and suited us perfectly. Most of all, the location was great . . . right on Main Street; Daylight Donuts is right across the streets and it was a short walk to the gondola. TV/Wifi weren't great, but if that's not important to you, then there's nothing at all to complain about here.

This place was great. We’re from CO and know the town well. Walking distance to everything. Close to the gondola, bus routes, etc. Great for summer or winter. Sleeps 8-10 though the younger ones will be in the loft or on a pull out (which they liked). Management company was super responsive. Only 1 reserved parking space and Breck is weird about overnight parking so you might have to use the skier overflow parking (5mins by bus/ $5 day)

This was a great house for our family of 4. The Restaurants, shopping and gondola were all within walking distance. I would recommend adding shades for the windows in the master bedroom to block the light at night and adjust the fan in master bedroom to a lower setting. Overall, I would recommend this property and stay here again when visiting Breckenridge.

Great location! The house is right downtown with easy access to everything in Breckenridge. House was spacious, clean and worked perfectly for our large group. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in town with a group of similar size.

Hello Mary, Brittany Place certainly has a great location for town access while still being far away enough so you don't get all that noise. As you also noticed, those units have a spacious layout that allows for larger families to enjoy themselves, and it makes for great memories with its awesome decor. Absolutely the best location we have stayed at. House was as described. Loft was definitely a loft, needed to climb ladder to get up to bed. Luckily we had my 10 year granddaughter with us and she thought it was the best bedroom ever. Would recommend upgrading TV in loft or get rid of it. Overall the house met our needs. Unit only has 1 parking space and Breckenridge has a very unfriendly overnight parking policy. So if you have more than one vehicle overnight parking could be an issue. Would rent this unit again

Great location. Close to gondola and all the restaurants. Easy to walk to everything. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms plus loft and 3.5 baths. Washer and dryer is great to have as well.

The location is fantastic and the house is spacious. My only caution is that the only bedroom that has room-darkening window coverings is the basement bedroom. This was a challenge for me because my little kids need a nap and go to bed before the sun goes down so we all had to cram into the basement bedroom. Other than that, everything else went smoothly.

The house was beautiful, spotless and very convenient to the gondola and night time walks through Breckenridge town. We walked to and from the gondola with our ski boots on, ready to go :) We stayed with two small babies and the house had both a playpen and small floor beds for the little ones. We liked it so much we ended up staying an extra night and the managers were very accommodating to our last minute plans!

This house was in PERFECT location to everything. 1 minute walk to BreckConnect Gondola makes it super easy to get to and from the slopes. Parking is easy with designated spots behind building for residents/guests. House came fully stocked with all pans, pots, cooking utensils so that was convenient. Plenty of space with the layout of the home so that was very nice. Only negatives if I am nitpicking is small non HDTVs and beds could have been a little more comfy. But all in all I still give it 5 stars due to location and also the cleanliness and convenience that come along with this home! Beats a hotel room any day of the year in my opinion... Will definitely return for another stay.
