This quality, two bedroom and three bathroom townhome is directly facing the Lower Lehman ski run just above the Peak 9 base area and is a quick two block walk to Historic Main Street. This unique, mountain inspired, 1,388 square foot, tri-level townhome has an open design and features a great room focused around the gas fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD providing ample seating on the plush couch and two arm chairs.
Just elevated from the living room is the full service, suitably stocked kitchen and dining room. The exquisite, round dining table has seating for five with exceptional dinnerware and glassware. The kitchen has the necessary appliances; dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator. Enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own townhome.
The cozy master bedroom is furnished in natural wood, a comfortable King bed, a TV with DVD and a small desk for any needs while away from home. The grandest feature of this master bedroom is the patio out the sliding glass doors providing views that will take your breath away. Enjoy your morning coffee in warm sunlight; just you and the great outdoors. The attached private master bath is decorated to match the bedroom with a tile shower, clean countertop and natural wood accent. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a Twin bunk bed. With this additional sleeping space, the unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.
Just outside the townhome front door guests can enjoy the small courtyard that is situated next to a mountain stream while barbecuing on their private grill. Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, wireless high speed internet, and a one car garage that all compliment this fine property.

Great property with a great location. We had a great time at this property. The location is very good, and the layout of the unit is perfect for a family. The master bath needs some maintenance, but everything else was perfect.
