These spacious and well-constructed condominium residences are in a grand location situated on the Blue River under towering Blue Spruce trees. Between these trees take a quick morning walk on a small footbridge to the Quicksilver lift or the Peak 9 Base Area where all skier services are available. Equally close to Downtown, these units back up to the White River National Forest providing an all-around unique feel for your mountain vacation.
This traditional 1,500 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium can sleep up to six people. Large windows allow the light to illuminate this unique mountain condo. There is ample seating in the living room on the new plush couch, side chair, and leather recliner to enjoy your favorite DVD movie on the new flat screen TV. If you'd rather spend some time reading your vacation book this room is sure to provide all the light and comfort you will need next to the wood accented gas fireplace.
The suitably stocked kitchen has all the necessary appliances; coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator. Enjoy your home cooked meal made in the comfort of your own unit at the elaborate wood dining table for six or the kitchen side, four stool breakfast bar.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed that is encased in comfortable bedding with wood accent furnishings and a TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed encased in traditional quilted bedding. If neither of the bedrooms provide enough sleeping space, there is a Queen sofa sleeper within the unit. This condominium also features an inviting patio where you can retreat to and get that quiet time we all cherish on vacation.
Other amenities include Wi-Fi, heated underground parking, elevators, and on-site washer & dryers. Guests to the Powderhorn complex have access to the Columbine Recreation Center where guests can enjoy the outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor oversized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture. (Seasonal - Subject to Spring/Fall Closures)
Beginning April 1st, 2018, the Columbine Pool center will be closed for remodeling and will not be open again until December 1st, 2018.

Not the best place, overpriced. Beds were uncomfortable, need replacing. Unit needs updating. Bathrooms were small. No views from the condo. Windows were nice they just overlooked the next building. For the money this was not a good deal. Way too much money for an outdated unit that had uncomfortable beds. Best thing about the unit. It was a pretty easy walk to Maggie’s Pond and the heated garage for parking.

We loved this condo! It's an easy walk to the quicksilver chairlift and into town. The condo is very spacious and has great views of the tall pine trees out the windows and you can hear the Blue River below. There were 6 of us in our group and no one every felt cramped. The upstairs bedroom is spacious, with a large bathroom and plenty of storage space. The living room sleeper sofa is comfortable and the 3 bathrooms gives everyone additional space. We came to ski and were told 2 days before our arrival the slopes weren't open yet. We were not bored! Great hiking directly behind the condo and all around Breckenridge. We will definitely be back!

We are sorry to hear that the ski area was not quite open yet when you visited, the weather and snow conditions can be hard to predict in early winter. However, we are delighted to hear that you found plenty more to do! You are correct that the hiking/walking trail along the Blue River directly behind the complex is both a beautiful and fun trail to explore! In addition, being able to avoid the crowds the mid-Ski Season brings is a nice convenience, allowing one to explore all of the shops and restaurants in peace. Great way to start a weekend get-a-way with the very friendly and fun staff at check-in. The shuttle back and forth to Breckenridge was a great add-on and very useful.
