great property and location! We could walk to the town and did on many occasions. Took a while to figure out where the ski in and ski out location was. The Rooms were large and kitchen well equipped. The hot tubs were both very nice but the dry sauna was not as warm as I am used to probably form safety concerns. We had a great stay! Some small challenges. We had a small clicking noise occasionally from the heating element in the master bedroom - might have been something we could have done. Didn't bother Laura but I would hear it in the middle of the night sometimes when I wake up. The fridge was on energy saver mode which we didn't notice so the temperature stayed around 46 which wasn't really cold enough for the food. Will definitely look at this place again if we go back to Breckenridge.

Great location, comfortable place. My wife and I and our 2 girls (7&4) spent 4 nights at this 2BR condo in July 2018. The location is terrific: we used the car only to drive to City Market and Dillon one time, and otherwise walked out the back, by Maggie Pond and into town. There are trailheads within a few minute walk and the pool across the street is a nice amenity. The place was overall comfortable and had great views off the balcony of the surrounding peaks. The kitchen is nice and updated, but was missing a basic frying pan. The bedrooms were overall equipped pretty well, but the living room furniture could use a refresh as it's fairly worn. Would stay again as a pretty good value.

You Can't Beat Trails Edge. This is the 4th time we have stayed at Trails Edge. You can't beat how close it is to the chairlift and the slopes. It is also an easy walking distance to downtown. We will be back!
