You will enjoy all the comforts of home in this inviting sixth floor, penthouse, 1,200 square foot unit which features a charming, ski town feel. The beautiful, wood cabinet kitchen is fully equipped with all glassware, dishware and cooking utensils you will need to make, and serve, your favorite home-cooked dish. The four bedroom plus loft, three bathroom unit offers all the necessary appliances; microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker. Enjoy your meal in the comfort of your own unit at the high countertop bar with seating for four people or the dining table with seating for six.
The two large, plush couches and side chairs are sure to provide the relaxation you deserve on vacation. Whether you're watching a DVD on the TV or reading your vacation book with a cup of hot cocoa, the warmth from the gas fireplace will make you feel right at home. On the warm days and exquisite summer months, relax on your private deck and take in the unique mountain views.
The master bedroom offers a King bed encased in luxurious bedding and features exquisite wood furnishings throughout. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed encased in comfortable bedding. The loft upstairs has a Queen bed encased in beautiful mountian inspired bedding. The third bedroom is a quaint nook in the unit that holds two Twin beds, perfect location for those who enjoy staying up late and not disturbing the others.
The fourth bedroom also offers a small retreat area with a Twin Bunk bed and additional Twin bed. Between the four bedrooms, loft and one Queen sofa sleeper provided, the unit can accommodate thirteen people. After a long day playing outdoors, enjoy a hot shower or relaxing bath in any of the three large bathrooms with new stone countertops.
The Trails End Condominiums offer more than just a supreme location, steps from the Peak 9 base, and within walking distance to town, steps to dining, shopping and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are other amenities offered by the Trails End Complex building such as FREE WiFi, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, elevator access to all six floors, on-site laundry facilities and ground floor ski storage. An exclusive amenity to this unit is heated underground parking for one vehicle. This unit also allows for one additional outdoor space in the shared parking lot.
Guests can also enjoy seasonal access to the near Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.

Oversee all would not recommend this rental. The positives: The condo had recent kitchen and flooring updates. The kitchen nicely stocked for a nice meal. Negatives: Appartment needs some updates. Unfortunately the condo toilets were old and had poor flushing capability. Spent numerous times plunging and reflushing. When you have 9 people in the rental, this can get unpleasant! With no air conditioning in the unit and lack of proper ventilation, all three kids ended up on the couches and parents bedrooms 2/3. nights. Rooms just too stuffy even when outdoor evening temps were in the upper 50s!!

We sent our maintenance team over as soon as you called our office, and did not hear anything after that about any reoccurring issues. Our team thought their repairs had solved the problem since we did not hear back from you. The unit comments in regards to state of wear and tear will be discussed with the homeowner. Air conditioning is a fairly uncommon amenity in Breckenridge due to the fact the fresh mountain air with a window open usually offers above and beyond, cool, refreshing air. Perfect location. Far enough away from town for quiet nights but close enough the walk was just couple minutes.
Hello, When planning trips, location is key, and we're very happy that we could help you find the perfect unit for your vacation. Breckenridge can have quite a lot of traffic flowing through it, and Trails End units have that unique ability to shield you from that noise, while still allowing you to access town easily on-foot.
