This beautifully remodeled multi-level townhome is located in town on Ridge Street, just a half block off of Main Street. The Village and base of Peak 9 area are just on the other side of Main Street making it only about a 7-minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift and ski school. This unit itself is the true luxury experience you want on vacation. This two bedroom and two bathroom townhome features a large balcony with a private outdoor hot tub, barbeque grill and gorgeous, sweeping, mountain views.
The elegant rock-face, wood accent, gas fireplace warms the living area where you can enjoy your favorite movie on the large flat screen TV. Enjoy lounging on the lush, suede, L-shape couch or two red leather accent side chairs. Also housed in the living room is a comfortable, plush twin daybed, with twin pull out bed underneath for extra sleeping capacity along with an oversized Queen sofa sleeper. There is also a nice desk and chair for use if needed.
The open Great Room design features a gourmet kitchen with modern d?cor tiling, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops with four leather bar stools. The clean dining table has seating for four in royal leather chairs where you can enjoy your home cooked meal made in the comfort of your own unit. The main lower level bathroom is well decorated with a full tiled stand up shower with a calming environment where you are sure to relax after a long day on the slopes.
The upstairs features the master bedroom with a King bed and modern rustic furnishings. The master bedroom also has the amenity of a TV/DVD and a large dresser. The adorable guest bedroom is well appointed with a Queen bed encased in cozy bedding.
Other amenities include an in unit washer and dryer, parking on-site uncovered for two cars and Wi-Fi internet. Just below the Mainridge complex is the well-known Blue Moose Restaurant (one of the best Breakfast spots in Breckenridge) and just to the South is the world famous Breckenridge Brewery. Shopping, groceries, and nightlife are all just steps away.

Great pet friendly house and location. Nearly every summer we rent a place in Breck for multiple weeks and it's always a challenge to find one that's pet-friendly and located close to town. Mainridge B is officially now our favorite place to stay in Breck. It's only a block from S. Main St., and the pictures are accurate. The decor is nice, the kitchen is spacious and the place can comfortably sleep six people without everyone tripping over each other or the dogs. Also, Ski Country is one of the best and most responsive property managers we've worked with. For example, this summer has been unseasonably warm in Breck and essentially no homes have AC. As such, some evenings it can be pretty warm in the house when trying to sleep. I called Ski Country to request a couple of box fans and they were there within 2 hours. Also, it's the first place we've stayed at in Breck that had a mid-week cleaning and towel service. Another plus -- the Wi-Fi is actually pretty fast. If you have kids who like to stream Netflix or game online during the evenings, they'll be happy. While it's not something that bothered us, prospective renters should be aware that the back of the house does face S. Main St. which can be noisy. So if you're bothered by the noise of cars or people out talking on the street, then it may not be right for you.

Great Location off Main St. We enjoyed our stay overall. Large unit with great amenities just a few steps from Main St shops/restaurants. Proximity does bring noise, especially if you need cool air on a warm summer night. The fan in the unit was appreciated when the windows were closed due to noise. Overall great value and will consider again in the future.

Decent place but not 5 stars... Good location on the south end of town, but it was not as upscale as the pics suggested. The washing machine malfunctioned (was also noted by prior VRBO guests) so we had to wait for it to unlock at its whim after each use. The beds were comfy and the place was well-stocked with the usual gear. The hot tub was nice after a hard day of hiking, but does face the street. The condo sits above a restaurant so the smell of food filled the place. All in all it was decent and reasonably priced, just not one I would rent again
