Park Meadows Lodge is the most affordable, yet convenient lodging alternative in Breckenridge. Ski-In on the Four O'Clock Ski Run and walk one block to the Breckenridge 'Free Ride' Shuttle Stop for a short ride to the base of Peaks 7 and 8. An easy three block walk to Historic Main Street means you are minutes from the center of everything Breckenridge has to offer.
This cozy SILVER RATED, first floor, one bedroom unit includes recent updates to the decor and offers a 22" flat screen TV with cable/DVD, a couch that provides a Queen sofa sleeper and linoleum flooring. In the newly painted bedroom you will find a full-size dresser, a closet for storage, and newly updated bedding on the Queen size bed offering a pillow-top mattress for a peaceful night's rest. This unit is one of few that offers a private entrance to the large, comfortable chalet style lobby.
This unit offers a fully loaded kitchenette that is suitably stocked with all necessary cooking and dining utensils, a refrigerator, small stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and even a small electric grill for any minor grilling needs. Settle in to your table for two and enjoy a meal cooked right from the comfort of your unit.
In the lobby you will find an immense, open 360 degree, gas fireplace with ample seating making it a great place for socializing, quiet reading time or relaxing. Enjoy a game of pool, ping pong or foosball in the game room below the lobby. Relax those muscles after a hard day of skiing in one of the two large outdoor on-site hot tubs.
Other amenities to the Park Meadows complex include laundry facilities, soda and snack dispensers, an industrial ice machine, community gas grill and picnic tables. Above the lobby there is a community office area with access to the free complex WiFi, a large meeting table, and other couches and chairs that provide for additional seating. Individual ski lockers are provided for each unit to store ski and snowboard equipment. The exterior of the complex was completely renovated in 2010.

OVERPRICED, misrepresented, small, run down, noisy, ski-in but not ski out. This place was misrepresented: I booked on Booking.com, where they showed pictures of ALL units, some nicer than others, but I found which unit I booked AFTER booking. When I got there I found out I was assigned the WORST unit (1A). It is lower level, at the bottom of stairs ( thus gets hardly any light) and next to the lounge with an inside adjoining door with a 1" gap underneath. So, when the rest of the guests decide to play pool and get drunk and be loud in the lounge until late hours you have no choice but hear EVERY WORD they say until THEY decide to go to bed. You hear the footsteps of everyone walking around in ski boots and banging skis around, coming down the steps starting at 7am. This unit (1A) is small and VERY OLD, looks & feels dingy, in major need of updating. For the price I paid ( ~$285/night) they don't even provide a luggage rack to put your bags on. Management tried to accommodate my complaints and moved me to a better unit for a few nights but I had to move back to the worst unit again on the weekend. This place is ideal for people who are used to staying at Youth Hostels or run down old motels. It ruined my vacation. SKI IN BUT NOT SKI OUT: to ski out, you need to WALK with your skis up the hill to the closest lift that is 500 - 600 ft away, or take the bus. One positive: free parking at premises and it is close to Main Street where you can walk easily.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear the Park Meadows Lodge did not fully meet your expectations for an enjoyable stay and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you experienced with the nearby noise. We tried our best to accommodate you but ultimately had no options as this property was sold out on a very busy weekend. The Park Meadows Lodge offers ski-in access only from the Four O'clock run and does not provide ski-out access as the ski trail ends just past the property. We hope that you enjoyed your time on the slopes and downtown Breckenridge.
Comfortable condo close to the resort with great amenities and convenient shuttle service to the resort lifts. Both hot tubs both worked good. Free parking limited to one vehicle per condo.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! We are so glad to hear you enjoyed your recent stay at Park Meadows 1A, the hot-tubs, and its location. We hope that you enjoyed your time in Breckenridge and we look forward to your next visit to the area.
These condos are small and cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway. Our place was 3 blocks away from Main St. so we didn't need a car to get around town. There is so much to do nearby and with all the vacationers, we felt like we were on vacation just coming from Denver. The main guest lounge area has a pool table and gives you that mountain home feel.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your stay at Park Meadows Lodge unit 1A in Breckenridge. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and all of the unique 'ski style lodge' themed amenities that Park Meadows offers - like it's indoor fire pit and downstairs game room. We hope that you have plans to return soon and that you choose Park Meadows Lodge for any future Breckenridge lodging needs!
