This quality three bedroom, three bathroom townhome is well decorated with new renovations offering you a true home away from home. Amerind Townhomes are conveniently located in the Warriors Mark neighborhood, walking distance to town and the Peak 9 ski area. You can also bring your dog since this unit is dog friendly!
This mountain inspired 2,170 square foot, multi-level townhome has an open design and features a living room focused around the decorative warm wood fireplace, large 55" flat screen TV with DVD and has ample seating on the plush, comfortable couches. Just off the living room is the outdoor deck for sunning and relaxation.
The full service, beautifully decorated kitchen and dining area are perfect for gathering. The charming dining table has seating for eight people with dinnerware and glassware provided. The granite countertop kitchen has all the necessary stainless steel appliances; dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. If you're in need of a quick grab-n-go meal, belly up to the quaint breakfast bar with seating for two. Either way you will enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of this townhome. There is also the first bedroom that offers a queen bed on this main level. There is a shared, full bathroom on this level as well with heated floors and a relaxing stand up glass shower.
The master bedroom on the upper level features a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The beautiful private bathroom is fulfilled with dual sinks, an oversized stand up glass shower, a jetted tub, and heated floors. The third bedroom on the ground level offers a full bed plus a twin bed, allowing the unit to accommodate up to seven people total.

Very nice space and plenty of room. The unit was clean, decorated well, and had plenty of room for my family of 6. The separation of the bed rooms was good for my adult children as we could go to bed at different times. Master bath was wonderful with separate toilet room and heated floors. Pillows were thicker than I prefer. Drive into garage was tight but manageable. Shuttle service was used numerous times to get into and out of town and ski area without having to drive. I would recommend to others.

Excellent location in Breckenridge. Overall the condo was great: roomy, comfortable, plenty of sleeping and living space. The heat was uneven from top to bottom floors with first floor being coldest. Master bath is the only one with a bathtub so we had to take turns after skiing. Also suggest providing a garage door opener for guest use. Condo management company was great and delivered firewood when we ran out and kept the walks and driveway shoveled - the snow was tremendous. Breckenridge bus route stop is a very short walk from the front door - no need to hassle with parking at the ski area - and that is a hassle and expense. We recommend this condo to others.
