This penthouse condo features new carpet along with three new couches in the living area that are sure to provide the relaxation you deserve on vacation. Whether you're watching a DVD on the new 48" flat screen TV or reading your vacation book with a cup of hot cocoa, the warmth from the gas fireplace will make you feel right at home. On the warm days and exquisite summer months, relax on your private deck and take in the unique mountain views.
The master bedroom offers a King bed encased in luxurious bedding and features new carpet and exquisite wood furnishings throughout. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed encased in luxury floral print bedding also with new carpet. The loft upstairs has a Twin bed encased in comfortable bedding and a new 42" TV; the perfect nook for those who enjoy staying up late and not disturbing others.
The third bedroom is a quaint nook in the unit that holds two Twin beds. The fourth bedroom also offers a small retreat area with two Twin bunk beds, featuring all new mattresses. Between the four bedrooms this unit can accommodate eleven people. After a long day playing outdoors, enjoy a hot shower or relaxing bath in any of the three large bathrooms with new stone countertops.
The Trails End Condominiums offer more than just a supreme location, steps from the Peak 9 base, and within walking distance to town, steps to dining, shopping and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are other amenities offered by the Trails End Complex building such as FREE WiFi, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, elevator access to all six floors, on-site laundry facilities and ground floor ski storage. An exclusive amenity to this unit is heated underground parking for one vehicle. This unit also allows for one additional outdoor space in the shared parking lot.
Guests can also enjoy seasonal access to the near Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area. (Seasonal - Subject to Spring/Fall Closures)

Perfect condo for our trip, clean and roomy enough for 11, 6 of which were teenage boys. Close walk to Main Street. Everything was as expected, would definetly come back

great location,close to shops/downtown Breck, and Burro trail. Condo itself in poor shape-problems with leaking/freezing fridge, leaking dishwasher, cracked/leaking windows, extremely hot loft without fans, and sliding glass doors with glass falling out of panes. Sliding screen door fell out of track within 4 minutes of arrival. We had a good time but had to be very watchful with the kids and dangerous sliding doors.

While the accommodations were adequate, for the money paid I expect more. The entire unit is in serious need of updating. Even a paint job would help. There is only one "cookie sheet" which is more like a casserole pan. When you have a large group of people you need more than that. Had to fix things in shifts. Cook a bunch and then cook a bunch more. I understand not wanting to spend a lot of money on a place you are renting out. My favorite part of the unit is the "foyer" where you have cubbies and can leave coats, skis, etc. Everything else is outdated. The refrigerator light stays on when the door is closed so you either have to remove it or your food won't be cold. I will not be renting this unit again. The ski in and ski out are great, though.

I apologize this was the way you found things to be in the unit because it is not a typical Ski Country guest experience.
