This quality two bedroom, two and a half bath townhome is a two block walk to the Snowflake Lift and has ski-in access via the Four O'Clock Ski Run. Winterpoint Townhomes are conveniently located just two blocks to Historic Main Street on the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle route, which provides access to all ski lifts, Downtown Breckenridge and the Breckenridge Transfer Station (with FREE shuttle service to all of Summit County).
This 1,220 square foot, multi-level townhome has an open design and features a living room focused around the gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD and has ample seating on the two couches and side chair. The beautiful, full service kitchen and dining area are just above the living room. The welcoming dining table has seating for six people with dinnerware and glassware provided. The gourmet, wood cabinet kitchen has all the necessary appliances; dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker and refrigerator. You will enjoy a home cooked meal in the comfort of your own townhome and can avoid fighting the crowds for meals.
The master bedroom features a King bed, flat screen TV, a private deck with commanding views of Baldy Mountain and an attached private bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed and Twin Bunk bed, as well as an attached private bathroom. After a long day of hiking or skiing the slopes, come back and relax in the tub or enjoy a hot shower. There is additional sleeping space provided by the Queen sofa sleeper, allowing the unit to accommodate up to eight people.
Other unit amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and an attached private one car garage. Also guests of the Winterpoint Townhomes can enjoy seasonal access to the new Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing tanning area for those sunny summer days. Very nice, clean, comfortable accommodations. Easy walk to shuttles, downtown, Peaks 8 & 9 lifts. Our condo unit was absolutely perfect for our ski vacation. Features include private garage, mudroom / ski, snowboard & boot removal and storage area, living room with gas fireplace, full sized kitchen and appliances, full-size washer and dryer, 2 BRs, 2.5 BAs, within easy walking distance to hot tubs, shuttle stops, downtown shopping / dining districts, and lifts for both Peak 8 and Peak 9! Very spacious yet cozy, we wanted for nothing and would happily rent this condo again. Very nice, we love every minute we spent in Breck and in this condo as well.

Property was fair. Ok property and nice location but ski country failed miserably. Requested fans twice since unit had none and they said they would but didn’t. Property was vacant for days and with sick child they wouldn’t let us check in early since housekeeping didn’t release it. Unimpressed with ski country customer service attitudes.

Great Location. Needs an update. The location is great. You can actually walk to the lift and the town. The space itself needs to be updated. Carpeting for example. The unit also needs some more humidifiers, new pots and pans, and things like that. But it is a very comfortable unit. And the location is perfect.
