This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom, 1,320 square foot townhome is within walking distance to Carter Park where there is a sledding hill in the winter as well as a year round playground. This traditional, rustic decor ski unit is a home away from home with comfortable accommodations for your mountain escape.
The suitably stocked, wood cabinet kitchen offers all the necessary appliances; dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster and coffee maker, enjoy your favorite home cooked dish in the comfort of your own townhome. The large, wood dining table with seating or six and the bar with seating for two will provide ample seating for your meals or post dinner conversations.
Cozy up with a cup of hot cocoa and your vacation book in the living room on the two side chairs, loveseat or large couch and relish in the warmth from the gas fireplace. Enjoy your favorite DVD on the flat screen TV or simply get most of family time with the open layout in the living room.
The master bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, with a new mattress and box springs, with dark wood furnishings, a TV and an attached private master bathroom with granite countertops. The second bedroom also with a new Queen mattress and box springs is encased in cozy floral bedding, dark wood furnishings and a TV. In case you are in need of additional sleeping space, there is a Queen sofa sleeper enabling this unit to accommodate six people.
This well maintained Victorian Gables townhome features all the comforts of home with Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and parking for two cars, one inside the private garage & one outside the garage. Perfect location to downtown Breck! Came to Breckenridge for the Wine Festival and this condo was in the absolute perfect location. We were within walking distance of the festival, and all of the downtown restaurants and shops, which was super convenient! The condo was very clean and we had more than enough room. While others have complained about the dated interior, we didn't find it to be obnoxiously awful. The kitchen area has newer appliances and countertops, and more than enough dishes and glassware to accommodate. Parking was a little tricky the first day. We were late arrivals and didn't receive our garage door opener until the following morning, and it wasn't really clear to us where the garage for this condo is located so we parked on the street as close to our unit as we could get. Heads up! Breck has an overnight on-street parking ban, so be careful. We were provided with a "Parking Pass" for the unit, so this may have been what saved us from an overnight parking ticket. Our only real complaint/suggestion echoes that of a few previous guests - invest in NEW PILLOWS for the beds. It's one thing when bed pillows are merely flat but these also have that "I've been slept on by a few sweaty, drooling people" smell to them. Far from inviting relaxation, but a very easy fix.

In need of some updates! Location was great (for the Breckenridge Oktoberfest), but other than that - rooms both need upgrading, kitchen is tiny, living area needs upgrading. Bathrooms all need upgraded, and are very dated. Parking sucks - but that is Breckenridge - if you have out of state plates, don't dare cross the line - and good luck understanding their ridiculous signage (you are fine for the most-part if you have Colorado plates). Well done Breckenridge Parking enforcement, good job being "visitor friendly".

We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you experienced with the parking and enforcement here in Breckenridge. It has become a challenge over the last few years and while the town is working on a solution the parking is difficult for both visitors and locals. This property does offer two parking spots, one inside the garage and one directly outside of the garage. If you're going to be bringing more than two cars you'll have to park them in the satellite parking on the North or South end of town.
