You will enjoy all the comforts of home in this third floor, one bedroom, 560 square foot unit which features a quaint, ski town feel. The suitably stocked, wood cabinet kitchen is fully equipped with all glassware, dishware and cooking utensils you will need to make, and serve, your favorite home-cooked dish. The one bedroom, one bathroom unit offers all the necessary appliances; microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee maker. Enjoy your meal in the comfort of your own unit at the countertop bar with seating for two people or the quaint dining table with seating for two people.
The large couch, and cozy side chairs are sure to provide the relaxation you deserve on vacation. Whether watching a DVD movie on the 32" flat screen TV or reading your vacation book with a cup of hot cocoa, the warmth from the gas fireplace will make you feel right at home. On the warm days and exquisite summer months, relax on your private deck and take in the unique mountain views.
The bedroom offers a new Queen bed (October 17) and has access to the private deck for the unit. Between the bedroom and the Queen sofa sleeper provided, the unit can accommodate four people. After a long day playing outdoors, enjoy a hot shower or relaxing bath.
The Trails End Condominiums offer more than just a supreme location, steps from the Peak 9 base, and within walking distance to town, steps to dining, shopping and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are other amenities offered by the Trails End Complex building such as FREE Wi-Fi, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, elevator access to all six floors, on-site laundry facilities and ground floor ski storage. An exclusive amenity to this unit is heated underground parking for one vehicle.
Guests can also enjoy seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area. (Seasonal - Subject to Spring/Fall Closures)

over all our stay at Trails End was fine. There were several issues that I addressed at check out but none of these issues affected our satisfaction. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the condo. the ceiling above the fire place was full of dust and needed a good vacuum. Also behind all the furniture hadn't been vacuumed for a while, we had to sweep the kitchen floor when we arrived and also wipe the counter top. The stopper in the bathtub didn't work, both bed side lights didn't work, the screen to the balcony was torn, and the carpet in the living room could use a good cleaning. Being a maintenance man at a school with 600 kids I realize that most of these issues cannot be addressed if they are not reported but in my opinion there is no excuse for the unit not being clean. The location of the condo is a plus and being my three sons first experience skiing our stay was very enjoyable.
We are pleased to hear that overall your stay was fine, but we strive for the BEST! We are so sorry you were disappointed by the cleanliness of the unit. We appreciate your comments, and completely agree that the property should be cleaned better than as described. In the future we hope you'd express this dissatisfaction immediately so we could resend a head housekeeper to re-clean and rectify that problem right away. But until then, we hope you'll give us the chance to host you again in Breckenridge, as this is not a normal experience for our guests. We hope you enjoyed your time on the slopes and downtown Breckenridge.

Very, very clean, but needs some updates... I try to be fair when giving these reviews and can only give from my point of view/needs. We are a family of four, 2 adults and an 18 year old and 14 year old. PROs- Very clean- probabaly one of the cleanest places we have stayed away from home. Very impressed with how clean everything was. Dishes, beds, carpets, bathroom.. everything. Location is ski in/ski out- good location makes it easy to get equipment and lift tickets the day before so you are in line before the crowd the following morning. However, the long stretch before the property entrance is no fun with equipment and no momentum. Free property shuttle- was helpful in getting around town. Service- very timely. We had an issue with the sofa bed and it was tended to that day. The booking staff was amazing and on top of every question I had. Temperature- stayed warm with out heater on. The fireplace was plenty. Onsote washing machines with change machine- on 3 floors so they were never all full. Bring your own detergent. CONs- Mattresses are terrible on both beds. The sofa bed is better off putting mattress directly on the floor. We called the office and they sent a matress foam topper quickly, but it was pretty useless because the framework and mattress gape in the middle. The mattress in the master does the same. Need replacement, no way around it. Electrical updates- some of the plugs are old and dont hold chargers (behind sofa and by bed). Makes it hard to charge your phone nearby. Before booking, ask if they have updated the mattresses. If they have, you are good to go!

The mattress in the master bedroom is new and was just replaced in October of 2017 and we're sorry if you felt that it was uncomfortable.
